Having a date night and ordered 2 pints via Iber Eats. One snickers, one mint chocolate chip. We received one QUART of mint chocolate chip and no Snickers (they were out of snickers, but didn’t bother to tell us so we could pick a different flavor). I then ordered a pint of cookies and cream to replace the missing pint. That means another delivery charge, tip etc. what I got was 2 SCOOPS of cookies and cream! Seriously, just close. This is embarrassing!

I was VERY disappointed with the lack of professionalism and interest in the jobs that these people have at this company and specifically this location. The young man that “served” us was extremely abrupt and borderline rude in his responses to our questions: our simple questions about what flavors they had...Only because this isn’t the first time they seem to be out of normal flavors at the most unlikely times of the day, we asked if they’re always out of chocolate chip. His response, “I don’t know. I’m new here.” No eye contact the entire time in the drive through. Talking and acting very lazy-like. Overall, looking very unprofessional.I wish I could say that it was just this time at just this location. I have been to a multitude of Baskin Robbins’ over the years though, from Tennessee to Florida, and at almost every single one(literally, no exaggeration), I have had issues with lazy/rude/unprofessional employees. At this point, I’m led to believe there is a deeper rooted problem within the training, values and ethics of this company as a whole. VERY Disappointed...

What a nightmare. Ordered via Uber Eats 2 pints, 1 Snickers and 1 mint chocolate chip. They didn’t have Snickers so they sent a quart of Mint CC and a message with the driver saying they were out of Snickers, never communicated the lack of product thru the app. We turned around and ordered a pint of cookies and cream since the one of us is allergic to mint hence why we ordered 2 flavors and they sent 2 scoops of C&C. Do not order from here. I’m only giving 1 star because the ice cream tastes good.

If I could give them NO STARS I would of the last five times that I have went to Baskin Robbins to order my mothers favorite dessert they have not had the marshmallow toppings not only at the store on the Vine Street location but also at the store in bvl. if youre going to offer ice cream and toppings dont you think that you should at least have the ingredients to make it. They certainly did not get my money Dairy Queen did

I’m a huge Stranger Things fan and wanted to try what they were advertising. Long story short, this baskin robbins had nothing I wanted. The guy said they ran out of everything. No USS butterscotch and did not have any of the ingredients for the upside down sundae. The employee also had the audacity to serve me a kiddie size cup version without syrup and all the other ingredients it supposed to come with. With an attitude he asked do you want it or not. This place need to work on customer service. The manager was standing beside the employee while he was talking to me like that.

People seem unfriendly. Did not give me the right items. I also ordered two bags of hasbrowns and it was all equals to 1 bag. I asked for a coffee tray and instead of bringing it over to me they wanted me to go get it. They also seem to be short staffed, maybe thats why the bad service.

Nothing in Kissimmee works the proper way and this is not the exception. Asked for certain dessert they didn’t have 2 of the ingredients, then asked for two kids single scoop plain vanilla..$3.00 each... No bag for what I bought. Terrible service!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Only 2 workers during peak time. The guy that helped me seemed like he got an attitude because he had to do a little extra work by typing in my Tmobile giftcard. He said, you have to make your screen brighter or it wont work lol. Was wanting to scan but my battery was too low. I will not return to that location. I ordered the $2, 2pm-6pm cappuccino and did not like it!

I love doughnuts (because its also a DDs) and I love the ice cream from Baskin Robbins but every single time I come to this location, theres always something wrong. No milk, no ice cream, they forgot, etc. and they dont even have welcoming customer service tones! Only one guy has ever been kind to us here while everyone else just rolls their eyes and clearly doesnt want to be dealing with anyone. Save yourself the trip and go the the Baskin Robbins in Hunters Creek!

This Baskin robbins in 192. Its horrible. They never have the ice cream you want. The never have whipe creeme or the choices of toppins. If ur manager knows ur running out why not order them on time so u can have ur customers happy. I do not recommend this baskin robbins at all. The employees will see u there standing and they just act like there is no one in the store! They sure need better management and pay more attention to their inventory.

They have a menu but they never seem to have the items they advertise on that menu in stock. Ive gone to this location 3 times already for a brownie Sunday.... But they never seem to have any brownies available.

I ordered a free drink and the employees that were working were being really rude and giving attitude and I understand work can be stressful but I think if you have any problems at home with a partner or just overall dont take them to your workplace and if you dont like your job then look for another one that doesnt have anything to do with customer service because they seriously werent happy to work

Went for banana splits. Seemed to be out of many toppings. Also was suppose to get senior discount and didnt. I did ask. Got home checked receipt and not there.

Horrible customer service. The associate that took care of us was mopping the floor wearing gloves, she didnt change her gloves when she prepared our ice cream. I ordered a Banana Royale Sundae, I told her the two flavors I wanted she looked and asked me what else I want on there. Um isnt it a pre-made Sundae? I had to tell her what goes on a Banana Royale. When I got it apart from the ice cream all it had was bananas whip cream nuts and a cherry. No caramel!! She didnt offer a different sauce or anything just gave it to me like nothing. Hesitant I went up to order my husband a 2 scoop cup of ice cream. After standing there like an idiot as she passed me twice mopping the floor again didnt change her gloves. She finally took my order. I asked her for a bag and she gave me the bag and my order separate. Yes I know I can do it myself but I want 100% total customer focus.

I ordered at the drive thru. Scarlett, who helped me with the order and to who I paid didnt replied my hello Scarlett, how are you? (I read her name tag) but its ok; I paid to her, then I wait until she shows up with the ice cream in a cup after I requested in a cone. I wait again and this time she gave me the ice cream properly served in the cone but the cone is missing the little piece of paper cone...no napkins and she wasnt wearing gloves either, in other words she just passed me the ice cream from her barehand to mine 😒.I was so surprised and almost didnt believe it. I parked my car and I went inside and I requested a new ice cream. I expressed her my disappoinment with the situation because I cant believed what just happened. She didnt apologise, she just smiled and left. Another lady served a new ice cream for me. Now I understand why the reviews were so low when I searched for this store.

The guy was not letting us in at 10:45 when the store was supposed to stay open till 11, saying they are short staffed..... First they said we could order the cake but later he refused to give us cake from the drive through..... Very disappointed...specially there were at least six seven people returned.....

The third time I visit this BR and always the same mess and poor service. The employees seem to have short retention spam, have to repeat the order more than 4 time, always. Do not even gave me a bag neither napkins. The worst BR in the area. Only went because is the closed one but will never again.
