Friendly staff! excellent ice cream! I loved my waffle taco!

Twistee Treat is always a good choice for soft serve ice cream. This particular location has the premium flavors as well as the original ones.

Delicious 🍦 ice cream loved it. And so did Fuzz my Pomeranian.

Large portions which is amazing, lacked a little in flavor for the basic mixed ice creams.

Got here at 9:45p, they said that they were closing in 10 min and could only sell cones, but they’re supposed to be open until 11:30 on a Friday I. The summer. Never like a place that starts the conversation with what they can’t do for you because they want to clean up so they can go home early. Bad customer experience.

Not only was the ice cream delicious (and generous), the mother/daughter in line in front of me were Spanish-speaking. The mother had taken a picture of the menu to point to what she wanted to order. But upon realizing they were Spanish-speaking, the (I’m guessing) owner/manager quickly switched out with another employee that was able to communicate with them to take their order accurately. Customer service was amazing!!

Was it necessary to let my ice cream melt in one hand and swipe my credit card with the other? Or to tell me after I’ve paid that you don’t have the the thing I ordered while handing me “the next best thing?” Didn’t think so.Really takes the fun out of getting ice cream when the employees give you attitude over your order.

I liked visiting this little ice cream chain. We paid them a second visit while in the Orlando area.Its a decent price and good ice cream. Theres something about the texture of the ice cream that is fantastic. You could order a cup of plain vanilla and be happy here. Mmm good.

Were visiting from out of town and pleasantly pleased with this place! They have really tasty ice cream and plenty of flavors so theres something for everyone. They put lots of toppings if you choose that which pleases the kiddos. If youre nearby, stop in and enjoy as they have reasonable prices as well and its of the beaten path.

It was OK, the ice cream was not really cold and melted very fast. I got a dipped cone, and the ice cream barely made the chocolate harden. I do not plan to return to this venue. But only because dipped cones are my favorite, and theirs was not that good. Other choices may be better.

The soft serve was creamy and everything was good. Nice size servings. Workers were pleasant. Unlike everyone else in the area they were open past 9.

Staff is nice enough. Ice cream is tasty! Prices are decent. *NOTE TO OWNERS* These establishments are all over Florida, and in Florida, it rains HARD daily. In the drive thru: Please give your customers an awning over the speaker box where orders are placed! Also, please give your staff and customers a much larger awning over where the ice cream is delivered in the drive thru. This is critical for your business. Thanks.

The brownie boat sundae is absolutely life changing. Best brownies. The ice cream is so creamy even though its soft serve. Lots of ice cream for a low price. In Orlando everything is so expensive but not at Twistee.

The service was very friendly, the combos are unique and delicious. The only down point was it was a. Bit slow. We ordered 8 items and some came out quicker than the others. I would definitely recommend this place for any one who loves a great cold treat

Great ice cream! Although the website is misleading about the amount of flavors at this specific location, it was worth getting treats here! I definitely recommend the sundae with hot fudge and the strawberry milkshake.

Great prices for large portions! Sure the ice cream and soft serve are not artisan, BUT not even my three kids could finish their ice creams... there was so much left over!

PROS: This is a fun little ice cream spot. Prices arent bad.CONS: No interior seating available, all outdoors and no pretty scenery to look at, just local roads and the sounds of traffic 🤨My wife ordered a vanilla cone with caramel, they refused to put the caramel on.. saying it would melt. My wife kept telling them she didnt care, but they just gave her a cup on the side.. 🤨Fun, fast stop... But I wouldnt plan on staying here ... Take it to go if possible..

What to say about Twistee Treat Celebration?What a great place to get a nice soft serve ice cream!The service is great, speedy, and cordial.The quality is better than other Twistee Treats, as it didnt start melting right away.I also like that I could pick a small waffle cone, as in others there was only medium or large, or the cone was still the large one but you would get a amount of ice cream according to price, but it would still be too much to eat and would end up throwing it away.The seating are is clean too and theres god space for social distancing.Highly recommend it!

Great ice cream with fair prices. Even the service was fast & friendly. But the spoon was flimsy, like eating ice cream with a wet noodle. Get spoons that can cut through soft serve.🤣

Fairly good prices, they do charge extra for little things, like .55 cents and .75 cents. If you were to get something get the twisted because the sundae is the same thing but more money. Very quick while the drive-thru and the walk lines were crazy long. Really appreciate the friendly service, and very fresh toppings. Would visit again.

Twistee Treat is one of our favorite places for ice cream! This location is very nice. They have tons of seating and a few novelty decor places to take photos. They have a drive thru and plenty of options to choose from for desserts. I had the chocolate soft serve and it was delicious!

Its cheap ice cream. But so much fun that you can have sundaes, milkshakes and dipped or covered cones!My bf got a small strawberry shortcake sundae and it was huge.I got the waffle taco, umm more like a 6inch huge taco with half a poud of ice cream and two toppings. I chose smores crunch and oreo cookies. I couldnt finish it. For 11$ we were both happy with our dishes. Only reason why It gets 4starts bc its just cheap twist ice cream.

Visiting Kissimmee wanted some ice cream got my order taken pretty fast got to the window pretty fast. But waited to get my food for 20 plus min i got half my order then had to wait for the other half. About 4 employees just talking standing around the window then they start handing out other cars behind there food. Then I told the employee that it took forever and I was told to chill they are busy... But they were just sitting there talking. Then I go to take a scoop of my sundae and I get a chuck of hair. Just a all around awful experience.

Good ice cream, the area at night not so much

Im glad I visited this location. I ordered a medium waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream. I came between 3 and 5 p.m.Thank you for a clean and yummy Twistee Treat experience. The grounds looked clean and inside through window looked well maintained.

Terrible service. I was the 1st person in line win they opened at 1pm and I ordered 3 items. They made 1 item at at time and I received the third item at 1:21pm. The first two were completely melted before I received the last and then they put caramel all over the 3rd one, which I did not order. Also they didn’t take anyone else’s order until I received all of mine. How it takes 21 minutes to make three ice cream‘s I will never know. I will never be back!

I have come here twice and both times have been just really bad customer service experiences. I’m very dissatisfied with this location. I would ask for a flavor (which I usually get at my local twistee treat) and the answer would be “uh we don’t have that” or “we’re out of that” I totally understand if you’re out of something or if one location doesn’t sell the exact same thing but you would think that I would be offered some sort of other options recommended to me. That was the first time. Second time my husband and I went I didn’t get anything cause I wasn’t happy from last time. Anyway, he ordered and right after he said what he wanted the answer from the order taker was “k”. Not “okay anything else” but “k”. Please tell me how this is good customer service. Anyway, very I pleased with this location.

A great place for a tasty treat. From shakes to hotdogs Twistee Treat can attract a small crowd. It has 4 service windows, one of which is a drive through. One negative is, even with a line of customers, not all service windows will be in use. The ice cream cones and sundaes are of good portion size with multiple cone types or topping options.

First of all everything was delicious!! Fast, very affordable!! Family of 6 and spent $26!! That never happens!!!
