Went in today and ask for a vanilla twirl with strawberry syrup on top, I always get it the same way and I’m always come to this place. The cashier seemed to be new and was SO rude and she didn’t wanna give me my order how I wanted it she said it NEEDED to be mixed in together. I will make sure to get her name IF I for some reason decide to go again. Also there’s a paper on the door that says 10% off if we give 5 stars and I was going to until she did that. 5 stars are earned not given just because.

Sadly since my last visit 10 days ago the chocolate ice cream was still excessively soft and the cone was put in a cup because the ice cream couldnt even hold its shape when put in the cone. My husband wanted a malt and was told we dont got that. After the order for the cone was placed we waited at least 15 minutes for the order with only 2 cars ahead of us so they definitely need more staff. There wasnt even anyone outside placing orders at the walk up window. We probably will be looking for another ice cream shop.

Worst experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE! The ice cream was decent could definitely get better for the same price or less at Marble Slab. The cashier was extremely rude and called my wife and myself a liar twice. We ordered 8 ice creams, it started to rain so we sent the 6 kids to the car and just delivered them when they were ready. We only got 7 and they said all 8 were already sent out. My wife showed them my receipt and they said we already gave you the one we were missing. I then went back to the window and said we are missing this one and the cashier said well we sent it out. I said well you can check my car if you want only 7 people have ice creams and we clearly paid for 8. She said well its not that a big deal which I said clearly it is since you called us both liars over a $5 ice cream. So here I will buy another one at which time she made me pay for another ice cream. So we bought 9 total. Will tell everyone I know yo never go here!

Two employees saw my family and I and ignored us. We at least wanted to be greeted… nothing! Not even an, “we’ll be right with you”

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This Twistee Treat has been bad for a couple months now whether that be long wait times with only a few people ordering or not having certain items when it’s on the menu. And today I wanted some ice cream but it wasn’t open at 1 when it said it would be open. One of the young female staff was outside sitting at the tables and told me it was close. How is it closed if your hours clearly states open at 1. Never going here again

Terrible service. I had to ask one of the employees to please clean the table, bc they were all dirty; it was not even busy. The unprofessional lazy young female employee handed me napkins to clean it. I had to ask her AGAIN if she could clean the tables. She finally decided to come out to clean ONE table, with a disgusting attitude, as if I’m bothering her; Sadly, she didn’t even attempt to clean the rest of the dirty tables. Unreal! especially during this time with continuous rising cases in Florida. Please educate your staff of the importance of disinfecting the tables? Please and Thank you.

Horrible service. Will never go back. Was ignored at the window. Another family came to the window and was helped. I was very upset. Went to the drive thru, but the point is I shouldve been helped at the window as well. Ill go to another location. This place lost my business. I have tried to do the contact us page for about a month and still havent heard about my experience. Im about to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Just okay. Got a banana split. Everything tasted processed and artificial. Even the banana tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Fair prices and fast service are the positives.

Love this place. I really do. The ice cream is great. However, lately they are very inconsistent with their serving sizes. My boyfriend and I always order the same thing - medium cup. It seems like they serve less and less every time. Not only that, on the same order, one cup is significantly fuller than the other. What’s up with that? And I didn’t say anything because it was night time and I ordered at the drive-up window. Didn’t notice until I got home.

I absolutely love the idea of this place, I feel it was in a good location ... however, I do think they need more attendants, we waited quite a very long time and we were the only ones there.

After waiting in drive through line and not moving, I went to window and knocked loudly to no avail. Music playing through loudspeakers in table area, but no one around. While waiting-at least a half dozen cars came and went.

The staff is friendly. Our orders are always correct and yummy. We will drive farther to this location over the one in Posner Park.

The ice cream is good but on Saturday the staff must be low because the line is always rapped around the building and takes forever.

I ordered 3 milkshakes and lets say I should have just ordered 3 glasses of milk they was so runny it was like drinking milk. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will never go there again. I will stick with Wawa they have way better milkshakes

5:45pm on a Sunday afternoon and as we walked up they closed the curtains on the window. Knocked on the glass and they didnt answer. Line of 5 people that got back in their cars.... they also put a cone so we couldnt go through the drive thru.

The management is terrible. Will not be going back.

Terrible. Never have anything in stock. The new manager they got always grabs the cones bare handed. They’ve been cycling through employees and it’s apparent why.

Quick, delicious, clean, outdoor seating, great people. What more can I say. Heavy portions for what you pay for. Lotta bang for your buck.

This is the third time I come and the service front window is close and only drive thru.the place is ugly, the bathroom was closed, the screen to order ice cream is not working

Very slow! Extremely slow. Waited a whole half an hour on the drive thru line. Short handed or not, I don’t think it takes that long if you push yourself a little. Smh

Service was horrible! We went in for our first time to try TwisteeTreat and the guy that took our order was ok but then we got to the window and a woman gave us the wrong order which was fine, hey mistakes happen..but then the other woman standing at the window angrily threw up her hands and yelled at us and said whats wrong now!? And rolled her eyes at us and shook her head.I understand work can be stressful but that was aggressive and extremely rude and uncomfortable. That was enough for me to not come back and go elsewhere next time we want a family outing for ice cream.

They had a super long drive thru line, and it took a while to get take our order(I was ordering in person at the window), gentleman in the red beanie apologized for the wait and was super nice and took care of us, prime example of true customer service!

I was disappointed with the large cheesecake sundae. There where 2 small pieces of cheesecake on the top with whipped cream and the rest was vanilla ice cream under that.

Unbelievable, making a line, second place, and having only one employee taking care of drive-thru orders only. Still on line....So disappointed. Now, raining, and still here.....30 minutes after, now the1st one in line...knocking on window to get the news that they dont take credit card thru the window, when we are able to pay cash. There is no sign and he did not tells us early. Or send us to drive-thru so we dont get wet in the rain. He can take one order by window and one drive-thru. Poor guy, he is in the wrong business. End of story, he closed the store and turn of lights. Cool. At least we can keep eating ice cream outside. But, what can I say...Thanks for your effort to serve us.

Hit or miss. I purchase the same ice cream and Im charged a different price every time. Once they gave me the wrong toppings and instead of fixing it, I was handed a cup full of toppings.

Ice cream is delicious but certain employees are unprofessional and slacking. We waited ten minutes for them to open. Employee was going bank and forth to her car.. when she greeted us on the intercom,she asked us what we wanted them told us she forgot to turn on the machines. That itd take 15 more minutes to get cold. We left.

Weve gone to this place 2 times this week alone. The kiddie cones 1.99 and twistee cups are actually pretty good size with two toppings 2.99. The flavored ice cream is all very good but is $0.75 up charge. Its a good place to go during the quarantine.

I went to twistee treat on Monday. I was taken care of my a nice girl i think her name is Netty she was so wonderful and she took care of my order. I like the way she listen to what i wanted. I hope that Twistee is treating her good she was 100% wonderful all of twistee treat she have more like her.
