If youre nervous about shopping for wedding rings, the people at Thompson Jewelers make you feel comfortable right away. If you have a limited budget, you can go to them without feeling embarrassed about it and they will show you what is available . They had more selections in our price range than other places did that we shopped.After we purchased my ring set, I noticed a day later that there was a flaw and then I lost a diamond a few weeks later. The flaw wasnt their fault, it happened to be a prong that was too large and covering a diamond. Their technician was able to fix that and my missing diamond was replaced. Both fixed at the same time within a couple days.We also purchased one of the Tennessee Whiskey Barrel rings for my fiances wedding band. These are gorgeous and so affordable! You MUST see these and consider them! Theyre very striking and very different.All in all, it was a very pleasant experience from the time we walked in the door and were greeted to the end of the purchases and repairs.They have better selections of all kinds of jewelry than Ive seen near us and its also a great place to have your jewelry repaired. This is one of the best places still around! My husband purchased an engagement ring from them way back when they were still in Kissimmee at the Mill Creek Mall over 35 years ago. We used them to purchase other jewelry over the years until they moved and we had kids so had no extra money for jewelry. Anyway we went back in just recently to find a stronger ring for my husband as he is rough and his gold ban was bent and in bad shape. I have wanted to upgrade my rings for a while so we decided to look around and see if we could find something that I would be happy with. This place has been a whole different experience. I took my daughters necklace thinking that there was no hope for it as it is her childhood necklace and these people turned the game 360 degrees. I had two pieces of jewelry repaired at Thompsons this past year. First my gold wedding band that the doctor had to cut off my finger. It was totally misshapened (the dr. broke two of his saws cutting it free). We were absolutely thrilled with the repair, no blemishes, lines, nothing. It looked new! My doctor even asked to see it when I returned months later and was awed with the work.Just recently I took in my Mothers black Onyx gold ring with a small diamond in for repair. The ring is nearly 100 yrs old and was given to her by my Grandfather when she was 14yrs old. Thompsons replaced the missing diamond and beautifully restored the ring! It brought back many happy memories of her wearing it. I brought in a ring to have repaired .Not only was it done the next day but the price was great. The ladies were so nice and helpful I left with a beautiful emerald and diamond ring for a great price on one hand and the one they repaired on the other. Great service and super nice.

Awesome to have real jewelers around the corner. Very friendly, they fixed my silver necklace very professionally for a very good price and even cleaned my rings as a bonus because it took longer than planned due to the fact they ran out of oxygen for welding the day I went. I highly recommend them,
