Me and wife look like a couple of teenagers who were just passing by wearing casual clothes and she still treated us like any other guest without assuming what we couldn’t afford. She answered all of our questions and explained everything. She took her sweet time with us and very professional. Thank you for your wonderful service. We are one happy couple and definitely would go back for her service/assistance.

Excellent customer service and going out of their way to find the right item
Very upset with the customer service at this location. First I go during a week day, which I deliberately requested off to have my ring service, and I was told that they are only taking clients by appointment and did not have weekend availability. Now I return as they reopened their walk-in service and there’s a sign on the door at 3pm that says “at lunch, will return at 4pm”. This is very unprofessional, imagine having to wait an hour for something that only takes minutes. I would understand if there was only one employee working and he/she had an emergency. This was not the case, the ladies took their lunch together and closed the store for an hour in the middle of the day.
Make you line outside in the heat and cold while they take care of 3 customers at a time. Total waste of my time
Standing in line to wait while they assist one customer for 20 mins then told must sign in first an wait more while 5 employees just stand around playing on their phones

On the website it says it opens at 11am, but I was standing outside and was told 11:30. If you are going to open at different times, then they need to update.

Will never return to this place again. Bought two Christmas items on sale they charged me $200.00 for a warranty for an item that cost $40.00. They also do not listen spelled my name wrong three times incorrectly.

The sales girls are very rude and very unprofessional...... never got my wedding ring fix just cuz I didn’t want my lil studs in.....gave attitude to my husband and was very disrespectful to him last time going back to this place
Excellent customer service
Well this location was my go to place for jewelry but no longer. We upgraded my wedding ring was TOLD it would take 2 week to size, now were being TOLD another week will be added on. 3 weeks to size a ring is ridiculous and then to be lied to is another thing. Smh. Currently driving to location to cancel my layaway. I refuse to have another 3 weeks for sizing.

Heavily accented greeter very stoic. Asked to see earings and tagged on insurance, etc. For final price. Long time gem shopper was unimpressed.

Why would you put your business hours as closing at 9pm when at 8:50 your doors are shut and telling customers that you are closed.
Very rude staff dont know how to use their own system and manager always seems to have her head more on her cell phone than her job and customers.
