Visiting Orlando from San Francisco. Chance upon this place, eye opening experience. A lot of deep red politic signs at the place such as stolen election Trump is God such and such. The owner, truly a gentlemen from another era (Maybe confederate plantation era) or has some mental condition that required medication. The owners attitude toward the customer is like all customers are trying to take advantage of him, All customers are like his enemy.

Really good ice cream. I came here with my mom and she had the red velvet and I had the Oreo. Good prices. They also have seats to sit down. I recommend coming here to have some 🍨🍦

Went here with my kids and im never coming here again, i waited 20+ minutes for 2 icecreams with no costumers on top of that they didnt fill in my kids icecream and there was a big hole in the middle on top of that the ice cream .wasnt blended correctly and had a taste of expired milk nothing else expensive as hell for something this bad .im not even sure why this place has a 4 star rating and inside the ice cream cup its worn out and broken out.

Went there once with a friend and it was dirty. Like the kind of dirty you expect from an ice-cream place that has just kind of been tossed up on a Fairgrounds and pretty neglected because its going to come down in a week anyway so why bother?The atmosphere was not very friendly. The people working there acted like our presence was an inconvenience to them. The signs are super off-putting too. Theyre badly put together, for one, and have nothing to do with ice-cream on top of that. I ended up not buying anything because the atmosphere really didnt make me want ice-cream anymore, but my friend did. He said it wasnt worth what he paid. We left instead of eating there because of the unfriendly, unwelcoming atmosphere. We have not and will not go back.

If you want the best choice of toppings and frozen dessert 🍨 go here. Their machines always work, not like that other place

Owner is quite rude and puts up weird signs that are not menus and mostly just insult customers.Not recommended. Just find a twisty treat or a dairy queen.Edit: yeah I mean wow look at that. Im an adult, 104 reviews, local guide. And yet hes calling ME fake. Also he responded to this review at like 3am so I would not say they are fully hinged.I still recommend not eating here cause it doesnt get any better than this, in hospitality, and its enough to sour milk.

Update: I think the owner needs to be “chillin out”. Not sure what type of business owner insults their existing and potential customers online.I think they’re going out of business. The owner has put up some strange signs around the parking lot suggesting that they no longer agree with serving ice cream in its simplest state. I don’t think they want to serve ice cream anymore. The signs are very confusing. They do not direct you to the ice cream, and the QR code’s on the signs are not menus. We left without ice cream because upon reading the signs, we could not decide what to order, since no food was listed on them.

Stopped and got a bunch of ice cream for the family while on vacation and we loved it. I got the Oreo “McFlurry” “blizzard” cup and it was enough ice cream for 3 nights.

I’m a regular customer of this location and all of the employees have been awesome, but the new employee that was attending on Saturday night skinny young girl was completely rude, got really loud and while I was speaking to her she kept rolling her eyes, and refused to take my order. She first said that they never put chocolate chips on cones then she said that it was out of her abilities to put chocolate chips on an ice cream. I only asked for a regular cone with chocolate chips on it.

Here in Orlando Florida visiting and I love this ice cream! Coming back before I head back home.

I have ordered here for years until I saw a pro-NRA post on the stores window. So yeah, business lost. And I yes, and am reviewing based on that because I dont want to see a freaking NRA poster when I am trying to enjoy myself. Poor environment. Since I was a child I remember the building shaped like an ice cream cone. Now they have a huge variety of desserts. I had the Mango Pineapple and my friend had the Chocolate Brownie Dessert. Delicious!

What horrible guest service! I just pulled out of this place and I could not believe how nasty the man that works there is. My husband walked up ahead of me and told the guy he wanted a chocolate shake. As I walked up to look at the menu my husband told the guy he could make his shake and I would order when he was done. The guy told him I need $6.25 before I make the shake. With his attitude I told my husband I was not going to order anything. With that the guy replies with clear the window! I could not believe my ears. If this guy works for who ever is reading this, he needs guest service training. And if the person reading this is the one who gave me such horrible service, you suck dude! Being kind to other human beings will get you a lot further in life!

15 minute wait didnt even get the ice cream banana split correctly....and why was there green ice cream in the middle of the split???the photos on the front of this is nothing like we received it never have I had a gaint banana split in a cup..and there is no numbers to call to make complaints about this service...but over all it was good

Great ice cream. Large selection of treats and flavors. Reasonably priced. LOVE the handicap parking sign aimed to slam the lazy a-holes who try to park in a HC space when they dont need it. Price, quantity, and quality all three were really great.After a long day walking around Gatorland, we stopped by here. We had two chillers and a sundae. I was really surprised how much we got when he handed it out to us.There were tons of candy pieces in the chillers. They definitely didnt short us on them!Thanks for some great ice cream!

I love this place! The ice cream is great and they serve a lot. The sitting area needs a little update and it should be kept cleaner and more inviting, but it is till a place I recommend. I have quite some ice cream places to choose from, but I find myself coming back!!!!!!

The place has some damn good ice cream. Who cares about scenery? You dont go to a giant ice cream cone to enjoy the view; you go for delectable, cold desserts. No, you wont get 5 star customer service, but you will get basic service that suffices what you came for. I dont expect the ice cream servers to give me a foot massage with my sundae, but I do expect to get a sweet treat after paying for it, and thats what you get here. Not the best experience in the world, but then again Im not exactly climbing a mountain or sky diving, or riding a roller coaster, am I? Im buying freakin ice cream. You wont get a horrible experience either, because its not a concentration camp, its an ice cream place. A normal human being with a humble attitude will enjoy their ice cream treat. A rich person who absolutely despises anything affordable and expects a royal treatment will not enjoy visiting this place, nor will they enjoy life in general.

I ordered a dipped cone. They didnt have the sauce prepared so they told me they would refund me a dollar. I said I came for a dipped cone and ask them to refund the whole amount. After 5 minutes waiting for my receipt a worker came outside to clean and said oh they dont give out receipts. I then asked her what she did with the ice cream she said she threw it away. I felt like she should at least offered it as a good will gesture. The signs on the building are rude and the service is bad. They claim the ice cream is superior but I thought it to be about average. You pay for a higher priced experience, but dont waste your time.

Do not order anything 9oz. They used to serve very generous portions, but now there is absolutely no difference between a 7oz and 9oz portions. You are better off asking for the 7oz, at least you will leave without feeling you were ripped off. I wish they would serve them like they used to.

The staff was horrible our order was messed up more than 3 times, each time when asked to correct attitude was given. No sense of discipline in this staff. Seem as though they had very little training, management needs to take action, happy customers equal better business or else maybe the manager needs to go back to management training.

Took all the Family for Ice cream and ended out at Chilling Out Ice Cream they have a real delicious Ice cream good Flavors Shakes and a delicious Banana Split my kids favorites.

The hiring sign is a pathetic mess of insults. Talking down to potential employees is no way to get anyone to work for you. You need people who have energy and want to work in an ice cream parlor part time for what you hope is years (ideally). Thats going to be young people, but your clear hatred of them in your wording is a big warning sign for anyone to stay far away unless they are desperate. Your signs represent you and your business model. Hire an editor and get some tact.

This place is a real life saver. I especially love to come here when the Fl heat is on melt my face away. The lactose free ice cream is a must for the lactose intolerant. Hand dipped ice cream cone heaven is what I call this place.
