Not a fan of the manager. Never has his mask on. Be a little bit more professional and hygienic. Honestly just impressed at how little effort people put in to the mask thing.

The people where great. And they enough took a picture for us. Nobody does that anymore. They have great choose of ice cream, I can say they are better then dairy queen.

Most of the workers are very nice and respectful however the wait times are unacceptable and I dont understand why. Ive been coming here for a while and the quality of the business regarding customer service just keeps getting worse. This used to be my favorite place to get a waffle cone but it looks like Im going to have to find another place for that

Service has gone downhill. A few of the ladies have been beyond moody. I get it. You got your own things in your mind. But don’t give me a hard time with my orders.

We went with a huge group. They were very nice and quick with our orders. The manager came out and took a group photo for us and thanked us for coming.

My experience at this twistee treat has always been great the girls know me and are nice to me and they know exactly how I like my orders. The manager Gil is always is present which is nice is see when I go because he always greets me by my name its a nice place to visit.

I used to come here faithfully every Tuesday night after work. I recently stopped because of the long wait times and the horrible customer service. I had to wait 25 minutes for a small shake when there was only two cars ahead of me. The management in this business is poor and something needs to be done.

It’s is currently 1:13pm and this place is still not open. There are multiple people showing up and trying to figure out what’s going on. The sign says they open at 1:00pm and still nothing. One of the people that work here is sitting outside and she has no idea what’s going on. She said she’s waiting on the manager and she isn’t sure when he will be here to open up the store. This is just disgraceful. Definitely need a new leadership team here.

Great varieties and decent prices keep me coming back. Only complaint really is pictured. We all know they get busy and lines (drive-thru and walk-up) tend to run long when its hot and after school/early evenings. Certainly does not help the situation when all youre concerned with is your social media profile! She also seemed bothered when I informed her that my milkshakes were vanilla BUT I had ordered chocolate 🙄 Get off your phone and give us customers your undivided attention please

Went through the drive through with my family. Amazing, friendly, and efficient service from Gil despite the large order.

Line had about 6 cars, which is fine....but the wait was forever! They were out of chocolate ice cream, m&Ms, peanut butter, and like 3 other things. The girl at the window had NO personality, didnt say thank you when the money was given to her..no youre welcome when thank you was said to her and she looked like she didnt want to be there. The vanilla shake was fine, but the two mint chocolate chip shakes were not blended properly.

Its great for afternoon summer snacks

They should invest in cone slots or something other than using a napkin to touch our ice-cream. One of my cones was messy. wont be back

The employee working today was kind, and working efficiently. However, what is going on with the taste of the chocolate ice cream 🍦??? It has a chalky, rough texture to it. Not what I was expecting, and not what we’re used to here 🥺

My banana split was amazing my bananas where fresh and it was amazing, the manager greeted us and it was great

Everytime I came here it was extremely busy but the service was exceptional now this place is never busy the service is awful. There are a couple of people that have been there for a while but these new people are very unprofessional and rude. Not a good place to visit anymore.

Because of the Pandemic I hadnt gone to a Twistee Freeze in over a year. After getting vaccinated I took my Mom there for an afternoon treat & the portions were good & delicious, just as I remembered. Ill be returning soon & highly recommend eating here for dessert.

It was it Sunday June 13 10:40 when I got there asked for a malt shake they couldnt make it because its broken. I know theres multiple blenders so I knew they were bull**** me. Now for the reason they didnt wanna make it. Close time was near they didnt want extra things to clean so they could leave on time. Then I asked for a mint chocolate chip in the cup and they couldnt make a premium flavor because.... guess again the machine was broken. Once again I knew they have multiple machines... now for the the reason.. because they are to lazy to clean so they could leave exactly at Close time. They are costing you money..... How I know they are just being lazy.... I use to work as a shift leader in twistee treat back in 2018..

I love Twistee Treat but this location is worn down in every way and it shows. The speaker for the drive-thru is broken and it’s tapped off with a written sign, for payments only exact cash or card are options and they were out of basic items such as whipped cream & sprinkles. I think it’s time this company invests some money into this location because it’s part of our community and the workers deserve a workable enviorment.

I went in to get some Sundays they messed up on my order but its okay cuz they still have delicious great place with great variety of flavorsAnd choices to choose from an awesome prices. This place is family friendly in a perfect place to go with kids.

Who doesnt LOVE Twistee Treat? Today was a great day for it, it was 91°F... Perfect ice cream weather! Twistee Treat is always consistent at every location. Hubby could not get a banana split as they were out of bananas. Same thing happened at another location. Other than that, yummy!

If it was possible for no stars. They would get it. Theyre always out of items. Today they served us watery slushies, brownie boat that aint had nothing I payed extra for and refused to give a refund when we no longer wanted these item. They didnt even offer to give us the extra items we was charged for, saying the manager said no.

By the time I got to the window last night my icecrem was melted.they could’ve waited to Make my cone I’m very disappointed in this location

I went not to long ago with my mom and sister and the girl that took our order and everything was Ariana and she was amazing! Not only did she take her time to make sure our order was right but she jus went more and beyond on helping us out and sooo friendly I just felt like I wasn’t rushed and I could take my time definitely. Terrible service, they never have Anything. I think they got a new manager and he always grabs the cones with his bare hands. Disgusted.

They have a variety of different flavors, good prices and good service. They have a drive through or tables and benches outside which is nice too. They are missing sugar free flavors... 🤔

Worse icecream I ever ate. Its too pricy. Almost everything is an extra add on. It shocked my taste buds that I had to throw it after eating coupon of spoones. I honestly do not understand the peanuts on top of whip cream. It tasted awful.I was left with an awful, wierd taste in my mouth for hours.

It was my first time going to twistee treat and this lovey girl Arianna was at the cash register and she was very polite and very nice and she help me with types of ice cream serving but she suggested one of her favorite ice cream and made my first experience special.

I went to twisty treat because I was sleepy and I thought they had coffee. They didn’t. The manager was friendly and his flamingo shirt was very cool. He offered me coffee flavored ice cream instead. I politely declined and ordered a wild cherry slushee. It was delicious. 5 stars!

Wanted some ice cream, find that hours have changed, dont open until 1pm everyday, at 1:05 cones are taken out of way, go through drive thru, no one answers. Waited 5 minutes, I left. Went to Sonic open and ready for business.

First of all the ice cream is smooth and so creamy. Very good quality and not too sweet! Love that they have pup cups and whenever we go we get really good service. Definitely recommend this place to anyone; go early in the day if you can. In the evenings it gets really busy. :)
