Excellent, the staff are very helpful, the girl in the front so nice. Louis the mechanic in back he work very hard to make sure I am satisfied with my new scooter I got from them. I strongly recommend this place to purchase a bike.

The owner likes to overprice on parts and service, all equipment for sale is not even Chinese, make your researches, they used to have a good mechanic until about a month ago or so but now they have one that instead of fixing by the book he simply do a temporary work so you come back or call him for outside work, this is America not a different country where people dont care riding their scooters with a lawnmower tire or simply use the cheapest aftermarket universal parts when youre getting charged as oem parts....dont know how people still go there when theres other places that dont play with your hard earned money....

They know me by name. Always happy to see me. And the mechanic finds the most economic way to keep my bike safe & on the road.

The service is great, I bought 2 scooters from Jealse scooters a good mechanical. I love my scooter, keeping the maintenance on it.

Great people, friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic was open and honest with your repair needs I didnt feel like he was adding repairs you dont need like some stores of this kind. Vet friendly.

Not trust worthy peopleAfter several times bringing my scooter for repairs for the same problem over and over I take it to another mechanic he says they where doing something on the valves that with a a month or so the carburator unadjusted so I have to bring it back and the month of warranty already expired... one year now and my scooter is working just fine horrible people trying to get rich stilling people that are trusting there business but is over with those thieves!!

Ok, so I wrote a bad review in anger yesterday. But the dealer had a mechanic come fix my scooter at now cost. As long as the scooter keeps working properly, Ill be happy. I dont blame the dealer for the issues with the scooter. I think its more the manufacturer thats to blame.

Brought my 50cc scooter because it was not running well it was bugging up at arpund 35mphgot it fixed it took 3 daysdrove it home that daythe next day it was doing the same thing againI just thought it was the scooter getting back to normal, the next day went to start it and it didnt startMy scooter was perfect before exept for the bugging down, it started just by looking at it now it wont even budge.called them to see what could be done because I cant even ride it there, I explained the situation to the owner and these were the exact words its not my problem if it doesnt start, you find a way to bring it here and Ill check it but you have to pay to get it fixedWorst costumer service everI dont recommend this place go somewhere else for your scooter repairs

Not a good place. Over priced work and they are inconsistent with there prices. The review by Jennifer is a girl who actually works there. This place needs to be investigated by a news outlet or sued in court. I will be filing a complaint with BBB soon as well. They never even called me to authorize any work done to the bike. They just worked on it on there own and then called me just to tell me the bill. They quote you one price by phone then Jack it up to another on the bill.

Speedy service for the most part. However the repair costs seem inflated. Theyll sometimes work with you on the price. Mainly because its so expensive.

Not sure how they are for scooter prices but I found out the hard way they really over charge if you order a tool through them. I needed a special socket for my scooter so I went to see if they had it. They did not but he offered to order it for me. Since I needed it I agreed to the $63.00 he told me it would cost. Well I guess I should have looked online before going to him. Because when I did look online I found the exact same tool he ordered for me and it was only $20.00. And that included shipping. I guess I learned a $43.00 lesson.

Have been goin here for several months now. 5 to be totally exact. Same problem. Scooter turn off after a month of been on the road. They said it was the filter and chage it to a Racing filter still the same problem. I tough i was unlucky and boght a crappy scooter.Later this week i was about to go there again when a friend recomend me another mechanic. The mechanic told me it was just the gas line and it was an easy fix.Turns out its true what they told me about them they mess with the scooter in other for it to have problems and you to come back. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They will trick you. I alredy made a complaint.

Its a nice place, owners cool his daughter is cool and they are both professionals. Now they would get 5 stars if it wasnt for that lazy, rude, thief of a mechanic that the have working in the back. This is where things get real interesting and he is lucky I didnt go back just to F@#k his world up.. I went in because my scooter wouldnt start he was giving me this whole this is wrong but it could be this wait it wasnt that but it was this I told him dont mess with the battery, right from the get-go, so hes replacing the starter and all this bull and telling me that I need new pistons. So after an hour of watching this guy he explains to me that the battery wont keep the charge so I need another 1 so I was like alright go ahead and change it at this point I just want it to be over with. So he changes it, thinking nothing about it I go pay and remembered that I could use the battery he took out to get a refund because it was almost new(from autozone). This is where the thieving comes in. This guy gives me an old battery when I know for sure the battery I watched him takeout was an Everstart. Even the owner was like thats 1 of our batteries that you gave him he even started talking back to his boss trying to say that the battery he gave me was the 1 my scooter had. So I was ready to go before I started breaking things because I do have anger issues and really just wanted to get the cops called on myself but I chose the christian way and decided to write this review of how a thieving mechanic runs this place. If you want to get your scooter fix dont go to this place or anywhere else in Kissimmee because all these mechanics are not looking out for your best interests.. but if your desperate like I was go for it but you have been warned.

🚨 DONT GO THERE!!!! 🚨They are the worst!!!! 🚨I brought my scooter 🏍 The next day they call me to tell me it was fixed the bill was $353 OK fine I pay someone to take me over there 40 minute ride when I get there immediately was expected for me to pay and sign the release form that by the way guarantees you 30 days but its all bull crap just a whole bunch of things releasing them from all responsibility they just want your money 💰 Before I pay and sign I check my bike to see if it works the bike keeps shutting off which is the same problem I brought it in with they had change the air filter to a racing air filter they had changed the carburetor to a new one they had change the CDi that I had just changed that I have bought from them telling me that the CDI that was their installed was in the correct one but this is the CDI that they sold to me just a couple of days earlier they change the battery which it was something that was really needed everything else was replaced just to make a big bill $353 & my bike still had the same problem that i brought it in with so I traveled over there for nothing and paid someone to take me for nothing tell them Im not going to pay anything to my bike is fixed they say OK after a good 45 minutes of a back-and-forward discussion I leave make a long story short a few days later they call me again tell me the bike is really fix this time and that is staying on I get really happy I go over there to pick my bike up it was true the The bike wouldnt shut off on me until The next day it started giving me the same problem shutting off casually just every now and then me being busy at work had to wait a few days in order for me to bring it back for the 30 day warranty after paying $353 Im expecting my bike to be fixed The bike got worse shutting off more often same problem I brought it in with I bring it back they tell me theres nothing they can do but what about the warranty I paid $353 to fix the problem that the bike wouldnt shut off anymore and here I am stuck with the same problem they just took my money besides that My seat was ripped when I went to pick my bike up they said dont worry about it will replace it thats only $35 to us when you bring it for the oil change and tuneup will replace it never happened now they saying that it wasnt them I had an alarm & remote start control system both working heating gauge also working when I brought it in when I went to pick the bike up I told him about the alarm and remote start system not working they said they didnt touch any of that I was just happy that my bike was on and I could go back to work so I didnt care left it alone now I lost my job $353 and Im stuck with a scooter that I paid to get fixed didnt get fixed still on the warranty its only been a week they are the worst im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Im assuming any possible legal actions on this matter it was very simple just fix my bike I paid you for it the biggest Bill said by them that they had in there was mine $353 I couldve bought a new Engine and for the problem to still be there & them not to honor the warranty!!!!! dont go there all they want you to do is sign that paper theyll say anything and after you sign that paper they are relieved from any responsibility read it!!!!! stupid me I shouldve read the reviews I hope this helps you go somewhere else the correct way is check to find whats wrong call to let the person know get an ok to work on it then work on it they dont even do that!!! They just do what they want on ur scooter then call you with a bill!!!! Almost forgot I bought my scooter it whit 456 miles I have a picture wen I picked it up it hade 512 & it was really dirty they need to be held accountable so they can stop taking advantage of people.

They over charge and everyone I take my scooter and they fix it Dique the next day I have the same problem. All they say is oh it was working when you left than they rigged. My air box took the snorkel piece off and and replaces it with a foam piece they cut from some other material and zipp tied it around the old piece. They also sold me plastic panels that where they are broken and the tabs on the inside are broke too. But all they could day when I went to return them was oh well choose were the only ones we had in the back. Than they tried to tell me my battery was no good after they were the ones that have me the new battery not even a month ago. So they charged me for a new battery untill I said they were the ones that sold me it a couple weeks ago. So then they put it in as an exchange price for another new battery. They also said they fixed the kick start which agian doesnt work still. Said that I just needed the pin that was it. But they used the same pin that I left in my front holder to fix it and charged me for it. Dont go here unless you want to keep going back for the same thing and waiting all day for a mechanic to rig everything and bend metal instead of actually fixing something.

So I bought a scooter the 5o cc Chinese scooter from them a year ago.I wanted to get the most out of the scooter before I did a review.I have ridden this thing from kissimmee to poinciana and back.and Im still riding smooth a year later. I have 8000 miles on it. and its running like new. after a new carb install. you can get fuel jet cleaner to keep your carb from going bad. just put in a bit as you fill up gass. Im getting 45 gps tracked miles per hour on this. with no wind. and with a tail wind I get 55 mph. I weigh 175 pounds, go it would be faster with less weight. I love my scooter! they have on site mechanics. and pick up, is going to be 50$, not cheep at all, but they get the job done.As long as they continue to be a honest business I will have good things to say. I wish them the best. and Im probably going to be buying the shark 250cc from them. remember keep your scooter in a garage and change the oil regularly. and it will last you vary long.

WORST Orlando scooter shop, high prices, work poorly. They use used parts and sell them as new and worst of all, the parts that the motorcycle has are stolen. They give pity and leave the Colombians as thieves. Please do not enter this store. BURGLARS.
