One of my cello strings snapped and after a quick Google search, Lewis Music Store popped up. Since it was only 1 mile away from my house, naturally it was my first call. Paul was super friendly over the phone, said he could help me, and asked me to bring in my cello the next morning before he got busy. I was there about 10 minutes after opening and within the hour, I walked out with a brand new string, freshly rosined tuning pegs, and details about my cello I never knew about. The shop has so much character to it (including the shopkeeper!) and my repair was very affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend Lewis Music for your music needs!

I highly recommend Lewis Music Store!! They went out of their way to help get an item that my Dad truly wanted. I didn’t even have a way to get it since our car needs repair and one of the owners delivered it to my Dad’s door since she lived close by!! I’ve never had a store do anything like this before especially if they don’t deliver or ship. I was also given a name and contact number for a really great mechanic!! I was so grateful they made my Dad’s day especially being Father’s Day weekend!! I will never forget their kind hearts and they also have reasonable prices!! Lewis Music store is the hometown favorite in Kissimmee and St. Cloud, FL. We have been Lewis Music store fans for the last few decades and Paul and the crew there are the most helpful and friendly folks in the county. Whether its music lessons or buying a musical instrument, their service is not only excellent but highly recommended by everyone I have ever recommended to go there as well.

I found a great guitar at a wonderful price, many items in the store are focused on real world usage, I will be back, soon.

Paul and his team are very knowledgeable and they care about their customers. My daughter had an issue with the strings on her violin so we took it to Lewis Music to see about fixing it. The team fixed the issue in minutes and tested it. My daughter was very happy to get her favorite instrument back so quickly. I highly recommend Paul and his team.

I was just there and they treated me very good. I went for a set of guitar strings, asked for a cool T-shirt I liked with an electric guitar that says “don’t fret, God is with you” and the gentlemen there just gave it to me as a gift. I learned they have been here for more than 4 decades and I hope they will be here for many more cause they are very nice and they have anything a musician could need in this cozy music store.

I think this is a great and friendly place..My daughters go here for music classes on bass guitar and piano since June last year. Their teacher is Matt and I think he is wonderful...the improvement that I have seen in them in such a short amount of time is amazing. He pushes them to go above and beyond their capabilities and thats what a good teacher does. Im very please with him and I recommend it to anybody that wants to really learn music.

Matt is the worst and he’s extremely rude. He acts like the world revolves around him and his time only. He yelled at me and made me cry over a situation that was beyond my control. I don’t recommend going to this place for lessons, especially if the teacher is Matt. He’s also VERY unprofessional, he is constantly burping and he likes to take his shoes off as if he’s at home and not at work and yesterday he was literally barefoot. He also likes to cross his legs and point his foot basically in your face. He also likes to talk too much and never gets to the point which wastes my time and money. I honestly feel like I haven’t learned anything during my time there. He is obviously a problem because he’s driving costumers away...if you check the other reviews you’ll see other people have complaints on Matt too. The store also needs more of a variety of teachers to choose from, including female teachers. Overall, Matt is the issue, everyone else who works at the store was kind and welcoming.P.S.I would like to add that even the other workers at the store expressed how much they disliked Matt, they said he was a pain.

Fantastic shop!!!!!!!! Dropped my Ibanez AG95 off in the morning for new strings. Picked it up later that afternoon and to my surprise the guitar was also cleaned/polished as well. Looked amazing and sounded fantastic, the whole staff was great. They also had a nice selection of guitars. I’ll definitely be back!!!! You should definitely stop by and have a look.

Just came by today looking to get my new guitar restrung, since Im just beginning to learn and dont know much about guitars, and the staff here were absolutely wonderful. The clerk told me a bit about different strings and signed me up to get it repaired. A quick look around the shop and I had grabbed 3 books, two for a friends daughter, and a guitar strap, and I was rung up quickly. Everybody was extremely friendly, including the other guests, and I will gladly come back again in the future for my musical needs.

This is a great store. Paul and the family acted like they have known me for years . There are no dumb questions. Paul has been so helpful and nice to my needs. Fixed and cleaned up my old guitar and made it look brand new without even asking him too. I took an electric guitar in to find out some history on it and he went out of his way to check it out and play it .Also research it online to find out its history. From the first day I walked in the store we had conversations about all kinds of subjects. Hometown service. All the prices for equipment are on point. From the cheapest product to the most expensive. If you are looking for anything he has it or will tell you honestly where to get it . Please give LEWIS MUSIC a chance to help you . The staff there are very friendly and helpful and there are great deals. My ukulele is beautiful, sounds nice and at a nice price compared to another place and I got a nice bag with not just one, but two straps :p

They had everything I needed for my violin. It was right up front and they got it immediately. Very helpful plus you get a bumper sticker.

After wasting 20 minutes at Guitar Center and not being waited by anybody I had my wife take my guitar to Lewis music in downtown Kissimmee since I was working the next day. She tells me they were very nice and friendly and helpful they fixed my guitar at a reasonable rate and even cleaned up for me. Will definitely use them in the future

Warm family friendly atmosphere, full service guitar store. Initially my desire was purely a good deal on a Taylor E/A. They explained that Taylor was no longer welcomed there, so I disheartenedly browsed their inventory. I quickly spotted gorgeous new Nutmeg Ovation Celebrity priced hundreds under what Id ever find it in the DC area and it plays like a dream. The rest is history, 2 yrs later Im still smilin!

Lewis Music is THE BEST with excellent service and lessons! The ONLY place I shop for music gear, period.

Unprofessional obnoxious and extremely rude ( Matt ) very disappointed with the overall experience. My son was so excited to learn how to play the guitar ! Go somewhere else with your children this is definitely Not a good environment for kids !
