I went in there on the few days I have leave before I have to travel back to work for the Army. I bought a laser bore sighter and the transaction was good. I found the same laser bore sighter and Walmart for almost half the price, so I came back to return it and I didn’t have the receipt and Isaiah the assistant manager was super cool until I asked to speak with a manager because he insisted that he needed the whole receipt. The ASSISTANT manager, ended up saying some smart remarks, making rude comments, and was being very rude about the whole situation while I was being very calm. I would highly not recommend this Big 5 location at all, as you can tell the store is not military friendly at all and I would highly encourage any veterans or active duty personal to not shop here because of the hostility towards military personal; Isiah and the staff Obviously do not care about anyone but themselves.

Not much there and pricey. I had to go across town for muzzleloader stuff.

We just left Big 5 a little while ago. Now we have shopped for a long time there Theyre prices are comparable to other stores but their sales are out of this world. We are retired and on a budget. The variety of everything is great. But the biggie for us was how nice those young people were and helpful too they go above and beyond. Thanks guys we will be back.

Just left Big 5 where I bought a pair of boots for winter. Price was 50% off so we all bought a pair. Im going to really love these. We got a lot of help from the staff, with an easy checkout. They asked if I wanted to get deals on future items so all I had to do was write my email address down and they do all the rest. A good experience here.

Staff are the best! Always so helpful, and they always keep the store clean and organized. Everything is priced to sell, and I never leave dissatisfied. I get my work shoes here, my recreational sports shoes, and all of my equipment. In the next year or so I plan to purchase and air rifle to hunt squirrels with, and im sure this is where I will stop for that too. So thankful to have this store in town, and I really hope they are here to stay for a very long time.

Lots of sports stuff. Found the right bat, batting gloves, and practice balls for my oldest son. We also found a $20 scooter for the youngest. Good prices! Hopefully the shoppers of Klamath falls will continue to go here and not run this business out of business, like many that have came and gone.

Great staff. Ive come here exclusively for running and hiking shoes. All the staff asked if I needed help, they were friendly and helpful. Left there with 2x pairs of shoes for the price I thought I was gonna pay on only 1x pair. I continue to come to Big 5 specifically cause of this experience.

I purchased a pair of Big 5 name brand shoes, and walked out of the store seemingly on air. A few weeks later I had to take a long walk which ended up being eight miles NOT planned. WHAT NEW pair of shoes could still be so comfortable after eight hours? Ive NEVER had this experience, and will be buying Big 5 shoes for the rest of my life.

My shoe store. Unless you need hard core footwear, the stuff that costs hundreds of dollars per pair, you can find what you need here. Im a hikerackpacker and have found good boots for the trail. My only complaint is that they dont carry enough womens boots. I end up with mens.

Immediate assistance when I walked in the door. I also asked if the sale item I had a copy of from the paper was still good and he said yes. And if I or a friend gave me an old one less than 30 days they would honor it. Cool, eh.

This store is cramped as hell inside. Its really hard to find the things that you need because you cant even move around and Im a small person very small for this place especially!! Things are not organized will and there was nobody at all to even help. Good job Big 5!

I usually have a good experience at this Big 5. They stock pretty good for each appropriate season and they have the expectected sale prices that you fin in Big 5 stores. The email mailer coupons are worth signing up for. I have always had good professional help from the staff. They are very helpful and courteous.
