And he made sure to go threw all of the features out selecting had to offer, and there is allot of newer features Ive never seen before on a vehicle at this price point. My Jeep had to be towed in. I realize I didnt have an appointment, but would think they would prioritize diagnosing & reparing since I live 30+ miles out of town. Nope. They called yesterday after a week of it being there saying they were going to replace the battery & see if it solves the problem. No call today...I could replace a battery in less than 10 minutes!!! Very frustrated!!!

My initial experience with this Lithia location was not pleasant and was honestly uncomfortable for my partner and I. There was a sense of irritation and opposition from the get-go, like we were a nuisance. Not sure if they were uncomfortable with my partner and I, or if they were having an off day. It got to the point where we were fed up with being treated unkindly and left in the middle of a negotiation (if thats what you can even call it). I hope Douglas B. and Anthony R. work on their customer service skills and do better. With the years of experience they talked about, I wasnt impressed.Now...on to our great experience! Kirk T. and Travis H., these guys are awesome. I cant tell you enough how respectful and kind they were. They both went above and beyond to make sure that we got the vehicle we wanted. Helping with our interest rate, figuring a down payment that worked for us, and making sure we loved the vehicle. I agreed on the telephone with Jim Baxter, the self-described Internet Manager at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Klamath Falls Oregon, to buy a RAM 1500 truck for the online advertised price of $45,930 plus DMV taxes/registration and $150 doc fee. Mr. Baxter told me he would send me a quote the next day. The quote sent to me the next day was $7,191 more than the price Mr. Baxter and I had agreed on. Mr. Baxter lied to me when he assured me there would be no surprises, if I concurred on them running my credit report (which came back well into the excellent range). He caused my credit score to be adversely affected, wasted my time, and disappointed me. I have learned through this unfortunate experience that Jim Baxter and Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Klamath Falls are not among the many trustworthy sellers in the Pacific Northwest. I would encourage you to avoid this dealership, and Jim Baxter, and find honest people to deal with.

We bought a 2021 Ram1500 Classic Tradesman Quad Cab 4x4 truck with standard box from this dealer. We drove five hours from Hood River to purchase this truck because it was the best priced vehicle around Oregon and had all the features we wanted. (We checked the website inventory of approximately fifteen different Ram dealers.) John “J.D.” Dahle was our salesperson. We were so happy with the service we received from him. He was personable, straight forward and knowledgeable. He was careful to answer any questions that came up. We felt no pressure. I would not buy a car any other way. Mike in the Finance Department was also friendly and helpful. We felt like the people at this dealer valued our business and wanted us to have a good experience. Iv bought 2 vehicles from them. Both times Iv had to get help from the Oregon Department of Consumer Affairs Automotive Bureau before they would assume their legal responsibilities stated in our contracts.

I flew up to Klamath falls to pick up the truck and found everything to be in place as was said over the phone. Update: I tried contacting the person from the dealer that said I should contact them at my earliest convenience (per there response to this comment) and did so within a day of the comment and left a message. So far no call back or anything going on a week. So as I have said horrible place to do business with......stay away!!Thought I found a truck I wanted. They told me they just got it in and it was being gone through in their service department. Told them I was interested and was told I should come look at it even though it was still being worked on. The sales man Scott told me they might be done with it by the time I arrive and could possibly drive it around if not at least inspect it for myself. Told Scott I was coming in from Medford and told him the time. He never greeted me when I got there another salesman helped me and then told me they have had the truck for over a month and there is a tick in the engine they cant find and have been replacing parts left and right to find it and I probably shouldnt pursuit that truck. I drive with wife and newborn an hour and a half to be told information they knew the whole time. Be careful and make sure you ask if your vehicle has a chance of operating and worth the drive. Wast of time, and fuel to be told something they should have disclosed especially knowing the distance I was driving from. Horrible experience.

Cant believe it! We bought a truck from a dealership. I have waited 2 months to make sure all truly is well and it is. On Easter we decided to just look. We thought they were closed actually so safe to look. Instead, we were blessed to leave with a truly amazing truck. First payments on anything in over 15 yrs so it took creative help to finance it.
