If I could give zero stars I would. Over the years we have given Lithia a LOT of business. Like buying/selling/trading about once a year. We have been loyal to one specific sales person specifically and this last go around has been the worst experience of my life. For starters, the trade I had was in perfect condition. They acted like they were doing me some favor taking it in, but sold it nearly immediately. They sold me a car that is literally the worst car I’ve ever owned. Told me they would fix/repair some of the cosmetic issues and never followed through. We’ve had serious problems with it since the day we bought it. They refuse to stand behind the car that they sold me, still acting like they have done us a favor. This specific car, by the way, was sold by Lithia but belonged to one of their managers. Almost makes us feel like they knew all the problems it had that’s why they off loaded it onto us. The service department is incompetent and so difficult to work with. When we reach out for help or questions, we are ignored completely by sales staff. We are given the run around and no one is motivated to help us at all. We reached out recently to get rid of the car (yes, give them MORE business) and are being ignored. Obviously you expect a little of the “car salesman” mentality but I feel this goes over and beyond that. This whole deal has been shady and after years of giving them regular business, we will no longer be doing any business with them whatsoever. They finally got one over on us and their true colors have come out. It’s very convenient to just use them as other dealerships are so far away. But let me tell you, you’ll be treated way better going outside the area. I’m all for supporting the locals but I feel that support should be reciprocated by respect and honesty. Shady shady shady. Do yourself a favor and look outside Klamath before you consider Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls.

My family and I have purchased many new and used trucks and cars from them over the years with excellent service at the Dodge location. I decided to purchase at the Ford location and that was the biggest mistake ! They run the place like a two car used lot. Its all about how much they can screw you over and everything they tell you is lie ! My family and friends will no longer purchase from the entire lithia corporation after this. Time for lithia corporation to clean house.

Im disappointed in the service Ive gotten over the last couple days. Ive been trying to get info, and work a deal on a 2016 F250. Ive spoken with 3 different people, and havent heard from the last person in 24 hours. I know theyre probably more interested in local clients, but I do have a relative that was willing to come look. Been trying to get confirmation on fuel tank size, but no one can seem to figure it out. The VIN is saying one thing, but the sales people are saying another. Also noticed today that the ad has the mileage listed at around 48900, but the picture that was sent to me shows 58,602. Seems that some of the information listed on the ad isnt accurate.

My friends experience here was a comedy of errors. As it stands, they sold her a lemon and wont make it right. After months of waiting, they admitted that they literally put the wrong engine in the vehicle during the warranty repair process. Who does that? Then, when they finally get her a working vehicle, it dies two days later and they are trying to wash their hands of it. Not. Cool. Ill edit or delete this post if they make it right.

Terrible experience, they lie, cheat, and steal. So to start they sold us an extended warranty told us how great it was come to find out next to no shop will honor their warranty. So they want us to let them drive it 1.5hrs away to a shop and back to do work on it. So we canceled the warranty and went with a different company which we are happy with now, only problem is lithia wouldnt cancel our contract or return any of our dozens of messages until I posted a bad review. Within a day of posting the review they called us and apologized said they would fix everything IF I would take down the bad review. I did, here we are several months later and they still havent canceled the contract they have been taking money for a service we can use and dont want. If I could rate them less I would. Now our only option seems to be to drive an hour and a half to their dealership to deal with them in person. 🤬

I went into Lithia in Feb and bought a car from them. upon buying it check engine light was on. they sId they repaired it and got rid of the issue. I drove off the lot and bam light was back on. called lithia for a couple weeks to attempt to get the vehicle repaired as it was part of the agreement for purchase that they would take care of the issues. finally my step dad got them to call me back. I took the car in another time for it to be fixed. they kept my car alllll day and then said the vehicle was fixed. again the light was back on in less than 5 min. I called the worker back and left him a message that day. I have had zero contact back still to this day about them repairing my vehicle. I have complained a couple times and once got a letter of apology and statements that they thrive to please their customers. Im not sure which one but from the girl who get no calls back nor her vehicle repaired after 3 tries. I dont feel that way. I still have a vehicle that has the check engine light on and no answers or communication from the dealership whom sold a vehicle with the light on with the promise to repair the problem.

We gave her what we could afford as a monthly payment and she went to work running our credit. She messaged me asking if she could stop by my work a little concerned I said sure. Currently in tears in lobby. Single mom that bought a car in May and it has been in the service dept longer than it has been in my possession. Most recent repair was an engine replacement and vehicle was here 5.5 months. Had it 2 days and got stranded. Got it back in town and it is now my problem. Sitting in lobby being ignored though in tears because I mentioned getting an attorney and used some profanity. Desperation tends to make good people snap. Worst experience with a business ever.

Ive had bad experiences with the service department here. They are unwilling to work with customers, and I had to show up 3 times for them to even look at my vehicle for a warranty issue (took 5 minutes). Appointments dont mean much here, as you can show up on time and they will still take hours to even pull your vehicle in the shop. Plan to have your vehicle sitting for a while, and youll have to call and stop in continually to get something set up - its their way and their way only.

I took in my grandsons mustang GT to get a oil change, transmission oil change, and check the rear end, for a little noise. Later that day we had to get hold of them.the service manager, told us that the transmission is going to need to be rebuilt, and the rear end is going to blow up, and is dangerous to drive.and they could fix, it for 7400.00. they were very rude and unprofessional,bad attitude.we felt like they were trying to shaft us.they couldnt come up paper work or dieanostic, paperwork.they test drove it. They lost our business.

Spent a day looking at trucks online, and found a great deal on a Ford. Called up to the dealership, and they had the truck delivered to my house in an hour if that. Tim helped us out and explained to us all the new technology in the truck and all the cool features. Took the truck for a spin and loved it. Tim took the truck back to get the papers, took no time at all to get approved for financing, and then delivered it back to us. All in all, couldnt be happier. Tim was a hoot.

This business doesnt seem to cater to the customer.I ordered a 2 dollar part that crippled my wifes car and I was told it would be in the next day.Google has their hours of operation as closing at 7 pm and no one called me.I called early and left a message asking if my part was in and I did not receive a call back.Around 3:30pm, I caught the bus and arrived around 4:05pm.I was told the business closed at 4pm and I explained that I needed my part and the gentleman said if the parts door is unlocked then maybe you can get it. Otherwise we closed at 4pm.The parts guy called me the next day and said the 2 dollar part was in and I said I bought it from OReillys and advised him to fix his hours on Google.

Awful car buying experience started with 2 weeks in the shop to get few things done, the inside was not clean ( found fingernails and food wrappers). There were so many delays from communication issues between sales and services. Today I had an appointment for a switch that should’ve been paid for through the sale of the car but after getting it in they were asking ~300 $ or if I didn’t get it put in a 50$ restocking fee. My family has never had an issue buying from any other lithia, but lithia Ford was an awful car buying experience that I won’t recommend for anyone.

I got my car serviced for the first time at Ford this weekend and it was great! The staff was so friendly! Tim (Who I purchased my car from) offered to drive me where I needed to go and wanted to check in and make sure that I will still happy with my car. The fact that he remembered me from my purchase in August last year showed me they care about there customers. The service team rotated my tires and serviced my car very quickly and I was ready and on my way without that long of a wait! Keep up the great work Ford!

My roommate and I both bought trucks from here and the sales guy was awesome. However Ive had several problems with it since and everytime I went into the service center I got the same guy who is an absolute nightmare. Ive gone in multiple times for different problems and 3 times for the same problem and each time I spoke with him hed always argue with me telling me its supposed to do that. Which after finally convincing him to look, it was not supposed to do any of it. Last time I took it in they said theyd order the part and call me, which was over a month ago. I finally took it somewhere else and had to pay over $100 to find out one of the times it was worked on the mechanic did not plug something back in correctly. If you buy something from here get it serviced somewhere else. I will not be returning to this service center.

Everyone was professional, courteous, and very friendly. I was told it would take a little over an hour, so was prepared to wait that long. I was pleasantly surprised when it took only forty minutes.The waiting area was clean, and comfortable. A nice addition is the little refrigerator stocked with water and various soft drinks for clients. Well done.When it was done, I was prepared to pay for the service, and was told even though I.had a coupon for the service, it was all covered under my free oil change for life service, and I did not owe anything! Wow! What a terrific surprise!Overall, it was the best experiences I’ve had.

I had the worst experience buying my car through Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls. I was lied to first thing buying my car. I was told I would have a zero dollar deductible for a extended 3 year warranty. I was told false information. Actually it is $100. A week after having my car it started acting up. Took it in nothing was found. A month later broke down on the side of the highway 2 hours away from home. I did a formal complaint and was treated horribly. They did not make anything right.

Buying a car can be rather annoying but At Lithia Ford I was treated like royalty. Everyone involved did an amazing job getting the car ready for pickup and this candy apple beauty was standing tall and gorgeous from the beginning. I told everyone I don’t like red cars but they said if you will just give us a few minutes we will send the car up for your review. I was like whhhaaatt? It was this candy apple red with black accents everywhere and I love it. It has more power than I know what to do with it. It drives perfect and I love this car. Vehicle has life time oil changes. New policy is they no longer provide reminder stickers. They say its not part of the contract. Ford said new vehicles let you know when its due so its not needed. My vehicle which doesnt require def doesnt have that option. They said they would order more and call me. I have never gotten a call back. Then the other day they sent an unsolicited offer of lets just say it was an insult price. Two years ago I tried getting a new truck. The first one was nothing but problems for the week and finally I made them take it back.

Had Lithia Ford do my oil change yesterday. They send me coupons periodically, and I often use them. The oil change coupon was for $29.95, which included a tire rotation. Great. I appreciated their shuttle service, because I was home alone that day. I picked up my truck and drove it to a spot in their lot, so I could check under the hood to make sure nothing was amiss. The oil on the dipstick looked clean and was at the pro[per level. I got in the truck and drove it home. When I got home and exited the truck I noticed a dark oily footprint on my drivers side carpet/floor mat. While I was at the service center, I happened to notice a box of paper floor mats sitting near the service counter. Apparently, the service tech didnt use one of those while he serviced my truck. Thats why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

This is from Tom Greenleaf. I take care of the arrangements for service on our trucks. Our latest service was for an oil change and tire rotation. I presume the oil change was done properly. Service Department quickly diagnosed and repaired my 2014 E 450 Born Free RV camper. The coil on #10 cylinder was replaced. Thanks for the friendly and efficient service. It should be noted that I was refused service at the Ford dealership in Reno because the rear portion of my Ford vehicle was a ‘camper’. Hopefully, most Ford dealerships are not as unfriendly and unwelcoming as the Reno dealership. My family has been a consistent buyer of Ford products since 1949. Tom D.

I thought I would have to come back the next day with a friend to drive my personal vehicle back while I drove the new van. Instead I was provided a driver for the new van and a chaser driver / vehicle that drove back to GP with me, dropped of the van and then turned back around and drove home to Klamath Falls. Good deal, good people, great experience!

My experience was super awesome!! My brakes went out in my car late in the afternoon, I called around to different places and they all either didnt have parts, or couldnt fit me in. I called Lithia Ford and talked to Ken about my car. He told me to bring it right down and was able to fit me in by the next morning. Amazing experience!

Wow, what can I say...this was the best car buying experience of my life. I started off upset with them, since they had a typo on the mileage of the car I wanted. They worked their tails off to make me happy, and even drive the car all the way to San Jose from Klamath Falls, Oregon to make me happy, at n/c.The entire staff, from sales, to finance, to drivers, were all fantastic to deal with and I love my new Ford Fusion. Hands down the worst service department Ive ever seen weve had ongoing problems with a brand new service truck and now its got something going on with the engine and wanted somebody to come out to the parking to listen to it its knocking and was told they didnt have anyone to do it and couldnt have someone look at it until the 4th of February thats unacceptable!
