I recently got a new garage door from Valley Garage Door, and they did an amazing job! The office staff were very helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. They got the door ordered quickly and the installers were very efficient with the installation process itself. I would definitely recommend using them for any service or installation needs.

Had them come over to troubleshoot problem with our garage door. He did everything I had already done. The repairman was able to see what Id been attempting to repair, readjusted the things I had already done and when he was stumped called the owner for assistance. All in all they gave it their best shot. I discussed at length after the original visit with the owner, and have more things to pursue before giving up and replacing the unit. While they didnt fix it, Im happy with the follow up I received.

We had a good and a bad experience. Good experience was emergency repair and bad experience was the replacement of damaged door panel. It took weeks and a threat to refund my deposit before it finally got the panel replaced.

I was very pleased with the timely and friendly service I received from the staff at Valley Garage Door. My car was stuck in my garage and I had to be at work, the owner came out very quickly before the store was even opened to let me out so I could try and make out to work on time. Thank you Valley for the wonderful experience.

Customer service is above and beyond. Meet me there on a Saturday to pick up the door and called me back with answers to my questions. Great Job.

Paid down deposit for two doors the week before Thanksgiving...still dont have doors. Have been told multiple stories about them being behind because of a crew member falling off ladder, snow in Portland, the holiday season, etc etc. Each time a new story. Crew came over with a random door, that wasnt ours, to install and it mysteriously didnt fit (after only being given maybe 12 hours notice of their arrival having to take time off of work)...we will be back Friday with the right doors..again take time off work...they didnt show or call...excuse was the distributor was so far behind that they had to personally drive to Portland to pick up some doors but they couldnt guarantee our doors would be part of that pickup. Asked for refund was told they had to send check from Seattle so it would be a week or so to get refund...we will see if this even happens. Very bad customer service. They never contacted us to keep us updated we had to call them and then made to feel like we were imposing on them each time.

Valley Door has always been our go to garage door place. We had a glitchy I-drive that our contractor put in our spec house and Ron or his guys would come out and fix it right away. Always great service and friendly employees!

Tried to find their shop, address was wrong online. (Suggested an edit to Google maps and told the office manager on the phone when I called to locate them.) Went in to order a universal remote. They didnt have the one I needed/wanted so they said theyd order it and I should be able to pick it up in a few days. I offered to prepay for it, but they said to wait until it came in. After a few weeks passed, nothing. I called. Oops, they forgot to order. *Smh :/ ok, theyll order it for sure this time. A few more weeks passed; still nothing. I ordered the same one from Amazon for less money. It came in a couple days. I programmed it myself. Ta-da! So much for trying to buy local. Btw, they still havent called me.

Rude owners, waited months for the doors. Did not return calls. Terrible service and customer mistreated. Do not recommend!
