Well I cant say enough of good things about MetroPCS the one in Klamath Falls near Albertsons is this great Laura was awesome I lost my phone yesterday and she took the time to give me ahead of insured and she took the time to do that and never. I sometimes have issues with the phone Ill go in there and theyre just really kind and great so I just really recommend them.

Well I went in there Ive been a MetroPCS customer since 2014 and my first experience with MetroPCS was in Berkeley California and didnt have cell phone for 5 years and someone suggested MetroPCS and I went there and all I had was 40 bucks and I got my months free service with a phone and it was very convenient the MetroPCS here in Klamath Falls two ladies at work there are so helpful I have two I have total of two lines and one tablet line and my bill the bill is $45 a month unlimited with 50 gigabyte hotspot legs are so cool because Id go in there and they would they set me up theyd help me with the phone and they explain stuff to me and when I had a problem they would fix it for Me Im a big fan of MetroPCS and I I spread the word and I say they have great customer service so I highly recommend it I think the branch managers name is Maria but they both are nice have a good day

I have been with Metro pcs for years no real issues. I went to get a phone upgrade it went smoothly. I am not sure what the womens name was but she was great. I would definitely go back there.

Dont do the tablet scam,promotional b.s with a bunk link to no rebate,take my word for it,a tablet cost 60 bucks they make 75 of the garbage Alcatel tablet thru there scam

Short Mexican lady is alway rude when I go in and always on her phone, if the Card machine is down wouldnt you think to put a sign up so I dont wast my time walking in just poor service need better workers nicer people

🤔🤨😑Extra most bestest double meat double cheese more like same meat half cheese and when I asked for one that did have double tacos I got the same lightly sprinkled Pizza as before 😬🙄😒I guess they hope you dont open the box then I heard three other customers say well at least they didnt run out of cheese yet today so I guess thats a normal to good pizza when its made a right though good luck on rolling the with this location

Horrible phone service horrible customer service. Their phones dont call nine-one-one. I was robbed a few weeks back and I tried to call nine-one-one three times and it said I was outside of service area. Its illegal for phone companies to prevent you from contacting 911. I have been fighting with him ever since to resolve this issue and they keep beating me around the bush trying to reset my signal and just doing nothing to fix the problem. About fed up with them ready to call my lawyer!

The worst costomer service comes from the manager unbelievable the customers do her job for her 90% of time
