David Snowflake the manager is rude and disrespectful!!The rep asked me if I had a mask I advised her No I dont She asked me to put one on so I did.I then asked why I had to put one on? I was just in here last week and was told I didnt have to use one. David the manager informed me that the person that told me I didnt have use a mask was FIERED for not making customers put one on.He then told me he was reserving the right to refuse me service told me to look up my own account information and that I was BLACK BALLED from the store and to never come back in!!I requested his last name and Id# he refuses to provide it!I will cancel my at&t account due to the abusive attitude from the management!!

They had enough help and everything was done right in front of me and done quickly. I consider this a good store

Terrible customer service. The sales rep was argumentative and offered no help whatsoever. Do not shop here, they do no stand by the products they offer.

So they, did not know how to help me, only option is to call 611

Justyn was phenomenal. Super knowledgeable about all devices and services offered through AT&T. The transfer of phones was painless and he was so efficient.

Josh was super helpful when questioning about AT&Ts prepaid plans and services. He even drew a very helpful example of how AT&T signal is better and how it compares to other carriers! I am really enjoying my new services!Thanks Josh!

I dont like the way they cant answer your questions on their phone you always have to go in there, theyre really bad about letting you pay on the phone like I said you have to go in there so Im really not too pleased with their service!

Josh Gilbert was the store Rep/Mngr. that assisted My wife and I. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. His customer service was fantastic, and that alone changed our mind of changing service providers.

Alex and Store Manager Brian are literally the best customer service providers I have ever dealt with. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, respectful, kind and understanding. They went above and beyond to assist me and my husband. Real life angels!

Alex has the worst customer service I have ever seen. He had us wait for an hour while wasting time on hold. He had plenty of opportunity to start working on small steps to switch phones instead he said theres the door. Horrible customer service. When we tried to get him to just get us started he became very aggressive. I will never step foot in the place again. What a way to represent AT&T.

I purchased a phone second hand and the guy at the store spent a good 30 minutes helping me set it up and get it working. Even though he didnt have the authority/permissions/whatever to fix it, he was a big help and advised me on what to do when I call ATTs support line. Id recommend this store just on that experience.

The managers here are awesome, and will do everything they can to help you find what you need

Not so busy and well staffed for the time we came in. We were attended to immediately and the employees were very knowledgeable.

Excellent service. I would recommend as your AT&T go to place.

Very friendly service but when I took my phone back because I didnt get reception in my house, I was told I already paid for the plan. No solution for my phone, I didnt even get offered a different phone to purchase. Now I remember why I didnt have at&t.

I have found the employees are very helpful and do what they can to solve issues. Im greeted, never ignored, and thanked for coming in.

I would love to have scored higher, but they have a person working there can be hard to get along with if he doesnt like you.
