I have purchased over 13 boards at this shop and many sets of snow gear not to mention many pairs of boots. This crew at KBS has always been over the top on service and knowledge. They have fitted many kids for the slopes so they could learn about the great adventure that Snow Sports can provide. On another note their other store in Shasta has the same level of service. I highly recommend them to anyone of any level experience for all of their Snow Board needs.

This store will surprise you with their wide selection of seasonal stock. The staff is always quick to greet you and offer you up help in finding what you are looking for. They do a great job taking care of screen printing and embroidery work.

So glad there is a place for multiple different sporting accessories.

Excellent customer service. I used this shop recently to wax a pair of skis. They waxed it quickly and while I waited the staff gave me a lot of information about skiing in the area. I would highly recommend this shop and would use them again.

Had the part in stock to fix my daughters skateboard explained how to fix it. Great customer service and we were in and out knowing everything we needed to know.

The customer service was amazing, and they had what I was looking for. My one complaint is that they should have more skating apparel, but even still I will be returning soon.

Went in to get a new board been skating for years loved kbs 5 years ago nowadays place isn’t even a board shop do not recommend for any real skaters out there they sell football and baseball gear can’t even grip your own board there nowadays and the dude that gripped me up had a idea of how to but he left me with a million air bubbles and a bad grip all good though I won’t be coming back

I called before going there to see if they had a particular item I was looking for, the girl I asked said yes. So I drove there just to find out they didnt. She didnt even look. What I did look at was really highly priced. Wont go there again.
