My husband and I were looking for full face helmets and had questions about Bluetooth. The guys there were very knowledgeable, courteous, and super awesome! We ended up buying 2 new helmets and 2 new Bluetooth devices. And our friend that was with us bought a Bluetooth as well. They walked us through how to use everything and installed them while we were there. We will definitely be shopping here in the future! Thanks for everything guys!!

The shop helpers were knowledgeable and friendly to talk about the industry. Overheard another associate answer many questions about fit on safety equipment while working with another customer. I came in for goggles and left with a few more items as the stores layout was easy to navigate and could find things I didn’t know I was looking for.

I inquired about race suit under suits. Josh at Cycle Gear answered my online inquiry with options they had in-store. He was kind enough to have the options set aside for me when I visited the store the following day.When I came into the store Josh greeted me and had the options ready for me to review without having to search throughout the store. He could have simply pointed me in the direction of where the items were on display but this extra step of having the items ready at the counter was great. Seems like such a simple thing from a customer service perspective to do but not every business provides some of these simple customer service gestures. First time visiting Cycle Gear. Nice place! I picked up a Shinko 705 for my little Versys X 300. Glad to see everyone inside observing Covid precautions, it was a relief. I cant remember the name of the guy that helped me but I think it was Corey? Anyway, his ID on the receipt was 10748, thanks man! Will be a repeat customer.

THIS is how customer service should be done. I havent ridden in 15years, so getting back into this hobby has been a little overwhelming. So much has changed with gear and helmets. I drove 2 hrs down to their location to shop and after trying on multiple helmets I ran out of time pretty quickly. I only had 20mins left to shop and I hadnt even finished the helmet section. By the way they have the largest selection of helmets Ive ever seen. Anyway the manager said Dont worry about it. Ive got stuff to do after we close, so you stay and shop all you want. Take your time. I was blown away. Not only did they do this for me, when customers walked up after hours, they let them in to shop too. I couldnt believe how well I was treated. I ended up ordering a helmet they didnt have in stock and bought a bunch of other gear for my new journey. A 4hr round trip drive is nothing for customer service like this. Ill be back without a doubt. Customer for life.

Went in with my rear wheel for the tire to be changed after the new one had arrived they began working on it instantly. About 20-30 minutes later I was out the door with a new tire on. As well as a great selection of gear.

There to help more, then your big stores. And they ride as well, so no Knuckleheads just trying to sell you something.

Guy working counter helped me pick out a good helmet and go over how they are supposed to fit. Also helped choose phone mount proper for my bike. Nice people and stuff

Cycle gear was a great place to shop and get gear when they first hit the market. Quality and variety of gear has been a steady decline over the years. They try to fill a wall with helmets but its only like 20 different helmets. They just put 20 of each helmet up. Very little gear for women and almost nothing for kids.
