Josh @ The Lad N Lass is legit! Super cool and tons of perseverance. He wouldnt give up till he brought life back to my W650! The best shop in Knoxville.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE TO GET SERVICED !!! Not unless you dont want to get your bike back for the summer ! :(Though the place looks great & all I heard the owner just had a bad year and theres all these bikes there but not enough time to fix them appropriately.My friend had his bike there for 22 days and STILL was never fixed ! It was returned to him in pieces, oil dripping everywhere, parts in boxes AND HE NEVER GOT HIS KEY BACK ???I worked on the bike. Put on the new tires and assembled everything correctly & IT TOOK 2 HOURS !

Had a flat tire and Josh took care of it. Really nice place and Josh is a really great guy. I recommend anyone with bike problems to check them out. Great place with reasonable prices. I will be spreading the word to all my bike friends to check this place out!

Needed a part that was hard to find and they took care of me with no problem great bunch of guys.

Came here to order a part for my sons dirtbike--excellent prices and quick turnaround. Everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming to boot, and many of their events are open to the public. I will definitely have them do spring time maintenance on the bike, and Ill be back sooner for a lady beer.

The guys at lad n lass are awesome. I will recommend them to anyone who rides. Any work I cant do on my Harley or Suzuki myself, they will be doing for me. Thank you for being in the neighborhood. I really appreciate you guys.

Awesome service and amazing people to do business with . I had a clutch cable break on me on the way to Gatlinburg from Putnam County and they got me fixed up with in 20 min of the cable breaking ! They also have great prices on quality products. They charged me 20$ for clutch cables and some stickers to put on my ninja . Highly recommend !

Yall. I friggin love this place. Josh and BJ are ridiculously awesome. They know bikes, theyre super friendly, and their prices are fair and well earned. Plus theyre doing some great stuff in the community and their swag is badass!Theyve taken great care of Ramona (my Honda VTX) and Im so grateful theyve moved into the neighborhood!Theyre also LGBTQ+ friendly which shouldnt be a big deal because its friggin 2018, but since it is, Im giving them an extra shout-out.

The Lad N Lass is a great place to have your bike worked on. I drive a 1989 Honda NX650. Despite the bike being 30 years old they were still willing to work on it. They will work on anything and everything, from café racers to Harley Davidsons. They have great deals on tires and have the tools to mount and balance them for you. Without even being asked they will check over your bike and make sure nothing is about to fall off or explode. I took my bike in this week to get new tires. When they pulled the tire off the wheel bearings were shot. They ran around town finding the right parts just to make sure I could drive my motorcycle this weekend. Josh, the owner, seems to treat everyone as someone who he wants to get to know. He remembered my name from the first time I talked to him. Even if your bike is in great shape, stop by and say hello. The shop has some cool motorcycle magazine memorabilia. I highly recommend anyone to go to them. Ive had my bike worked on by many in knoxville and the Lad N Lass is the best.
