Fixed my phone for free, simple charging issue, but I had no idea. They couldve charged me what they quoted me over the phone, and Id never have know. Awesome way to earn customers!

Had an iphone screen replaced and the new screen was a very substandard product. This is the second substandard screen replacement they have done on this device. The second screen ended up cracking because you had to push so hard on it to get it to respond. Now, even with the lifetime warranty they want over $100 to replace it again. The lifetime warranty is a joke, and their screens are terrible.Lastly, The Apple Store just explained to me that they would not work on the phone because iMechanic is NOT a qualified Apple service company and since they had worked on it, the Apple Store will not. Looks like I get to chuck this $1000+ phone into the trash and replace it with a new one. Terrible experience with this store, please beware!

I highly recommend this business for cell phone repairs! Most places dont work on Motorola phones because they arent as popular but this place does! Not only was the cost reasonable and the repair was done by 5pm the next day but the service was professional and my phone is good as new! I love supporting local businesses who are as wonderful as this one is! Great job!!!

I had a lovely experience i previously had my screen replaced at a different company and it didn’t work and they would not replace or refund me imechanic fixed my screen and gave me a lifetime warranty the staff was very friendly and helpful I would recommend to anyone who needs any work done on a smart phone or tablet to go to these guys they were great!

We had a broken screen on I-phone, and charging port on Android which they fixed quickly. It was very cost effective as well.

I initially thought this establishment was well ran and very professional. I was fooled by their fake friendliness. I took my wife’s iPhone XS Max to them less then 90 days ago to replace her screen. They replaced the screen and everything was fine until last night the upper corner of the screen started to separate from the phone. This morning we went to our son’s football game. We get home and she was planning on taking the phone in to have them fix the defect when the phone slipped out of her hand and landed on the carpet resulting in the internal screen breaking due to the phone screen being partially separated. She took the phone to them and they said there was nothing they could do. I called and nicely articulated why I thought they were not being fair with that answer. I explained that screen broke due to the corner being separated not due to the fall of the phone because the phone is protected by tempered glass that they installed. The owner even admitted that the screen being separated from the phone was a defect on their end but refused to replace it free of charge and wanted more money than we originally paid for the initial screen replacement. I strongly urge against anyone utilizing this businesses screen replacement service. Which is sad and hard for me to say because I am a huge supporter of local small business. I was hoping for at a minimum of a 50 percent discount toward a new screen. Sure my wife broke the phone and they can’t take our word for when it happened but they did admit it broke due to a defect they caused during screen installation. I am extremely disappointed with their customer care.

I took my broken IPAD in and they fixed it, and it looks as good as new. They were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any IPAD problems! They also fixed the screen on my phone and it looks amazing too!!

My Note 10 was completely shattered, the front screen and the back was completely shattered and my screen went white down one side. Went in today to get my iPhone screen replaced he had it done in 20 minutes my phone works as good as the day I got it and my screen was horrible it was shattered to pieces !!!! Any future cell phone repairs I will be coming back for sure!

Had a screen replaced on my iPhone X. 4 months later the screen is physically separated on one side and has dead pixels. Their warranty claims to cover separating screens but because of the dead pixels they refused to cover it. “No gimmicks” riiight

20 out of 10 so professional and great service the fixed my iPhone 8 Plus battery and it’s 100 times better than what I had. I absolutely recommend their service and will always they are very good at what they do.

This place is truly amazing. I had to take my sons phone in after I bought a screen online and it was defective and I ruined battery. They had done within an hour. Then I had to go back in with my phone on Saturday due to cracked screen and needed to replace battery. Well of course screen I bought online was defective and this company replaced and had done so quick. If u ever need a place to go with laptops phones and tablets they r amazing and very inexpensive especially compared to purchasing a new one. These guys r the best!!!!!! I had crushed my Galaxy S9+ screen and thought I had to buy a new phone. I called IMechanic and they were able to replace the glass and screen within two business days. I am very happy! Its like I have a new phone.

Highly recommend imechanic in Kokomo. My iPhone was fixed fast and at a very reasonable cost. I also witnessed them helping an elderly handicapped person with her phone. There wasn’t really anything wrong with her phone, but they checked it out and explained what was going on. When she asked how much she owed them, they said “no charge”.

Took an Iphone 8 into the store to have charging port replaced due to charging issues. They replaced the charging port, then the battery, then put the old battery back in and said the phone had a problem with another chip that they couldnt fix. When I called, the person I spoke with kept telling me I didnt understand the issue. Quite the opposite. The phone worked fine other than having to play with the charger to get it to charge, but after pickup, it wouldnt work. They claim they replace anything they damage, but they dont. They will do nothing about this one, as they say that the chip was going bad, and must have gone bad while they had it. Good story, even better coincidence. Prior to this, they replaced the screen on the same phone, and it had to go back twice to get it right. I wouldnt take anything here again if they paid me to.

They fixed my husband’s screen in an hour and were great, so I decided to go back for my iPod and it was HORRIBLE.Never answer their phone, my iPod has been there 5 days, they do NOT give updates at all, if you call they will say “we will give you a call with an update”. Tried called 5 times AFTER I was on the phone with someone and they will not answer the phone!

I came in today helpless because my phone wouldn’t charge or turn on, the gentleman at the front desk asked me a few questions and told me that my phone’s battery was to blame. The gentleman was upfront about the price ($31 to replace my IPhone 6SE battery) and said it would be ready in 45 minutes, sure enough it was! Brought my iPhone 6 here for a charging issue. They did their best to fix it, but it wound up having bigger issues that were beyond repair. Decided to buy a used iPhone they had in stock, and they were willing to credit me for the repairs they did on my old phone into the price of the new one. Fast service and professional.

Had my iPad in for a screen repair. Brought it out to me next day with a home button issue which they fixed in about 15 minutes. But when doing that apparently made smudges under the screen so I had to come back the next day. I come back the next day and there is dust under the screen and visible fingerprints under the screen. The guy gave me $20 off the $120 bill and said that’s the best they can do. Really? I would avoid this place and just take your Apple products to an Apple store where they will do the repairs correctly. No one takes pride in their work anymore.

I had to pay 150 for a screen replacement and a glass screen protector- and that was at a discount of $20 off.. came back to get my phone and my screen looks fine but it’s way too touchy, the color is distorted, and there’s even a part of my phone where you can see a backlight colored white which may be a source of the problem as to why the color is distorted. Also, my phone now has scratches on the side of it from their repair which scraped off the space grey color and makes a silver color visible! I am irate and I either want this properly repaired or I want my money back. If I have to pay $150 for a simple screen repair I expect it to be perfect.

Everytime i go i just have to end up buying a new tablet because the fix time be weeks and months away. Longest wait was almost 3 months 👀 🙄

My husband took his printer here to be repaired and was told they couldnt get the part because it was an older printer. He was going to take it to the place where he purchased it to get the replacement part but found out the area the cord plugs into the printer had been destroyed while it was here. Now he has to purchase a new printer. Well never know if it could have been repaired. Check your property before dropping it off and before leaving the store to make sure it is in the same condition. Also, it was here a week with no contact, he called them to get an update to be told they couldnt fix it.

The mechanics were very friendly and intelligent. My repair was finished sooner than scheduled and they gave me a discount on accessories. Thanks for saving me money and repairing my wifes iPhone.

I got a new battery for my iPhone 6s because it was really bad at keeping charged and now it works great. The only bad thing was that they took like 7 hours to do somthing that took 10 min. But when we finally got our phone back they had great customer survive and gave us a discount because it took so long.
