Top notch as usual! We have dealt with Brian at the Kokomo AT&T location for at least 10+ years and hes our go to guy for everything!!! I needed help with changing our phones data plan and he was on it!! Im ecstatic for the new plan he was able to help us with!! I drive from outta town to deal with Brian and the Kokomo store!!
I hope I am doing this right. Just wanted to say thank you to Kimako for her wonderful service she provided Monday Aug 1st. My husband and I stopped by with some issues that had been ongoing. Due to this my hubs was ready to drop AT&T all together before we even walked in. We have been with AT&T for over 10 years. Not only was she able to calm the situation she also resolved the main issue and sought out further help for a secondary problem. I feel she should be recognized for ability and great service that kept a customer. Thanks again.

We have been using this AT&T location for at least 7 years now. We have been impressed by the honesty and high quality of service with each visit over the years. If they tell you something, they will follow through. I always appreciate when someone in a sales position is willing to help me find what I need without a pushy upsell. We no longer live in the area, but I don’t mind the extra drive to continue to use this store when I need to make a change to my AT&T service. Integrity means a lot and it can be hard to find in mobile phone service.

I dont remember his name but he was extremely helpful. We had an issue with one our phones and I feel like any other person would have said they didnt know what to tell us be he worked until he figured it out. Was very pleased with our experience and he did an amazing job
Scam alert, be very careful in your dealings with these people. I called for a quote on internet and they signed me up and sent me equipment. Even though I expressly told them that I just wanted a quote. Do not give these people your personal information they will use it to sign you up for services. I had to take the equipment back to the UPS store they informed me there that AT&T does this all the time. I was told at the AT&t store that they get paid to turn in these orders. So it looks like they turn in false orders to get a little extra money and the customer suffer.
Love the curbside they offer now. Quick service, friendly staff, and everything made simple and explained well. They make getting a new phone fun again lol.
I called the Kokomo store with questions. A woman who refused to identify herself by name claimed to be the manager. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Ive been an ATT customer for over 25 years and have never seen a level of customer support this bad. I called the online number 611 and they fixed the problem in less than two minutes. Extremely dissatisfied customer here. Every other time I have been in the store or talked to reps they have been courteous and efficient.
I have had trouble with getting a new iPhone. Tyler from the Kokomo store worked extremely hard to take care of all my problems. I’m happy with the service I received .

Chad was fantastic! I live in North Carolina and my moms phone stopped working aside from allowing her to make calls. I wasnt able to walk her through anything that fixed it over the phone, so she went to the AT&T store for help. Chad was very patient and resolved her issue quickly. Thank you so much Chad!
Had a bigger purchase so it took a little longer then normal and the whole time I was in a good mood (usually ppl get impatient) not me though. Daniel and Zach helped me and they were not only hilarious but knew their stuff. Good team work too they bounced off eachother. Both really good at what they do. 👍 thanks to them both for making it a joyful event. 😁
It would be great if they gave senior discounts I mean my money I should get what I want plus those boxes should be included on the price Im paying for tv,, I mean Im on a fixed income Im not made of money...
The gentlemen who helped us was incredible. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with someone fromAT&T and, after 18 years of being your customer, I was about to actually walk away from your services. Dave solved my problem in 5 minutes! Not only that. He deescalated my frustrations and calmed me with his altruistic professionalism.

Kimako was a huge help to me. She is very kind and patient and extremely knowledgeable about cell phones. I would recommend anyone that I know to ask for her when going to the AT@T done.
Excellent customer service!!! had to get a phone replaced and some warranty work and Matt also noticed my dad did not have a veterans discount, so he saved us money as well!!! but the level of service that was offered to me the other day is easily the best Ive had since Ive been with AT&T (and I had a prepaid since 2007) and the ones to help me where Matt & Kimako (sp?)...both just super people!! thank you!!

Worst customer service I have ever received at AT&T. Woman was impatient, rude, condescending, and offered no assistance or explanation beyond a bare/direct answer to my question. I left with my 12 year daughter asking why was that woman mad at you? Theres plenty of these stores, drive another 10 minutes and go to a different location.
The young man Matt who assisted me in getting my new phone was a very polite, courteous and quite good with totally explaining everything to me in my purchase. I enjoyed my AT&T visit, and I am very HAPPY with my new SE20. Thanks again

I had a really good experience getting my upgrade. They treated us with respect, found even more discounts that we didnt know we qualified for, and made it to where we paid $12 out of pocket to upgrade myself and my mom to brand new phones with otterboxes. Overall great service.

This review is based solely on this AT&T store and not the services. The store is very modern and clean with a great selection of phones, cases and other accessories. The staff is always friendly and you usually do not have to wait long before a staff member is able to help you.

I called Customer service and they ofcourse say one thing... So then I show up to this AT&T store and of course they are saying something completely different.I finally said Ive had enoughAnd I went to Verizon!!!!!!!!!As for you military brothers of mine if you show up to that store and You happen to only have a military ID, the rep, will refuse you .Since when did a federal issued Id get trumped by a state department issue. Verizon now has my personal and business account. Thanks Verizon.

The employees seem incompetent and was no help at all with issues involving my account security. Check your account, someone else can control it and there is little you can do about it and customer service is unable to do anything about it. The only way to regain control of my account is to drop AT&T and go with another cell carrier.

Great customer service
The last time I was in was because of a technical issue with my phone. The tech in store gave me a phone number to call to try to get issue resolved over the phone. Had I known what would have happened I would not have wasted my gas to get to store.
Helpful staff. Have had many issues with AT&T since switching to them a few months ago, but problems stemming from promises made by a home-rep, not this store, theyve tried to be as helpful as possible.

We stopped in to get new phones turned on before we headed home and were immediately greeted by friendly and professional looking staff, which was lucky because he just so happened to be the only one working who looked like he had any self-respect. Yoga pants, shaved heads, and skin-tight jeans as far as the eye could see. The store was very, very toasty inside, which was nice for about 5 minutes. The staff informed us that they had little to no control over that, which was of no comfort whatsoever. And with no much empty, unused space, it boggled our mind that they didnt have at least a few activities for the children. It didnt help that our device conversion took nearly 2 hours to complete, which left us with little choice but to chase our kids around the store in between hearing very personal information from the employee helping us. Although he was very apologetic and helpful, his attitude turned disdainful by about 30 minutes in as though the difficulty of the bureaucracy was somehow our fault. Frustrating visit for several reasons, but the job eventually got done, so I guess to ATT, thats all that matters, right? Wrong.

Went today and stood by the door for 15min while representatives walked past me to help other people. They are busy I get that so I called the store while standing there to setup an appointment. Rather than checking me in since I told him I was standing in the store he made an appt for 2 hours later. I turned around walked out to the T-Mobile store.
