Very nice clean place. Easy access plenty of parking. I bought a mower deck idler pulley. Same price as on line shopping but I didnt have to wait to get it. I called to see if they had one. The counter man took the time to lay eyes on it. Didnt just trust the computer. When I arrived, he had it setting aside waiting. Very Very efficient service. Awesome show room. Ill be back......

This was my first time here in a long while, everyone was very nice and helpful. The men at the parts dept were not only helpful but generally knowledgeable which is rare now days. The woman at the front was nice and sweet. I would say this is a place where you can go to get what you need and leave happy 😊

Every time you take anything to get serviced once you get it back there will be something not serviced. Last time front wheel was low and came off the rim immediately after moving mower. All other wheels were low in air as well.You call that conscientious service?? Not at all!!!!Always something wrong and the cost is way to high for what they do.

I was at John Deere and Kokomo today today is 3:11 2020 I was there at 9:10 a.m. this morning bought hydraulic fluid for my lawn mower mention to the man named Sandy in the in the parts department about a leak I had on my lawn mower. And he brought it up on his computer and showed me exactly where to look hopefully to fix my problem. He took the extra time to try and help me solve the problem never once did he mention bringing in will work on it that is an option but he took the time to explain to me and copied off the computer for me to look at a diagram to help me find where the leak was. The service manager Austin overheard the conversation and he also helped. Austin has helped me every time Ive went into John Deere had a question he was always there to answer it. Ive always had great service there and friendly service I bought my riding lawnmower there now its time for a new one Ill probably buy it there again thanks guys youre a big help

We called your business today looking for a part for our mower, was informed you had one, drove the 35 mins to you, only to be met with rude service, unwilling to help and not the part we needed! We went down the road and was greeted with great service and the part we needed...we will not be retuning.

Have always found the staffed to be extremely knowledgeable in recommending the right equipment for the job. Service department is outstanding! This business takes a genuine interest in the customers they serve and in our community.

Wanted to buy a John Deere my whole life and had two grand in my pocket and ready to do so. The salesman told me unless I spent twice that I was wasting my money and to never buy the cheaper ones like they sell at Lowes. I left and bought a Cub Cadet. Shame. I still buy my Stihl equipment there. Still wish I had a John Deere.

I highly recommend McGavic’s Outdoor Power in Kokomo, IN.... I purchased my mower from them and it was a smooth transaction, Bart in sales was great to work with. Since purchasing, as with any used equipment, I’ve had maintenance done multiple times. Austin, in the service department, has provided top level customer service, he’s also easy to talk with and understanding. They have charged legitimate and accurate hourly rates, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Even the gentleman that does pick ups and deliveries is great and always on time! 5 stars all around! Thank you McGavics!

Came in to look at mowers, the guy that helped was pretty nice at the beginning, took us to see a lawn mower that fit what we needed, but was still a bit out of our price range....Once e realized we werent buying it THAT day, he shut down his act of good customer service and basically rushed us out the door.Never going to be a returning customer.

Service dept is terrible and expensive. Picked my 2 year old gravely up bc it wouldn’t start. When I called the service guy said no problem I can pick it up tomorrow and the guy picked it up was very. After we loaded of up my brand new lawn mower I bought from them that wouldn’t start the pick up guy said we should have it back to u in a week. I said what, (why would they pick it up and not be able to work on it) but it was loaded up so I let it go. I called them in a week to check on it. They were still 8 mowers away from mine and I hopefully sometime next week. I’ll never go back to them

Have tried to deal with several times, never get anywhere with them . Usually is difficult to get someone to talk to you. I can’t do business with them, maybe you can ??? And they never answer phone. Would definitely recommend the short drive to Marion store, Wayne is very helpful & answers all your questions!!!!!

Never answer phone.Have zero parts in stock. Never have what I need. Always have to order. All I needed was a common oil seal for a stihl saw... worst stihl dealer I’ve ever had to deal with. Take your business elsewhere.

Friendly, helpful, has parts for my mower

Seemed to be instantly less helpful once they found out my mower had been purchased at a competitor. Went as far as to tell me to look on YouTube when asked about leveling a mowing deck, mind you this was separate from the money I was trying to spend with them.

The service department is sadly not very good. It took 3 days to get a tire replaced... and I had to buy the tire from Rural King for them to put on my rim because they couldnt get one from their supplier. Also, I had to call each day to get an update on the repairs status. Very poor experience!
