Horrible ServiceWe just had an unacceptable experience with Kokomo Lincare on Sycamore. There for a new CPAP unit, we arrived about ten minutes early. There were two people in the office lobby and the one closest to the door curtly says “Ill be with you.” We sat down and waited. After ten minutes of no one asking our names or why we were there, I say to the same person “We have an appointment at 10:00”. She mumbles some excuse and then says “X will see you soon”. Nothing for an additional five minutes. We decided we had been ignored long enough and got up to leave. I expected some kind of apology and explanation. Instead all I got was “Have a nice day”. Utterly awful patient care attitude.

Been waiting 2 weeks I called and they always say they will call me back. They never did. Its my 3rd time calling as of today. I will call corporate if no return call back.

I recently had to help a family member with getting a CPAP and oxygen. The office staff was helpful and the service rep that delivered the oxygen was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Lincare to anyone!

This place is a wonderful place overall. Stephanie Powe was a huge help with my family matters while also being super caring and knowledgeable with what I needed help with. I would recommend Kokomo Lincare to all my friends and family!

Worst experience of my life would give 0 stars if I could ..Because of them I now am no longer receiving insurance because I wasnt using my CPAP.I only one time got supplies just filter and nasal pillows and havent received nothing else.Ive called and called to order supplies and never received them just to be told they will arrive in 7 to 10 business days and never received anything so I was getting sick and having chest pains and it was hard to breath because I had dirty filters so I stop using it until got supplies well 5 months later still no supplies and now insurance wont pay for it because I wasnt using it.If anyone knows how or where I can turn them in to Medicaid to complain please let me know. I used my dirty CPAP until 2 or 3 weeks ago and am miserable because I no longer am able to use it.So a BIG thank you to Lincare if I die lease turn them in!!!!!

I was an employee at the Kokomo, Indiana Center for over 2 years. Stephanie Powe was an outstanding CSR and has carried those qualities over into the Center Manager position. I highly recommend working with her. She is honest, knowledgeable and helpful.

I have always recieve such amazing service when getting supplies here for my father in law Stephanie Powe has always been my go to person since my first visit even going so far as to help me figure out exactly what I needed for his cpap when I had no clue and making sure when I ordered extra that I was notified of the arrival in shipment even now in management she takes the time for me and his needs so great to see people still care!!!

Worst place ever!!!! I suggest going somewhere else if you need anything medical. My daughter broke her hip & needed crutches to go to school because she cant walk. They said theyd get started on it & then I go back inat the end of the day & they hadnt even started on her claim for crutches & told me that itd be maybe a week or 2 before my daughter can if her crutches!!!!! Really!!! What is my daughter supposed to do??? Miss school for 2 weeks until they decide to give crutches to her??? This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star! This place needs shut down!

I was on my family vacation, and needed a new power supply for my CPAP. Disaster/major expense loomed. I called this office first thing in the morning, and they had one ready by the time I drove through Kokomo. It only set my road trip back about 30 min (vs. 6 hours home to get a backup). I spent less than 5 min in their store. Thanks Ladies!

I have never been so disappointed in a company/business in my life! I could list dozens of problems I have had with this company from day one!But- I will focus this post on the single experience that I had today.I wear a cpap machine at night- I stop breathing while I sleep. My cpap is my respiratory lifeline. I have had lifelong significant respiratory problems due to developmental things beyond my control.During the night my fairly new machine- stopped working. Said that service was required. We contacted Lincare first thing in the morning. They advised that they do not consider cpap malfunctions as an emergency service and that I would have to wait until Monday. So with a brief explanation as to how I consider not breathing an absolute emergency situation. They agreed to check the machine.As they begin to look up my information they cant find my records anywhere- sorry there is nothing we can do if we dont have records... Lucky for them I kept copies of all my original paperwork- with my account number, the order from the doctor, the person who delivered my machine...Now that crazy record business was cleared up... an associate came to my house (who was a sweet incredible woman) with a used replacement (loner) machine. The loner machine was supposedly set to all my original settings. She took my machine and told me they would send it to the manufacturer and they will either repair the machine or replace it- this process can take 3-4 weeks...Upon inspecting my equipment- she was kind enough to share with me that there are parts of my equipment- mask, head gear, hoses, filters... that I should be changing monthly. I had no clue. Over the summer I took my equipment in because the mouthpiece was making my skin break out... they could not find my record and then finally shopped me a new mouthpiece- three different times!!! All of the the wrong size and for different machines!As I get ready for bed I turn on my loner machine and put my face mask on... 2 HUGE problems! 1. My machine is set to the wrong setting and it will not allow me to reset it. Next... my mask is blowing out forced air that is pungent with the odor of cigarette smoke.Seriously!!!!Lincare is the worst medical business I have EVER dealt with!!

Been waiting 6 weeks for a cpap mask. Called two days ago to see if they had it. They said they would check and call me right back. Still waiting???? Would not wish there services on anybody.

They are incompetent and unprofessional. Stephanie said she would be in touch but never called me. I had to call her and she said she didnt have time. She is untruthful. Please dont use this company If you want professional and ethical service.

I had to call them for information and when I called for Kim she was always busy, a message would get left but she didnt call me back. I have medicine that needs picked up but cant leave because my nebulizer has to be delivered. Why cant they deliver it before 5. Very unprofessional!!!!!
