These folks are doing a great job with the staffing they have( they are short a few drivers) but they are very kind on the phone and in person… helped us make it through a very difficult time in our lives! Blessings on you all!

After a very bad 3-day experience at St Joseph Medical supplies across from the hospital, I went straight to Rotech.The lady in the office was more than helpful & very pleasant. I had my doctors prescription for the rollator, she made the call to medicare, I paid $13 out of pocket, & walked out with a brand new rollator in less than 30 minutes. She even called me a week later to find out if it was working okay for me.

This company really does get a 5 star rating! They are so accommodating and stretch to help! I am so appreciative! Thank you so much for your amazing help!!!

This is the most inefficient healthcare supplier I have ever been involved with. Being in health care there is no excuse. We have been waiting for a mask since March and between them and “sleep central” they keep screwing it up. Please don’t let your sleep specialist or pcp send you to this place.
