In situations where you are forced to tell a customer no, there are ways that leave the customer feeling valued and respected vs dismissed and ignorant. The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens unfortunately, chose the latter option today. The vaccine booster requirements vary from Pfizer to Moderna and its not exactly clear on the website. I took my 84 yr old neighbor with me for boosters today and was almost laughed at (well, I think we were). If its not clear on the website, dont say Yes it is - say, Im sorry it wasnt clear. We should revisit that. Needless to say, we wont be subjecting ourselves to that environment ever again. And will encourage others to do the same if they want to feel valued as a customer. Do better guys. Its not hard to treat people with respect, even if theyve made a mistake.

I just wish that the pharmacy would read the information they have a little closer. It’s frustrating that every single time a prescription is picked up they can’t fill it because there is a problem! Always a problem until they read the notes on the screen in front of them. But when you need your medicine your not leaving without it right?

Disappointed this Walgreens lacks the ability to go the extra mile for a customer. Made an online purchase while in store since an item was $4 cheaper, assumed I could pick up the item while in store. Unfortunately after inquiring with the cashier, this wasn’t the case. Understandably it was 30 mins before closing, however this is a small store with at least two visible employees at the time and zero customers in store. Another assumption is maybe it’s possible it takes at least 30 mins for the order to register in their system, however with today’s technology I’d think this is highly unlikely. Hoping to receive better service in the future.

This Walgreens has everything you could need form cards to back to school items . Pharmacy has all of your needs also . Huge selection at this store .

I have had nothing but great experience at this pharmacy. Staff is very friendly and professional even during the busy times of day. They have always taken the time to explain new Prescriptions to us. no need to go any other place.

Was a great pharmacy, last 2 weeks the customer service is just gone.

Clean store and well organized offers what ANY other walgreens does . What is cheap is costumer service been living in the area for over 2 years and the times I have stop for any necessaries walgreens can offer and needed any interaction with staff they come across as bother, robotic and dismissive at times . What caught my attention they seem to act differently with others maybe familiar faces or perhaps their personal beliefs. My local neighborhood Walgreens you are doing great job keeping the store clean but PLEASE work on costumer service, I know you are next to plum creek which looks nice but is NOT Barton creek . We are buying milk, wine and medicine not Dimond ring at Harry winston in New york .

I just saw a manager save a womans life. He waited with her on the floor until ems arrived. Walgreens should be proud.

Ive used Walgreens pharmacy since they opened up near Plum Creek. I chose them for the convenience of having them close by. The staff has always been friendly and patient with questions. They are very good at communicating especially if a prescription will be late or they dont have it; in which case, they look somewhere else. Very satisfied overall.

Convenient and quick, though their hours are a bit short for a drugstore. I do not recommend coming here for milk! Like most drugstores, their groceries are overpriced and often out of stock.

This location has the best Pharmacy Department. Period. The staff here is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Their turn-around time is incredibly fast, and even faster if you decide to wait while getting something filled. I cant say enough about their pharmacy department-they have definately ruined any other pharmacy experience for me, and ended up with the loyalist of customers.

The pharmacys Express Pass is not a valid thing at this location, despite the signs in store. Even though you prepay for your medication before you arrive, and the text message literally says Skip the line in store you still have to wait in line like everyone else.

Why open the store at 7:00 and the Rx at 9:00? I asked the question but the answer was unknown. You should probably post your pharmacy hours since you are a drug store. The staff is very nice at this location.

My husband and I agree that we have never walked in and not felt like workers are genuinely happy to help you. Walgreens is a bit expensive so we only go for emergency pick ups but this location has the friendliest staff.

Love this place! This Walgreens location is not convenient to my home or work, but I only pick up my prescriptions and photos from here as they have exceptional customer service.

Walgreens is a good places to stop in this area for some quick stuff and there staff is very fast on getting you out of there.

Super friendly staff, a great group of folks in the pharmacy and not a bad place to pick up various necessities close to Plum Creek.

I just waited 20 mins in the pharmacy line. Obviously there was a problem, but not one of the other staff members looked up to address the long line that had formed or manned the other two cash registers. “It’s not my job syndrome”. I disrespect mediocre employees.

We have our scripts here and shop the front store on a regular basis. Great people, great service and excellent location to Plum Creek.

Terrible pharmacy staff. One young man actually lied about a prescription being ready at the other store. When spoke to his supervisor, she would do nothing. Will never deal with this store again.

Went there this afternoon, both cashiers were VERY RUDE!! One of the was even the assistant manager. They need to reconsider her position
