This storage facility has great store managers. Steven and Christina are great. The location is great. The problem is with the extremely greedy Cubesmart corporation. They only care about their shareholders. If you rent here, do NOT go there at night time. Very, very poor lighting. ANY other facility in Kyle is much better. We have had paint flaking off our doors for several years. They have hired at least 3 bottom of the barrel painting companies in the last 7 years that I have been a tenant. This place is ghetto. They only care of profit at the expense of the customer. Very, VERY poorly run business. They constantly raise the rent. Your current rent is never enough. Tenants moving out are always telling me that they are leaving because of the rent is going up. Again, great 5 star store managers.

It was very easy to set up my account and storage unit online. The move-out process was also very easy. The unit was nice and clean.

This place is great. Everything is kept super clean. Upon reservation staff contacts you to confirm and give you all the relevant info, which was really helpful. If you are in the area and need storage, I cannot recommend CubeSmart enough.

Easy to book online and pay for unit. Gives all info except full gate codes for entry. Just show up and unload into unit. Do wish you didnt have to purchase the $17.99 lock, some of us have had a unit before and already have a purchased lock that is exactly what is needed. Also little false advertising with half off first month, with all the fees that are added in it becomes actually more or same as paying full month price.

Easy setup to rent a unit, nice and clean facility. The gated access made us feel secure our items were secure.

Today we were looking to rent a storage unit and Laurie helped us get a great unit of the perfect size and helped us with great deals! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The process was easy. Loved my whole experience.

Corporate America at its worse. Advertise low rates and then tack on additional fees. They never heard of prorating. I want my bill due on the 1st each month so that I can pay at the same time as my other bills and not forget. They wont do that. I think they want you to forget so they can charge more fees. No grace period at all. I should have gone straight to U-haul. I once rented a unit from U-haul and the first month was free. Really Free. No admin fees. They didnt even take my credit card info until after the first month.

Service rep could not and would not act like he wanted to answer questions about pricing disparities. Disappointed. Can not recommend this storage facility.

The storage units were kept clean and it was priced well. But what really sold me to use this location was the customer service. Melissa was very helpful and I felt like she knew was supposed to be there and not. Even when I would see her out and about in public she said hi. Let me feel like my valuables were taken care of. Definitely use again.

My experience with Karen and Alyx was outstanding! They both know me by name and provide me with the best customer service. The process was easy and smooth with the ease of making payments online.We had some changes in our moving plans and had to rent an additional unit. Alex was able to provide us with a climate controlled unit and received 1/2 off first month rent. This was great since we only needed the storage for three days.They both were a positive part of our hectic moving experience!

1st month is free in words but is evened out with other fees and most importantly with forced insurance. Youre forced to buy insurance from them. Will never come back

My son and I decided to store his college items this year, he looked at all storages and found CubeSmart to be the cheapest. As we arrived to the office Karen and staff were very helpful and polite, best customer service I have received in awhile, Karen took us to make sure our storage was the right size we needed. All paperwork was done in a reasonable time and explained very thoroughly. I would recommend this storage facility to my family and friends. Thanks!!

They charge you and extra fee to pay them online or over the phone, there was loose rat poison in my cube, and the customer service has been terrible both on the phone and in person. Theyre also way overpriced. I recommend going somewhere else.

Moving Is always a stressful time, I experienced unfortunate experiences and terrible customer service throughout the entire move. I initially attempted to lease a storage with another company, which was a terrible mistake. The prices were extremely high, the rates changed every time I talked to a different associate, the customer service was extremely terrible and they double booked my storage. My experience at cubesmart was the COMPLETE opposite. Laurie was wonderful, had great customer service, made me feel comfortable, went above and beyond and even stayed after my shift to ensure I had all of my information and had no further questions. The climate controlled storage is well kept, easy to find, and there was also convenient moving equipment located in the unit as well. I also had a wonderful experience with the manager who was very calm, and understanding. The overall staff and this experience at cubesmart was wonderful, I will continue to lease here in the future and recommend this location to others

My husband, Jaime Reyna has been renting from this location for about for about six months and has had a nothing but praise for management and the general operations since he has been here, especially for the current manager Ms Karen Mills (he says Laurie was a sweetheart as well). Now we have a shared storage there and I have had the chance to do business with Karen and have found her to be friendly, helpful and proffesional.
