The work was fantastic. Detailed my vehicle and also took care of a tab that was broken that I was surprised they fixed. It’s the little details that count and I definitely noticed. I went here to get my car looked at when it got rear-ended. I got there and sat in the waiting room not to long but the front desk lady called the lady that was supposed to be looking at my car 3 times before she came up. When she came up she asked what happened so I told her then took her to my car. She took a whole bunch of photos of the damage and said nothing the entire time. She didn’t even look under my car to see if anything was going on down there. After she finished the pictures we went back in and I gave her my email and said she was going to look into a few thing and give me an estimate. 5 days LATER and nothing in my email. Very unprofessional. Definitely would recommend you take your car else where!

This was the second time we had damage fixed on our vehicle and both times the service was excellent. I was sent status updates through text and personally by phone throughout the process. They finished a day ahead of the initial estimated time which was really quick IMO, considering the damage. I have several years experience with paint and body, as a former occupation, and IMO they do quality work!

Mike did a great job, showed him what was wrong and what I wanted done and he did it within 5 minutes even though they were busy. I didnt even have to leave my car there.

Had to repair a scratch that happened while vehicle was serviced at the dealership. Getting the estimate was not easy as they would not do it for the dealership that scratched my car that day. So I brought the vehicle in a couple days later to be told I could only get an estimate with an appointment. I made an appointment and the estimate only took 5 minutes. After a week they got approval to do the repairs and failed to contact me for 10 calendar days at which point I called them to schedule. Upon picking the vehicle up i noticed polishing compound on it so I looked inside the door jamb and found sticky residue from the masking that they failed to remove from the entire door jamb. It took them about 15 minutes to correct that but made me want to continue to check the quality. The vehicle has to go back as they broke several clips for the rubber door trim and we have loud air noise when driving down the highway. I only used this shop as it was required by the dealership paying for the repairs.

The bed of the truck which has a topper was covered with paint and fiberglass dust. I had to vacuum and wash out the fine dust before I could use the bed of the truck. Also the wiring for the topper lights was not reinstalled correctly.

Great customer service with super friendly staff! They provided me a complimentary car while mine was getting fixed which was easy, convenient, clean, and in pristine condition. The job was amazing; quick, a head of expected for repair time and my car looks perfect. Plus, they touched up a couple of other spots as a courtesy and cleaned the inside, even though I didnt expect it and I left it a little messy! Would highly recommend them... And I never have to use them again, but if I do they are first on the list!

I was involved in a fender bender where my bumper was damaged and needed to be replaced. The day my claim was processed I contacted Abra and scheduled an assessment. I was in and out the same day and Seth provided me updates as often as he could. I appreciated the customer service and they even cleaned my car while it was there! Craigs towing and repair took care of my daughter. She is a junior at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. She was at her job in her car wouldnt start I told her to call a tow truck get it towed in and look at. The driver for Craig towing and repair tried to jump it.this is in right this should start it was not in drive and it started. My daughter was primed to be taken advantage of she was not. $42.50 is a bargain for somebody will tell you the truth and not take advantage of people on car repairs. This place exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to everyone.

REVIEW FOR ABRA/Dahl in Winona, MNI should have ran away from the business the minute Justin Guest Service Manager took a rag to my brand new 2020 car while it had sand and salt on the paint as it was winter when I brought it in the shop.That was my first clue to run away from the place.When trying to schedule dropping off and picking up my car it was a issue and they do not go out of their way to help. After making multiple calls to the different areas I was able to schedule and work out the details but it was no initiation from ABRA.I asked to speak with the mechanic so I understood what they were doing to my car as the guest service manager could not answer my questions and did not offer to find out or let me speak with someone who could answer the questions on the parts that were damaged or how they were going to make sure that the car was pre accident condition. Just because I am a girl, I like to understand and make sure.Jeremy from the La Crosse Office has had to intervene. I asked for pictures of my undercarriage while it was on the hoist and the diagnostics of my engine at Dahl after all the fixes were completed on the body.Jermey asked the Justin (Guest Service Manager) to send me the pictures and the diagnostics. The pictures sent were everything but what I asked for, the diagnostics was completed and pictures were taken and sent cannot read it all fuzzy, so tomorrow morning I will be making another phone call to ABRA to get the information I requestedNot customer service driven to make sure the customer is taken care of, would not recommend this place until they work out all their kinks and get staff properly trained. Very frustrating and I do not recommend them. Run as far away as you can.Service at Dahl would not recommend, Lewiston Auto Chevy Dealership is awesome and cares about their customers and goes out of their way to take care of you. I was in an accident and took the vehicle to Abra Autobody for repairs. Dahl Automotive did the suspension work in the rear. A few months later my vehicles tires were cupping in the rear. My alignment was off and the car was brought back in and was re-aligned.Part of the alignment was off still and the service adviser (Gina) told me that it cannot be fixed. I took the alignment sheet to my mechanic that I usually take it to and he told me it can be fixed. I brought the car back to Abra since Dahl makes me go through Abra for anything in regards to my accident instead of going straight to the problem. Jeremy at Abra was kind enough to take it to Murphys for me.Murphys stated that the right rear control arm was put in wrong. Dahl was notified, then, stated that the mechanics would have noticed doing the alignment and would not take the blame for it even though they did the entire rear ends suspension work. The car ended up needed two new tires because of this mistake. Dahl stated they would only pay for half of the new repairs even though it was their mistake. Thankfully, Jeremy at Abra said he would pay for the rest of it. While all these repairs were being made, Jeremy was kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle while I didnt have mine.Ultimately, I would recommend Abra for their exceptional customer service. They always answer their phone, they are willing to own up to mistakes and take responsibility for their partner company when they wont own up to their mistakes. Abra will always make sure the customer is happy.

Unfortunately I had to get a car fixed from an accident. I have used ABRA before. I was in and out for an estimate less than 15 minutes. The estimator was friendly and pointed out things I did not see. Great customer service!

They do great body work, but they really beat up my car when it was there. I drive a manual and, whenever I take it places, I always watch the footage from the (obvious) dashcam afterwards. The technician ground the transmission like crazy. I dont think he even was using the clutch pedal. At one point, he yelled out the window How do you drive this f***ing thing? to which another man responded You got it! The work done looks great, but if this is how they treat vehicles when they think people arent looking, Ill probably go somewhere else next time.
