I had the misfortune of getting my car damaged in a hit and run and Schaller Jacobson returned it to me as good as new. The whole process was very professional, from the estimate, the communications, the repair itself, and the delivery, it was first-class all the way. They dealt with the insurance company and helped me at every step. To see my car looking as if it had never been damaged was incredible. Highly recommended.

This place was recommended by our insurance company and now I know why. They are good at their job! They get you in for repairs as soon as they can and then do great work. If something does get messed up they will get it fixed if you just bring it up to Jake. They usually do a quick clean of the inside of the vehicle too. They dealt directly with our auto insurance company to get the claims settled and we havent had any problems in the 4-5 times weve used them. Highly recommended!

Had an alignment at Schaller Jacobson done through DMS Defyant Motors. When I received my car back there was a heavy vibration from the front of the car and the car pulled to the right. I noticed these issues when I had to do a 200 mile drive immediately after getting my car back from the shop. The car never had any of these issues before going into the shop.When I got home I switched wheels to see if maybe there was a bend or any other issues. Same result with my winter set. Jacked the car up and put a third set of wheels on. Same result. I then looked at the original set and the inside tread of the front right tire was so worn and now bald that it was splitting apart. None of my other tires had any sort of wear like this and was a new development since getting my alignment done. I change my wheels and inspect them quite regularlyDefyant was too busy to look at the car immediately and I then took the car to Morris’s Audi. They had my car on the lift immediately, inspected and could not find anything visibly that would cause such a harsh vibration and make the car pull towards the right. They then get it on the alignment rack and find that it is well out of spec and noticed that the tie rods were completely seized and were never adjusted the week prior. The mechanic’s jaw about dropped to the floor when told the car had an alignment the week before. His response was if it was, it was absolutely not done correctly if it all considering new parts were needed to get it in spec and a blow torch was needed to free up seized parts.After Audi did the alignment my car drove smooth and straight. No vibration and no issues. It is very apparent at this point Schaller did not do the work correctly.I have contacted Schaller about these issues only to be berated saying that alignment issues do not cause vibration, pulling or extreme tire wear. I was told that my car left in spec and they have the print out, contrary to Audi’s measurements and all the issues I was having. Anyone who knows the slightest bit about cars or can use google knows this is highly incorrect. Either Schaller’s alignment rack is broken, their tech’s are incompetent, ignorant or just lazy to do a job properly, I don’t know. Schaller has refused to stand by their work or offer any compensation for the damage caused. Two other shops who inspected the vehicle agree that Schaller did not do the alignment properly.Either way my car is AWD and now need $1600 in new tires thanks to this. After speaking with a few other people in the area, it turns out they’ve had some shoddy work done with Schaller as well. Looks like this is fairly common.I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you need an alignment, go to Morrie’s Audi. Great staff and competent knowledgeable techs.

Excellent service. Very pleased with the work and cost. They even picked up my vehicle and dropped it off when completed. Replaced mirror knocked off when parked at store. Would recommend to anyone

Schaller Jacobson went out of their way to repair my service vehicle when it broke down in Lacrosse. They were extremely kind and went out of their way including giving me a loaner vehicle until the next day. Its been months and my vehicle has not missed a beat after having the new water pump install. Five stars all the way!

First time hail damage. I mostly spoke with Tracy but everyone I came in contact with was friendly and went above and beyond. I appreciated them having a vehicle for me to use while mine was in their shop. Highly recommend.

TOE-AND-GO SHOP...DO GET ALIGNMENTS DONE HERE!!Tried to get my lowered s10 aligned. They said they did but 3 months later....ate right through a set of tires. Of course its out of warranty...later, tried to get my other truck aligned, only fixed toe. Everything else was wrong. There excuse was that it was too rusty to fix the other issues. Never offering what was necessary to get it right. Charged my card and sent me on my way. The truck pulled hard left and when I tried to get it corrected I was ignored. Go to muphys frame and axle.

Look it over after initial repairs... theyll make it right.

The body work was done OK, but they didnt do the best frontend alignment, and setup my headlights with 12 lbs of air difference in the front tires. Im going to call them to see what happens, stand bye. AC doesnt work either, charged 400 to fix.
