Very good service. Made me feel like I was the only one in the room. The work was done efficiently and the service ppl were nice and personable. I will go back to them for tires.

Dan gave me a price that included the usual extras for significantly less than the Sams club price on a set of 4 premium Goodyear tires.When I crunched the numbers I found I could buy the 85,000 mile tires for about what Sams wanted for the 65,000 mile tires (with their lower ratings for wet & snow driving, ride and stability).I was disappointed that the offer of a full brake job didnt include the service with rotors milled instead of being replaced out-of-hand which is a sweet upcharge for the shop using the implication that rotors cant be reused in most cases (only partially true).Only Goodyear and Cooper are American made tires.I passed on an oil change and brakes as I didnt view either on as a reasonable cost.

Ended up with a puncture of my Goodyear wrangler tire and brought it in for repair with no appointment. Cole and Dan at front counter to evaluate the tire and once we determined it wasn’t repairable they scheduled me for a new tire and swap out spare tire. Very helpful and timely. Thanks to the tech who turned around the order in 30 minutes

Called in to make an appointment to have my tires checked and air pressures properly set. I am speaking about a motor home not a typical automobile or pickup. Something that requires a little more time than a regular vehicle. They said bring it right in and we will take care of it.Took it in and I was out of there in less than an hour.Very helpful and very reasonable priced for the amount of work that it took.

I did not have an appointment but they fixed a tire with a nail in it anyway. They were booked for the day and still helped me out. Much appreciated

During these times of business not always having the staff needed in order to operate at full capacity. This past weekend, I had a bit of an emergency when someone let a box of screws fall onto the street, and then thusly into my tires... I went to 5 different local tire locations ....all to be shut down and refused service...with a few of them telling me to come back near the end of September!!!!!!....Not the good people at the downtown Goodyear... they knew it was going to be tight to fit me in..but they knew I needed help and fit me in, giving me exceptional service and the peace of mind that can only come by resolving a troublesome issue.Forever greatful.

On July 3rd over the holiday weekend on a trip to Lansing Iowa, I picked up a nail in my tire. The nearest town that could have a place to repair was LaCrosse! Fortunately when I called at about 2pm, Joshua stated he would get me in! I made it there with my tire repaired and out by 3:30pm! A shout out to Joshua, the technician was kind and friendly! My wife & I were fortunate to not only have Good Year store available, great customer service. A big thank you for helping us get back to MN.

Took Jeep in for rotation and balance. Balance was never done. Rotation was not done either. Had to have TPMS replaced on front tire on driver side. I could tell tires werent rotated because after I got home I could see the sealant on tire from when they replaced TPMS. it was on the front driver side. My steering wheel still shimmies at 61-65mph. I went somewhere else to have back brakes done and Goodyear had lugnuts on so tight they were hard to get off with an impact wrench. If I would have had a flat tire on the side of the road I would have been screwed. Technicians biggest concern was to sell me a brake job with 300 dollar brake pads!

Love these guys. They’ve always been super friendly, helpful and professional. I’ve had a lot of work done (my car, not their fault) and they’ve always were able to quickly identify and fix any issues I’ve had.Their service is fast, their prices are fair and their ethics are honest. I’ve been satisfied with every Goodyear I’ve visited, but the one in La Crosse is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to and done business with. You couldn’t ask for better service and better people for any job.I’m a very happy customer and can’t recommend them enough for any auto repair needs.

My low tire light came on and it was raining outside so I quickly jumped out and identified which tire was going flat. Then I googled the closest tire shop and it was these guys. I went there and they fixed the tire and they said since I had Goodyear tires it was free they said it was warrantied. Thanks you guys are awesome!

We were traveling cross country and got a flat. Goodyear was one of three places open on a Saturday and the only place that carried tires for our vehicle. The employees were sympathetic to our situation and squeezed us in. Instead of losing a full day of travel (or several days-as we were told at other places), we were only set back a couple of hours. If it wasn’t covid times, I would have hugged everyone working there. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you La Crosse Goodyear!

We had a flat tire on a rental car and arrived one hour before the shop closed on May the 14th. The staff made sure we were comfortable and got us out and back on the road quickly!

Wow! The Cass St. Goodyear shop has been a neighborhood staple for fixing flats and providing quick, quality service for years. Today (Friday) we took a tire with a newly discovered leak in for repair. The tire was from my son’s truck and he has a long trip to make over the weekend. The shop not only repaired the leak (a stem seal), they had it done in no time so my son can be on the road with four good tires. The folks at the shop were efficient and professional. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment on my car after I changed tie rods. After an hour and a half car still pulled to the right and the front right tire was clearly out of spec. They said its probably a tire issue and checked again. Said it was good, started driving again and was pulling to the left now. Went to call them out on not adjusting anything the second time. They denied and insisted its a tire issue when it clearly isnt. Rotated tires at home and pulling still didnt change. Not only did they lie about it being wrong the first time. But they flat out denied that its an alignment issue and told me to come back the following business day to have it looked at again.

They are very friendly people and know what their doing. They helped me with stuff I didnt know and the prices are wayyy better than anyone elses. I highly recommend going here for youre fixes. My mom likes this place too! And mothers always know right.

This place is usually helpful, but went in today for an oil change i had scheduled and the guy tells me they tried to “contact me” to tell me they were too busy for me. Look at my phone when i got out to my car to reschedule for somewhere else and noticed not a phone call, or a voicemail from them. Did however, see my many confirmation emails that i was set up for my appointment. A bummer, but at least there’s other car places around i can go to from now on. I do enjoy their onalaska location.

So I ended up getting a flat tire a few weeks back. From the looks of it (and other problems I had with the defects of tire I have) I thought I needed a new tire. It ended up going flat right before I was going back home to Ohio, I was leaving that night. I got it over to the shop and told the guy I wanted to buy a new tire because I thought that one was shot. He looked over the tire with me and he found a small hole in it. He told me that they could just patch that up and I should be fine. The only problem was that they were about to close and he said he could do it first thing in the morning. I told him that I needed that night because I was going home for the weekend. Without hesitation, he told me to have a seat and he will make sure it is done ASAP. After they fixed the tire, he told me that it was free of charge because they are running a promotion for fixing flats. Not only could he have sold me a whole new tire, he could have gotten me to pay for the fixed flat. But he didnt! That is a company that I can trust. Their staff went above and beyond for me, and got me home for the weekend. For that I am grateful and I will be returning with my business.

Mark was very helpful when I took a tube in to get patched. They were busy but he knew I was in a pinch and he helped me with a repait right away. Ive been a Goodyear customer for long time and have never had a bad experience. Its service like this that keeps me coming back. Thanks for the help!

Decent service, but couldnt check my tire pressure because i had crome caps on them. They said they might break my valve steam if they try to take them off. Thats right, a professional tire service center was afraid to take valve steam covers off. I guess i just feel if i pay 70$ for an oil change that i can get any where then it should be FULL service. Ya break one then i get it, its on me for putting the caps on, but at least i wont be at some random gas station stranded.

Perfect place for a flat!We have tow ins, so a tow truck driver changed to our spare for us. We then drove straight to Good Year.Good Year took excellent care of us! I have never been treated with such rudeness, disdain and contempt at an auto place in my life.The man at the front counter was unhelpful in answering a few basic questions and then refused me service for arriving less than 15 min past the appointment time after I’d taken leave off work for 2 hours for the appointment.(The town is an hour away).The other customers in the store had been waiting forever so it’s obvious they overbook and run behind on a regular basis and then take it out in the customers.I highly recommend Viroqua Tire or DeLap over GoodYear in La Crosse. You will be treated with the service a customer deserves instead of this rudeness

Went in and was immediately greeted by probably the rudest associate Ive had to deal with ever. I asked a simple question and he was short with me and didnt even answer my question. Work called me while I was there and was the only customer in th building yet I talked quietly, and the 2 at the counter stopped their conversation to glare at me. Only at the end when they were trying to convince me to buy something did I even see a smile. Talked to someone named Larry (?) Over the phone a few days before my visit, and he was very polite and helpful. Will not be returning.

Took my car here once with no problem. The second time (and last time) I took it in I got my usual full synthetic oil change, which is supposed to come with a free tire rotation and topping off of fluids. They did not rotate my tires, nor did they top off my fluids. How am I supposed to know for sure that they even changed my oil if they didnt do something as simple as filling my washer fluid? Its inexcusable. Now my car is there again so they can rotate the tires and top off the fluids, which takes another hour of my time and should have been done in the first place. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back here in the future.

I went on their website to find a book an appointment to have my breaks and battery looked at. No where on the website did it mention a cost for inspection. Once I got to the store they charged my $59 do look at it. Then they called with the estimate of $1100. I had Toyota of La Crosse give me an estimate as well and paid $650. Im glad I did my homework before I dropped an extra $500 for the same service.

I own a 1998 Buick Century, that has a kelley bluebook value of $950. I paid $1100 to get it fixed, so I could make it back to Appleton, to share a thanksgiving meal with my family. My engine started smoking in Tomah, about 30 minutes away. I had to get the car towed. The man who toed my car, Denis, said whoever worked on it did a terrible job, for there simple problems that were overlooked. Denis even found a tool, left under the hood of my car. It was a sad Thanksgiving to say the least. When I got back to Goodyear, I spoke with both the mechanic and the manager. The mechanic showed zero remorse, or even pretended, to be sorry about the situation.

Went in to get an ac compressor didnt work, said they needed to order a switch bring it back in 2 days. Forgot to order the part had to wait 4 more days and switch didnt fix it. Wanted to give them a chance to figure it out and they said I would have to wait a week before they would look at it again. Out $450 and no ac 😝

Horrible service, do not trust. I had them replace some tires and they told me i needed a new wheel bearing. I already had gotten it replaced so i took it to another shop for a second opinion and they said it doesnt need it. Watch out for their scams.

My car was having a little oil leak. I called Goodyear. They got me right in and took care of it. I was very happy!

I took my car to Goodyear in La Crosse for them to put on my snow tires before driving to Minneapolis for the airport, almost two hours later I was my way. I didnt notice any issues on the way to the airport, but on the way back I immediately heard a clunking noise from the front right tire. I took it to Firestone in Minneapolis and they told me that the lugnuts on my tire were so loose they could take them off with their fingers and I was lucky to be alive as the tire could have come off at any time. Further more they told me two of my tires were in very poor condition and should never have been allowed to leave the Goodyear tire store in that condition without warning me to their fragility. Since my flight was so late, Firestone was about to close and I had to leave the car overnight and pick it up in the morning. This cost me a hotel room and a days pay for both me and my wife the next day from not being back in time for work.I told the manager of the Goodyear in La Crosse my concerns and he was incredibly rude and gave me the brush off. I told him his shops negligence almost killed me and my wife. He responded by saying well nothing did happen, so you cant do anything. I told him Thank God nothing happened. He then told me Thanking God wont put money in your bank account will it.VERY RUDE - NEGLIGENCE COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE!

As I was walking into the store I saw the no firearms allowed sign. I turned around and left. I will take my business to a competitor who supports American values and the 2nd Amendment.

Paid for the warranty and they did not or into my tires which only have 2000 miles on them and it was only a simple flat they lost my business for life
