My Volvo truck would not start this morning. I called Lacrosse Truck, it took them two and a half hours to drive 30.5 miles to my location. He showed up in just a pick-up truck. Turns out Volvo motors have a primer, like a CAT motor. They charged me $350 to prime the motor and start it. Ridiculous. I wouldnt trust them with a big job, if this is what they charge for a simple fix. I expected a call out charge, but this was a violation. No wonder the price of transporting goods to your local store is climbing.
