It was nice to visit, but I wish I couldve gotten a tour since I work for the company. The store where everyone eats has the chip reader. Cant wait until my store (595) (337) (little Baldwin and big Baldwin) (I get to train at different stores to see they are not all the same) gets them. Guests ask us all the time when were getting them. I tell them what Ive been told for 3 years!!!! is theyre coming.

On January 10, 2020, I visited Kwik Trip Store #382 in Rochester, MN. I am an avid customer of Kwik Trip stores...love their coffee, love their customer service.... my favorite convenience store, by far. Not so on January 10th at Rochester store #382. Obviously, nobody at that location knows what a cleaning rag and cleaning spray is all about. Even the containers holding the coffee lids were filthy and gross. The creamer dispenser was filthy.... and adding insult to injury.....the french vanilla cream was empty. I can only hope someone from corporate will actually take a moment and read this review.....and then I can only hope they make some drastic changes at the store #382 location.

I called the corporate office several times regarding the cleanliness of the stores in Suamico and Howard. Nothing has been done regarding the dirty floors and counters that are NEVER Clean no matter what time you go in! Ive been going to these stores for years and now today I will take my business elsewhere!!

Today, went to Kwik Trip in Rushford. We had to hunt and peck for coffee lids, for our coffee, my husband & myself. He has a cane, so his steps are limited. Then I went for half & half, bone dry. She gave me some out of jug. Then tonight in Plainview, my husband wanted salt & pepper, for his hard boiled eggs. He had salt & pepper, in bags. When the guy found the salt & pepper, he didn’t fill either. There was salt but no pepper. Do we chase them down, or what. What’s wrong with every thing full for the public. Chatfield & Caledonia are superb. Have these stores have their acts together. It takes one person to say something, & hundreds to listen

Not one of the Air pumps in any of the 4 stores I stopped at to fill up mike bike tires worked. Do not go to any of the stores in La Cross for air save your time I ended up paying a tire shop. All the money they make around here and you cant even get air for a bike, good grief.

Was there for work. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

THIS IS THE CORPORATE OFFICE ADDRESS~THIS IS ABOUT AN EMAIL ON A DEAL AT CHRISTMAS ON GIFT CARDS. I WAS TOLD JUST TODAY THAT THEY HAVE DELAY WITHDRAW FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THE SALE OF THE GIFT CARDS. I SAVED A WHOLE WHOPPING $5 BUT ENDED UP WITH $24 IN FEES! GREAT DEAL RIGHT? I WAS ASKED TO SEND BACK THE EMAIL AND I SAID I NO LONGER HAD IT. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY DEALS LIKE THIS AGAIN! i WAS TOLD TO SEND IN MY BANKING INFORMATION AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SPLIT THE FEES WITH ME AFTER THEY GO OVER MY STATEMENT AND DECIDE IF I SHOULD GET FEES BACK. I GOT SCREWED ROYALLY!

I bought a blueberry muffin from one of your store in Pewaukee,Wi.on the 20th and found a light brown or blonde hair in it about 12 inches long not impressed

Unprofessional they text or call you from their cell phone all matters should be handled by business phone.

Kwik Trip is the best. They are the only gas station in the Midwest that have accessible gas stations, getting the word out.

On Friday December 8, around 9:30 a.m. I stopped at the Lake Mills, WI Kwik Trip to fill up car with gasoline. The total came to $28.74. I gave the woman clerk (older, plumb, short brownish hair --did not get her name-you all know who was working at that time--first register)a $20 and two fives, she closed the register and did not give me my change. I called her on it and she became flustered. It was obvious she could not or did not know how to make change. So, I told her she owed me $1.26. Unbelievableas I walked away I noticed she had given me only $1.16. When I protested she was waiting on a new customer and tottally ignored my comments. Rather than cause a scene I left vowing NEVER to purchase gas at Kwik Trips again. You lose spproxomately $200 a month. I think you need to investgate.

Empty plastic bottles delivery at dock 40,41,42 on Rublee St the same building. 30 minutes unloading.

My experience at store # 472 in eau claire was awesome all because of a lady named vicki she was very helpful and very friendly this is the first time i have had this kind of experience in a kwik trip there are friendly ones but not like vicki if you ever watch the show undercover boss about a lady at a 7- 11that worked the coffee station thats how she wasThanks Roger
