We recently had a bathroom remodel. Mark, along with Dan and the plumber were great. It only took a couple days and it looks beautiful. A few year ago we had the outside of our house done. Everyone worked hard and was on time. Very impressed with how organized it all was. The office ladies were friendly too. You have a top notch staff. Thank you for a job well done.

20 weeks after paying my 50% deposit I am still waiting for the work to be finished. After a couple issues with stripped screws and incorrect sized shower doors I am still waiting. Even the screw in one of the shelves cant be fixed correctly, the pictures show the corrected work. This is what $10k plus gets you at The Board Store. At this time I am just told to wait until new parts come in and they will call me. Zero care what so ever when talking to them on the phone. They also reported many issues with this company that they go through for doors recently but rather then going with someone local they continue to use an unreliable company at the cost of the customer.Update to Response: Your response implies that a solution was actually worked out but in reality there has been no plan put into place but rather I have been told to just keep waiting. No solution for the botched shelf job and no solution to when the correct door will actually be installed. Well past what was explained in the contract.

Made an appt on 6/2--first available was 6/30. Received confirmation in the mail for that date. On 6.30 no one appears. Call and they tell me the appt is for 7.1 and at a totally different time. That wouldnt work for me so next appt available was late July. No thank you. Ill try another company.

We recently had new rain gutters installed and the workers were extremely professional, courteous, Knowledgeable and polite.They did an outstanding job.They found that they were short a small piece of the gutter and the worker returned this morning in a rain storm and completed the job without hesitation even though it was pouring rain. While here he also inspected the previously days work to assure it was functioning as it should even making a couple small improvements.The Board Store should be proud that they have this quality of employees.Certainly the owners philosophy of Faith,Family and Work shown through.

Had a great experience with the Board Store again. Our project of extensive remodeling of our 2 bathrooms began prior to COVID and ended during. Work crew wore masks, wiped down surfaces, and kept everything neat. A great group to work with.

We contacted this business in early September for minor service on several items they installed some years ago. We were told a few parts would have to be ordered. Weeks elapsed with no further contact from them. We called several times for an update. We were told today that the parts had already come in, but they could not be installed for another 2 weeks due to their heavy schedule. Altogether, more than a month & a half will have elapsed on what should have been a very minor service!

I am extremely happy with my new windows and patio door. They look AMAZING and are very efficient as well. The guys that installed them were so friendly, polite and courteous. They made sure to protect my floors and they cleaned up everything when they were done! I will be recommending the Board Store to anyone that tells me that they are looking for windows or patio doors. Everyone explained things to me in a clear and concise manner so that I knew what was going to happen and when. As a single woman, I felt respected and felt treated as a valuable customer. There were a few issues during the install process which The Board Store addressed to our satisfaction. On January 21st we had the Board Store replace 4 windows in our house. They arrived as promised in morning and had the project completed by mid afternoon. Wow!We are very happy with our new windows. This the third project Board Store has done for us. On all of the projects, they start on the date promised and complete on the day promised. Those are two very big considerations when dealing with a contractor.Finally, I would like to say that they have good people working for them. We have always felt comfortable having them in our home. Was good experience, very tidy, put up a plastic wall to keep rest of house clean. they do great work(again!). Had conversation with us about Covid-19 situation before starting work. Will recommend to others!

It was nice that they came to our house to measure and look at things. Went to LaCrosse and walked through displays with our sales person. Sat down to figure out pricing. No price break down on the quote. Just here is the price. Showed us a contract to sign. Asked the sales guy to email everything to me so I could go through the contract and make our choices on things. Well no email yet and it’s been since October (or so) and no follow up call.. very disappointed is service on trying to get a remodel done. I also had a window that needed to be replaced. The gentleman measured and ordered the window. Service tech came to install. Wrong size window was ordered. I understand mistakes but he measured it twice. Not impressed with the board store. I ended up having someone else do the bathroom remodel.

I think the installers at the Board Store are second to none. We have had them replace a number of windows and doors through the years and the outcome is always excellent! Great quality products and workmanship, total clean up, and polite friendly employees.

Fantastic service. Came out quickly to provide estimate. Had them install new windows in two bedrooms. They laid down sheets in the walkway and plastic to walk on in the snow. When they were done we could hardly tell they had been walking in and out throughout the day (aside from the gorgeous windows of course!!) Highly recommend and WILL be using again in the future!!!

We returned to The Board Store because we liked the windows and the job they had done for us at a previous time. So, when we needed to replace more windows we called them. The new windows look beautiful. We asked them to save and reinstall the trim around the windows. They were able todo that and they did it well. Very nice and courteous crew. The new entry door we ordered was delivered and installed very quickly. Very satisfied from start to finish.

I love the front door, storm door and sidelight that we purchased from The Board Store. The only bad part in the process was that we had a keypad deadbolt lock in our old door that we wanted in the new door. The installers moved it, but it did not work. I was working from home the entire time they were here and I was not asked about how to install it - I still had the original installation instructions so I couldve easily given that to them. Unfortunately they just mentioned it as they were leaving. So then I had to take it out and re-do the installation correctly.

This was our first experience with The Board Store. We are extremely pleased with their work. They completed our project ahead of schedule. The materials used were of the highest quality available as promised. The tradesmen were couterous and efficient . Prior to starting our project, they laid tarps on the floors and hung plastic to protect surfaces not involved in the project. Many different product lines.Edit - We have now had them install a 3 season porch on the back of our house. Never seen a harder working crew. Good quality and priced right. When you pick out a custom item for ordering it can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. That can suck but is pretty normal when getting custom furniture.Weve bought several pieces (Smith Brothers) from them and each one arrived in perfect quality. The delivery drivers are on time, quick, efficient and respectful of the items theyre delivering and also of our house and the stuff already inside it.Will buy again from them!

Everything went well from the free in home estimate to installation. Patio door was a custom order and everything was perfect! They had a cancellation and was able to get ours installed earlier. Great communication and answered all questions throughout the process. Highly recommend!

We had a sliding glass patio door installed and it is amazing! Previously we had windows installed as well. We were never disappointed in the quality of the product or the installation. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for along with a guarantee with a local company who backs their work and products. We will be calling next for a couple of doors to be replaced. Doors were replaced and our incredible!

The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the windows we wanted for our home and was great with the estimate and explained the financing process easily. Had to wait for our windows to be manufactured 3-4 months, but well worth it. They look amazing! They had great discounts for higher down payment and other things plus no interest financing for a couple years. They sent us a letter and called to let us know our windows were in and schedule a time. The installation was a smooth operation. Tore out the old easily, built for the new, then installed! We got the ProVia Endure line with full window replacement. Installation of 12 windows on our first floor took 2 days and the installers were friendly, hard working, and did a fantastic job. We had a couple issues after install, which they addressed and gladly fixed. Everything was cleaned up, vacuumed, and crystal clear when they left. I just hope these windows stand the test of time and weather. Well see. These windows and installation prices were a little bit higher than other places, but the work and product here seemed more trustworthy and being able to get guarentee with a local company was worth the extra. Great job Board Store! I highly recommend them, or at least getting information about theyre products in your estimates for home repairs and upgrades.

From the beautiful and practical designs suggested by the sales consultant, through the tight scheduling by their logistics person, through the construction phase by their expert (and friendly!) craftsmen, our kitchen renovation project was a huge success. Our project included floors in two rooms plus a pantry, new sink and hardware, and all cabinetry in our 140-year-old home. I would recommend The Board Store most highly!

Took awhile for them to get to our project but it was worth the wait. They were very respectful of my lilac tree which was right in their way!
