I think the employees at the downtown La Crosse one are absolutely amazing!! They work hard and try to make their customers happy in any way possible! Thank you, McKenzie, Jeri Lyn and Sharon for your hard dedicated work!! You 3 are awesome!
I was dropping off a box to be returned for my daughter and I explained I didn’t know what to do when I arrived to return a box to Amazon and specifically asked if there was anything they needed from me, or what I needed to do to send it back. The gal, with the long straight hair said nope, it will go out in tomorrow’s mail. Needless to say I was supposed to have them scan my phone to get a return label.So I called to talk to them about it and the gal said she was the one who took my box and she assumed it had a return label on it and was read to go! I said well I explained I didn’t know what I needed to do? And you never questioned anything? She was so rude on the phone and said it was all my fault because I didn’t tell her. What part of not know what I needed was hard to understand?Very disappointed in the quality of service! She also tried to come up with other excuses of not knowing what I was talking about because there were so many people in and out! Ummmm nope not an excuse!
The people at this location are a shameful excuse for the human race. A bunch of fake college kids and two old ladies who are clearly in some sort of inappropriate relationship. I am literally considering a lawsuit for discrimination, but there is not enough space to go into that on Google reviews. Get a PO Box with usps if you know whats good for you.
Use the UPS hub on commerce street if you have to ship anything using your own UPS account number, they cant ship from here.

Very disappointing. Dropped 2 packages and only 1 scanned in to ups. One lost and store is not responding. Do not use this store as do not respond and now I am responsible for package that was not scanned in.
Very poor service. I submitted a simple print order, 2 black/white standard paper size pages. I hoped it wouldnt take more than 2 hours to print. Unfortunately I saw the due date was 10am the next day. I went to the store at 8am when it was supposed to open to see if it was ready, waited outside for 15 minutes and still no employee was there. Finally got a notification that my 2 page print job had been completed 2 weeks later!
Very slow. Kinda rude. Quoted me a ludicrous price for shipping two medium-sized, framed pictures to a major metropolitan area.
Worst ups ever. Terrible customer service. Went to use their Notary. Told unavailable. No sorry unavailable. No positive interaction. Did not bother to let us know when available Just a go to your bank or City hall. I have bad experiences with UPS in the past, so I am not surprised. But this place is a joke. Pass it but use your mail service or fed ex. Gave it one star because you have to rate it. I would have given negative stars if I could. This lady employee needs some real customer service training. Or replaced.

I honestly was hesitant about coming to UPS Store, as I havent visited this place before.There is a worker named Matt who was very patient, understanding, & showed EXTRAORDINARY customer service. There was also a woman that was working as well who offered my children stickers as we waited for a document of mine to be taken care of. They sensed I was in a rush, as my taxi was waiting for me & they greeted me & helped me as if I were from The Royal Family.No complaints.
I have always had great service from everyone who works at this UPS location. Thanks for doing your best to be efficient and organized and helpful especially during this public health situation.
The price was honestly very cheap to ship to the other side of the country. I was just not to happy with the service I was provided. Didnt like the women who helped me, she was very aggressive and her tone voice was mean. It was super busy so I understand but would like better service next time.
I had 2 packages I needed to return back to Amazon. I had everything packaged up and saved the screen shots of the return barcode needed to scan to print off the return labels saved to my phone for quick access. I was in and out within 5 minutes with a receipt in hand. Made the process to return very quick and prompt. Prior to today I never returned anything from Amazon, thinking it would be such a hassle to get it returned.
Would be nice to have UPS in a more customer friendly in regards to parking. Especially in the winter. Seniors would definitely appreciate it.
Im a kid, its during the corona craziness. This was a week or two ago: I was crossing the street in Westby, and a kind UPS driver guy let me cross the road after many rude drivers saw me and ignored me. Maybe they were angry because I wasnt in my house? He must have seen me waiting, and heard that mean red semi-truck driver blare at me. (These selfish people should calm down if kidswant to exercise and cross the road! We are social distancing for jims sake! The wait was 3minutes when it should have been 20sec because there wasnt much traffic. Adults disappoint me.)Thank you UPS man for showing your kindess.
I was 8 hrs away from home on a Sundaywhen I realized that I had my wifes only set of car keys. I called this store and the lady said she would stay open an extra half hour for me if I could make it. I stepped on the gas and even got pulled over on the way but I told the cop the reason why I going so fast and he said get out of here lol. I made it in time and overnighted the keys thanks to wonderful customer service this store provided.
Try to talk to anyone at UPS. It is an endless round of voicemail options that had nothing to do with my question. Great drivers, but horrible customer service. I never could talk to an actual human being.

THIS WOMAN MANAGER IS TERRIBLE AND RUDE EVERY TIME I STOP IN HERE. SHES ALWAYS IN A BAD MOOD AND HAS A RUDE SNOTTY TONE WITH CUSTOMERS THAT SHE TREATS LIKE IDIOTS! SHE HAS HER OWN RATES HIGHER THAN UPS QUOTES ONLINE!This place is only good for dropping off your prepaid Amazon returns.Recently I had a regular package all ready to go, just needed a shipping label. I gave her a printed piece of paper with the recipients name and address. She couldnt even read it and had to ask me for the information with a rude tone. She tells me the price for ground and its $25 instead of the $14 quoted online! There was no size or weight issue, she just told me they charge more and their rate is higher. When I asked why its more expensive suddenly, she says Were the UPS store and can charge more than UPS... I then asked how an individual without a business account can ship directly with UPS and she rudely cuts me off and says I HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING! Wow...I left but was very upset. The reason she had 2 customers waiting behind me is because her own employee that wasnt trained properly by her on how to use the computer system was very slow and couldnt figure it out. Not the customers fault. What was she doing when the only customer ahead of me was waiting? Shes in the back on break. Not the customers fault. Sorry that having customers means you have to come up front. Keep up the attitude and you wont have any paying customers!Also, by the way, I was skipped over twice by customers behind me that were picking up packages. So I showed patience for 10 minutes and let 2 people skip the line, but the manager of this place couldnt have 30 seconds of patience with me! I wont be back.

Getting fed up. I ordered a package, I got two day shipping, is now going on 5 days. I asked them to just leave the package at my doorstep because I get notified when it’s here and can grab it myself. I just want my package.

Terrible customer service. No one explained the fact that a totally destroyed package, packed by their professionally trained staff, would not qualify for replacement UNLESS you purchased the insurance. Yes we paid to have it packaged, but apparently standing behind their packing as they claim in advertising, is a sham. I say with the number of bad reviews you have, I should not have trusted you or UPS.
Its the morning of your best friends wedding and the print shop that was hired to print up the wedding programs drops the ball... what do you do? I called tge ups store. Sharon made sure that the wedding programs were printed up with truly impressive speed while maintaining exceptional quality. Her and her team demonstrated an unparalleled level of customer service that this wedding party wont soon forget. Thank you ups store of lacrosse.
Notary does not know or understand her job. As a notary, your job is to verify signature slide not try to play lawyer and review documents for accuracy. You can notarized documents from a different stateHowever, she was not “comfortable” doing so on my time sensitive documents. If you are looking for a notary, go elsewhere.
I never leave reviews but felt the need to. Horrible staff, extremely rude. The staff yesterday acted like we ruined her day when we walked in. Not helpful at all. I was at FedEx in Onalaska the day before to ship a return and the gentleman was so nice he opened the door for me, helped me print labels tape up my package and thank me. When possible I’ll be using FedEx. Sadly in a small town there’s only one ups storefront and I’m forced to go there with some returns. But I would never choose to use their services. They need to train their staff to value their customers.
Wish I could give this sad place 0 stars!! HORRIBLE customer service. They never delivered my package and left it sit in storage for a week without ANY communication about where it is or why it wasnt there. I then proceeded to be called wrong by the Chinese man managing that place as he disagreed that the customer is always right He then called me after I left and gave some lame sad excuse about what happened and told me again that I was at fault and that he doesnt need my business. This is unacceptable!!!!! After a few more words I told him never again and he said, sorry to hear that, AND HUNG UP ON ME. UNBELIEVABLE. SADLY RUN ORGANIZATION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 0/10
Consistently poor customer service over many occasions - the last few times I’ve made the mistake of trying to ship a package here I’ve ended up walking out - just avoid it and go to another location.
I had a very bulky but fragile Amazon return where the original shipping carton and foam packing were destroyed. I needed help repackaging this return so I could get my money back from Amazon for this product which was defective. I read other reviews about this UPS store on 4th St and frankly was concerned. However what I found was a very pleasant store with a helpful young man behind the counter who made my return very easy. I paid for the materials he used but charge was very reasonable. This experience showed me clearly that you can not take all reviews on the internet at face value. I discussed these poor reviews with the clerk. He said several of them were actually about another UPS location but the reviewer(s) got the locations mixed up. My shipment was handled extremely well and quickly.

Complete con-artist scam operation! Go to UPS on Commerce, USPS or Fed-Ex instead!I brought in a box with a light(less than five pounds) wrapped up in bubble wrap in a box. The owner insisted that if I didnt put the box into a bigger box with more packing material even with insurance UPS wouldnt honor any claim. I then was given an increased quote for shipping with the bigger box. It was $80! I should have left but figured while over the top, just pay it and the package is on its way for warranty work. The total came out to over $100! The quote didnt include the box, labor, peanuts. OMFG!Never again!

Friendly staff. Knew exactly what to do with my iPhone that I was sending back for repairs. Very kind to the customer in front of me who was a boisterous and ragged lady who needed lots of questions answered.
