I used to do auto body repair I consider myself an excellent painter and auto refinisher but these guys make me feel like an amateur theyre as good as good can get no sand scratches perfect color matches the shop is impeccably clean you dont smell any chemicals when you walk into the office which is unheard of in a body shop... service is professional these guys know their stuff. I had some rust repair done on my pride and joy my Nissan pathfinder and they did a job that was incredible now just today I was in an accident a woman had pulled out in front of me and they are the only shop I have in mind for my repairs I will get an estimate from them first before I go to my insurance company these guys do not shortcut anything ..Absolute best body and Fender shop around!I almost hate to say this because they are already as busy as can be and this will only improve their business or at least it should..... great people to work with Bar None!!!!

I have had three cars repaired here. The work is perfect. Great color match. In one case, we both missed something on the insurance claim. They took care of it and worked with the insurance company to amend the claim.It helps to call ahead for both an estimate and scheduling the work. I dont even look anywhere else for body work.

Love this place. They are fantastic. Very customer service focused. Very professional. Fair pricing, even helped me twice with additional items for free. Very smart people. Highly recommend them. I also like you can make appointments with them. Jim usually helps me. A good man. We use them for our body work. Trustworthy and seems very well run.

Great job repairing the car. Very professional. Only downside was that they did such a good job cleaning my car up that I can see all the old scratches and such in areas I didnt have them work on. Otherwise fantastic. Highly recommend.

Burlington Auto body does exceptional work, ive used them in the past and remember it being a good experience, 2 years ago my wife was T-boned and i went into the city to a friends recommended shop, the car was fine in the end, but the process was long and much more complicated than it should have been, Burlington was stress free from the time i got my estimate until they drove to my house and picked me up the day my truck was ready, car was immaculate, better than i had hoped for, looks brand new, i highly recommend them, and will not go to anyone else in the future.

Have been a customer of Burlington AB for several years, they have serviced 2 of my cars, one of them several times - I have teenagers. Burlington’s work has always been top-rate, staff is professional, they really know what they are doing and have always delivered on time. Have been to a number of body shops over the years and have to say I am very impressed with Burlington Auto Body. I hope I don’t need to see them in the near future, but should the need arise I will certainly go back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These guys are thieves, after an accident I had recently, I went to get an estimate for a door repair, and they gave me an estimate of 3790$. Couple days later, I went to another shop whereas I got 650$ estimate. In addition to all this, they were making fun of me, and wanted to use the insurance to get easy money. I definitely wont be coming back here and I encourage you not to as well.

They do a great job. Pat did such a great job buffing out this ding in my door and whoever painted it did a wonderful job as well. They matched the paint completely and black can be difficult sometimes. The job they did was very fairly priced and the guy on the phone was very polite and I didnt feel like he was trying to take advantage of the fact I was paying cash and was a female. I met Pat when I picked my car up. He drove it out for me and explained everything. He was very very nice and seemed to like what he was doing. Hes seems to be an asset to that company and are lucky to have him. I would definitely recommend you guys to anybody I know.

I stopped into Burlington Auto body to inquire about getting some minor touch up work done to my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was getting ready to trade in my car on a new model, and was wondering if it was worth getting some minor work done to increase my trade in value.The gentleman who does the appraisals for body work was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me good, solid advice on how to do the touch up work on my own, saving me a bunch of money.He further explained that the money I would spend getting the work done at a body shop would not increase my trade-in value enough to justify the cost.If theres one thing we can all appreciate from a business, its honesty and reputation over profit.Good call, Burlington Auto Body!If I need body work done in the future, you will definitely be my first choice!

Awesome customer service and high quality job! I brought my car in last week for a touch up job. I brought it in the morning and they offered to drive me to work. I also was not finished with work until after they closed, so they came and dropped my car off for me at my job! Everyone working there was very friendly and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal work! Family has brought two cars to Burlington recently and they did pristine body repairs both times on Toyota SUVs. Most recently we brought in a vehicle to get hood and windshield replaced. Tony is the man, and worked with us for the best cost-friendly solutions. We located a replacement hood at a scrapyard in WI that got delivered to the shop. Project took us longer than we wanted to (almost 3 weeks), but Tonys professionalism, promptness, communication, and patience with us was outstanding and very very nice experience. Thanks again and thumbs up to the entire team! This wasnt requested either, but they also did some bonus buffing and polishing work too as the old car looks much livelier.

Work was completed on time. Not only was the damage repaired perfectly, but my truck looked beautiful when I picked it up - washed inside and out. Very friendly and honest service.

The work is phenomenal. Living in Brookfield I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else for body work. Recently experienced paintless dent removal from their shop. Impressive results!

We picked up are car and realized a few days later that the radio wasnt working properly (my wife and I when driving together dont listen to the radio). We took it back, but didnt offer a free rental. Im a little disappointed in their overall service since they didnt test if everything was working properly prior to giving it to us the first time around.

An AMAZING experience!! I had a fender bender backing up within 3wks of purchasing my car. Was so upset! My 11st estimate was 2500 MIN! They fixed the dent and paint in one day And for only $350! Will use them and recommend to anybody!

Awful service and follow up. Jim inspected my car (which was rear-ended) and told me to send the insurance estimate - he would schedule our car to begin the work as soon as he received Allstate info. I sent him the Allstate estimate and heard nothing from him. After multiple follow up calls and emails from me, Jim confirmed he received the estimate 12 days ago - but simply chose to never called back to schedule time for our car.No apology...no excuse such as were really busy...he just ignored my attempt to give him business and did not reply to three follow up emails.Jim, you did me a favor. If Burlington Auto does not want to respond to customers who are trying to give them work, I will happily take my business where it is appreciated! Can only imagine how many delays and miscommunications would have occurred if I had them work on my car.
