We were in a rear end collision and the other driver’s insurance (Mercury) sent us to Gerber Collision & Glass in La Grange, IL. The estimate only took about 20 minutes, and we were given an estimated date for pickup for the end of the same week. When they got the back taken apart, the damage was far more extensive than originally thought. Gerber contacted us with updates every 1-2 days. Toward the end, one of the subcontractors was slow, and we ended up without the car for another two days. Gerber kept us up to date and when we got the car back, I was happy with the work. Unfortunately, the rear view camera was apparently not secure, and when my husband opened the tailgate it fell out of place. He also noticed the bumper guard we had on the old bumper had not been replaced. We called and brought the car back in. I had it back within two hours! I highly recommend this business!

Someone hit my door of my car and they handled things so fast and were very professional about everything. My car was taken apart and re painted in less than 24 hours! They fixed a damaged part instead of waiting for the new part to arrive from the dealership. My vehicle wasn’t restored to it’s original condition, it has some gaps and non symmetrical parts assembled. Next time I’ll take my vehicle to the dealership, lesson learned!

I love the customer service excellent work couldnt ask for anything better. And comes out and explains to you what they have done to it. If anything happens to mybig black truck I know its in good hands when I take it back. I would recommend people to go there

Gerber Collision are solid pros in the auto collision space, in my experience w/ them.

Had a dent repaired and the paint blend was nice, but they had a long drip in the finish, with a fisheye and a fresh deep chip in the fender along with a long mark in the passenger door like a door stuck it.

I have repair my car with Gerber Collision two time, with my experience they do a good job.

I highly recommend Gerber for their professional and quality service!

I cant know where to begin in compliments of great service. Job completed on schedule, even slightly ahead of schedule . Courtesy drive and pick me up to and from work. Car was totally detailed inside and out cleaner than ever! I would give 10 star review if they had it. They stand by their work too! Several months after my repair, I had heard a sound that I found odd in the general repair site. I was in the neighborhood and dropped in. They quickly took the car in and found it was a clip that had gone loose and they fixed it then and there gratis. Seriously, I dont want to have another tree fall on my car, but I will always recommend this La Grange facility!

We stopped by for quote to repair some rust at wheel well, and told they would call with place or repair in house. It had been a week and I repaired myself and it looks amazing, I had to please wife, her vehicle.I worked for major insurance company and had better service here before. Maybe repair here if needed or just myself.

Last Thursday night, we dropped our van off to have the front windshield replaced on Friday morning. Friday we receive a call that the new windshield came in damaged and that the work be done the following Tuesday. By Monday afternoon, we had not heard from Gerber about a time to bring our van in. They said to have at shop by 8:00am. Shortly after we dropped the vehicle off, we received a call that said they were not going to start work on the windshield until 2:00pm. At 5:00pm, we called again and was told they are STILL working on replacing our windshield. If we were picking the vehicle up today, it would be after hours and no one there to help. This was simply a nightmare. The staff seemed uninformed. The first time I picked our van up, the lady behind the desk did know why I was back so soon. I had to tell her what happened. The second time I dropped the vehicle off, another customer was picking up her vehicle. A different person was behind the desk this time and could not even find a copy of paperwork and repairs done on that vehicle. Would never go back again!!ATTENTION: This is a fake review that was written by someone who hacked into my account. I have never been to this establishment. Because they tried to use my account to slander you, I will just change this review to 5 stars. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Repair work looked great, time frame was reasonable, and communication was outstanding. I also asked them to quote replacing a missing tow hook for me and they threw replace and painting it at no cost (when I was looking at doing this myself prior, it was at least $100)

I normally dont give rates because Ive never really been so pleased but by far this is the best place Ive ever taken my car too . Lizzy I think her name is ..she is the receptionist was super nice and always answered my questions and I believe John he called to give me updates on my car very often . I thought my car would never drive the same but it drives just as new and they fixed the side of my door that was rusting up and dented in that many other places told me they couldnt be fixed the same . My car looks NEW as when I bought It . I know who to trust with my car and definitely this place here !

Made an appointment for them to come out, I woke up early and was waiting just to get a call from them saying they can come at a later time or tomorrow. My whole day was scheduled around getting my windshield replaced from 9-12 am, so i was very dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend to anybody unless you want them to waste your time.

They didnt replace the damaged parts with new parts.they ordered cheap replacement parts. They lied about other parts to the insurance company. I would never go back!!! And after talking to other people that went to Gerber, they didnt have anything good to say ether.
