I could not be happier with the results of the custom exhaust that FAIR created for my G35. Rob helped me pick out the right mufflers and resonators to make sure the sound was aggressive but not raspy, which is common with the Nissan VQ engines. Rob’s communication and keeping me up-to-date with the progress or when changes needed to happen that were not in the initial quote was spot on! Highly Recommend.

Had work done last year on front end. Was in recently and they noticed a problem with the part they installed. The part turned out to be defective. They ordered another part and promptly replaced it at no charge. That is old school service where you stand by your work. I have driven by Fair Muffler and Brake many times traveling to and from work before going in today. I had a temporary exhaust repair that I did myself a while back break again. A look underneath my pickup truck revealed that the muffler had started rusting out as well. After a phone call I had an idea what type of cost that might involved. They got me in first thing Saturday morning and I accompanied the manager to inspect further. A complete exhaust system replacement behind the catalytic converters was the right call. The manager gave me options high to low for repair or replacement. Although I had to spend a few hundred bucks for the new Muffler and pipes thats no fault of the shop. Given our current economic climate steel just isnt as cheap as it used to be and its been years since I had to do this type of repair. Going with the Flowmaster Muffler the truck sounds great and wont be irritating my neighbors any more. Id gladly go back for future repairs. Thanks again.

The shop owner, Rob called me this morning after reading my previous post. Shortly after having the exhaust replaced, my daughter told me the car was very loud. She brought it back to have it checked. Rob said that when my daughter brought the car in the first time that he did not hear anything abnormal. He said that most likely the car was getting progressively louder due to the new gasket burning away because the new catalytic converter did not mate properly with the exhaust manifold.. The catalytic converter and gasket were replaced, under warranty. System repaired. Thank you Rob.

This place is excellent. I can’t say enough about the quality of work here. I was coming in to just get my oil changed, but then they noticed my brakes were out. Laid out all the details, all the costs, and even gave me a loaner car while mine was being fixed at no charge!

Great service. I replaced a battery on an older vehicle. Ive had to go back a few times due to connection issues, but they have always been fair with the assessment that the fixes fall under warranty. This included a mechanic coming out to jump my vehicle so I could get it to the shop.

I dont give reviews very often but these guys deserve five stars. I had an idea of what needed to be done but I waited to see what they said. I used to really like this place. They still do pretty good work just not as custom as they used to be. I brought all my cars there for 20 years its just not the same.Its the new shop guys they have a few of the veterans went and open their own places

This place is awesome. They are honest about their work and tell you everything up front. My wife took her car in once for a minor repair and they did it for free. Their service has been top notch and they are relatively inexpensive considering how mechanics like rip you off.

The mechanics were friendly and honest. No hassles. No worries. They diagnosed the vehicle problems and also made a couple of recommendations, to replace a couple other parts in the same location on the vehicle, at no additional charge in labor. One part for the exhaust system had to be ordered and shipped direct from Kia, so approximately one week wait period. I was still able to drive the vehicle until the part arrived. This is a prime example of how service should be done. I would return for future repairs and definitely recommend this Fair Muffler location!

The snow vortex knocked off something from my undercarriage so I was in desperate need of some help to avoid catching my car on fire. A friend recommended it to me. I took it to Fair Muffler and the place was popping. The guy at the front desk helped me quickly and called me within an hour. It was close to closing time and they still looked at my car. This is the xmas miracle part!! When I returned, he told me that the heat shield had just broken off and he fixed it. The charge was....0 dollars. Nothing is free in life...usually. This place is awesome. Will def be back!!

I was referred here, and had such an amazing experience! Even talked to me and explained everything so I could understand what was going on and what had to be done. Gave me pricing for the awful what if so there was no surprises when it came to price! This is the kind of place I would be ok sending my mom alone if she needed help and wouldnt be afraid they were going to rip her off.

Got a muffler delete on my is350 and it couldnt have turned out any better. Abe did a fantastic job, and Ill definetly be back to get a midpipe installed!

Don’t have me wrong but, since a couple a month the shop, doesn’t have a lot of mechanics as before. They are always running behind. They are honest but little pricy.

Was taken right away, good service, good prices and if you have to wait a little while there are good places to eat within walking distance
