This place gets 0 stars and a big SCAM, came in with noise in my front tire, told me I needed 1800 worth of work! It wasn’t funny that I was approved for 1,800 dollar credit card for new tires if needed! Told me my engine mounts and several other parts were bad! None of them were! When I called Victor he said it was recommended ! Bull! None of the parts were bad and the problem was simple my lug nuts were loose from the last mechanic who worked on my car! A tire shop mechanic 101 should have 0-10 dollar fix came out with 1800.00 fix!!!! I hope everyone reads this before doing business at this location !! I will be reporting this to corporate and anyone else that will put a stop to this Scam!!!

I had a leak in my rear tire. And my oil filter was loose I talked to the Mgr. Amber she was very professional and knowledgeable. She was kind of enough to get me in right away. And made sure my problems were resolved. She was very polite and Sociable. Thank you Amber for all you do!

Came here after Discount Tire across the street was being unhelpful. Guy who first helped me was very kind and cheerful. They didn’t have time for me that day but “set up” an appointment the next day. I came in the next day only to find that they hadn’t actually made an appointment for me, but they fit me in anyway. I find out that they don’t actually have me tire in stock (why not tell me that yesterday?), I’m able to get them to give me a free loaner tire so I’m not driving on a donut and will come back in two days... to which I come back and find once again no actual appointment has been made. But they do still take care of my car and give me the right tire.

Scheduled an all around tire change, brought my own four brand-new tires. Niko and Ceasar and the old guy(gray beard), were very professional and considerate. They even let me take a picture of the air valve sensor inside the tire on the rim---FANTASTIC!! Now my car rolls around so smoothly--and I feel just like a regular SUPERMAN!! Life IS worth living! Forget LasVegas---Im going to FIRESTONE!!

I went in with the brakes on my 6 year old SUV squeaking expecting to have full replacement of brakes. They did rear brakes and said my front brakes were like new. The brakes still squeak.I brought it back and was told my brakes run hot so thats why they squeakIm not sure what to do now.

Dont recommend this place to anyone scratched the hell out of my rim, and wont even acknowledge it. I definitely will not go back even if I have to get my car towed elsewhere

Not good brought it to check on noise coming from front of engine they had it there all day. They had 3 techs look at it they all said they didnt hear anything. When I took it to go home the sound was there had manger come and listen to it she heard it too. Waste of day. Now I have to bring it back.

I had the very best experience at this Firestone location last week! While I was headed back to Michigan, my battery light kept coming on and off. After finding the nearest Firestone, the manager on duty, Ruben, had my car tested right away. Turned out my alternator was bad. Meanwhile, it was time for the technician to leave for the day. Ruben asked the technician, Jose, if he was willing to stick around for 3 more hours to work on my car so I wouldnt have to find a hotel for the night. Jose was so extremely kind and was willing to stick around to fix my car and get me back on the road. This was such a relief, since I was 3 hours from home. I cant express enough my gratitude for Ruben and Jose! Their customer service was 15/10! Extra large thank you to Jose for being so selfless and working for 3+ hours beyond your shift!- Very Pleased Customer

I went here for an alignment that was never performed when I took my car to the Firestone in Garfield Ridge. Not only did they take my appointment same day when I called but their customer service was phenomenal. The manager Ramon Niko is the best, he made my experience seamless as well as explained what I needed in detail. Best Firestone location by far.

Brought my car in early in the morning with an emergency issue, I was helped right away and promised a call as soon as it was inspected. I received a call no more than 2 hours later and they said the work could be done in a day. I was able to pick my car up only a few hours later. Ruben was very nice and so helpful! I can’t believe the amazing service I received or that my car was diagnosed and repaired the same day without an appointment. Definitely recommend this place and I’ll come back in the future when needed!

Came here last week on emergency due to a flat tire. Even though I got in late(close to closing) they helped me out. They even stayed after hours to make sure they got my car fixed so I can make it home. They really turned my bad day into a good one. Thank you firestone crew!

While preparing to drive back to New York after a holiday visit with family, we noticed the “low tire pressure light” had come on indicating that one of the tires was low on air. After filling it at the gas station, it didn’t take long for the light to come back on. Figuring we had a problem, we called the nearest Firestone. We were told to come in and that, while they were busy, they would fit us in and that it would take about 45 min. We were greeted by Ruben - who was polite and checked us right in. During the time that we waited in the lobby (almost exactly the 45 minutes promised) we watched Ruben efficiently and professionally handle many phone calls, appointments & walk ins. He clearly knows his stuff! Ruben is an asset to this business for sure! Thanks to this Firestone store and to its employees for diagnosing and repairing our tire so that we could get back on the road. A+ service here.

This place is great for alignments and I am very particular about who works on my truck. Being in a pinch I had to take it here... Ceasar was very transparent off the bat and provided an excellent alignment on my 2 lifted tacoma. I will be back.

Can you imagine trying to get a tire fixed on a HolidayFirst place said leave car for there is a 6 he wait.Went here, was told they were short handed and would try and get us in.About 1 1/2 hrs later called and was told where the leak was could not repair. They put 2 new tires and car was ready in about a hour after the call.They were very polite and wanted to help because of our time straint

Made an appointment for 4 wheel tire install with alignment. Price was comparable to the competition but this place had better reviews than most. Was quoted 2-2.5 hours wait as they were slammed due to winter weather. Waited in the waiting room comfortably and the job was completed in 2.5 hours. Smooth and no complaints. Only ding one star for unclean bathroom.

They will do their best under the Covid-19 situation to get you in and out. Cant beat their install price if you buy your tires online.

I typically dont recommend places online nor praise them as well. With that said, As a long standing customer for almost 15 years, I dont trust my vehicle anywhere else except at this Firestone. All of my repairs are kept in files AND Firestone also offers an app that allows me to keep track of my repairs.With that saying, this location has the BEST staff thats both knowledgeable and personable. Ive NEVER had a bad experience here. Their skilled mechanics under the management of Lauren, Bob and Carlos have my full trust. Keep Up The Great Work Guys!

Honest and Quick Service!I called shortly before 10am and spoke with Brad, inquiring what was the wait time for an alignment. I was told the morning is full but the afternoon at 2pm was open. I scheduled the appointment. When I showed at 150pm they took my car in before 2pm and I was done before 230pm. This is a GREAT Firestone

DO NOT GO HERE. Just bought two rims yesterday. Today, theyre already flat. I credibly angry. At least theyre fixing them. Have to pick up tomorrow.Edit: I went yesterday, and they switched out the rim and tire with another that was the exact same. And guess what. My tire is flat. I called and told them, and said there must have been a mistake when the rim was clean and then glued to the rim. But 1)I keep being inturupted and 2) told that that couldnt happen.So I said I wanted to return the rims and drive on a spare and a dangerous leaking tire. They said that is fine and that itd cost me a 30$ restock fee. DO NOT GO HERE.

Go to a local body shop. This is the typical franchise store & theres always a new manager trying to push new unneeded repairs on my car. I dont come here anymore because a $65 oil change is not worth it. Check out Oil Quickly instead.

Bought tires here a few months ago. I had an appointment and still waited about 3 hours. I have to come back because 2 tires keep losing air by the edge of the rim, meaning they didnt seal it right. I know people that have had the same problem with this guys and now that Im here they want to make me wait 2 hours just to get it checked out.. will never come back to this place!

Came here to get new tires originally. Said that it would be done in an hr or 2. Came in and said that it wouldnt be done till they were going to close and to come back the next day. I said no I need to have my vehicle to drive my children to school thats why I made an appointment. They agreed to have it done before they closed. Called 20 min before close same story not going to have the vehicle done that day. I complained asked to speak with a manager my car got pushed back yada yada yada so long story short mechanic had to supposibly stay late and finish then left my key in the glove box for me to pick up at my leisure after 9pm?!?! Round 2 came back months later because I had a warranty on my tires that were purchased and they had already went flat multiple times and now had a screw in the front driver side. I was not able to get same day apt. Had to set it up for the next day person on phone said it should only be a 30 to 45 minute fix and I would be in and out of there quickly. Showed up on time for appt. Then was informed it would take at least an hr if not more for a tire repair. I think it is poor management and unskilled labor as well as terrible customer service with poor edicit. Making fun of other customers while you have customers in the waiting room. Being loud and obnoxious while joking with mechanics when they all should be working. Not answering the phone with care in voice then obviously hanging up after getting into an issue with customer on the phone and exclaiming that they dont care get mad so on. Very rude and unprofessional. I will be takimg my car to the hillside location instead of the lagrange one from now on. Utterly rediculous.

I purchased lifetime alignments for my vehicle and had 2 done in the past 3 years Ive had it. The last time I went there I had the first appointment available for that morning, they started doing my alignment but came back 5 minutes later and told me to come back later because one of the bolts was seized and they had to hear it up to loosen it but they didnt have time to do so. I came back roughly a couple hours later when they told me they had free time because they had a opening and there were no appointments scheduled. They put my car back on the rack and after about 10min told me that the rack is down and they cannot continue with my alignment. Since then I have attempted to bring my car in about a month or so later and they told me the rack is still down. That sounded a little fishy to me so I called them under a different number and asked if I can get an alignment for a different car under a different name and they told me to bring it right in the same day. So they basically lied to me and told me the rack is broken because they dont feel like heating up a bolt. Wow so glad I spent close to $200 dollars for for lifetime alignments when I cant even bring my car in and get one dont because they lie and tell me the rack is out of service. Complete bullshit service would not recommend this Firestone to anyone.

I had an appointment at 1pm and they pull it my car at 3pm look at it and tell me I need to wait another hour to get my service done? What the did I make an appointment for? Please save your time and money. There customer service is horrible especially the old, old guy who is an employee there he has a terrible attitude. On top of that they waste your time. Why make an appoint if they do not get to your car until 2 hours later? And then after the 2hours that you waited their for them to see your car they proceed to tell you that it will be another hour wait because they cant perform the service you wanted. This place is ridiculous.
