Nice new store. Ordered ahead and the drinks were ready but incorrectly made. Asked for the drinks to be remade. Took them home and still not made correctly. Frustrating to spend $8 on two drinks and they are not what you want. Courteous and friendly but still did not get order correct with two chances.

Slow service took forever. Coffees didnt taste the same as the other Starbucks we go to. Didnt care for the pumpkin latte cold brew. Hard to get in with all the traffic being on the corner of 2 main streets at 5:00pm. Plus the lot is not good for the drive-thru due to the two entrances and having to fight to get in the drive-thru from both entrances. I wont be visiting this one in the future.

Extremely slow! Was going to try the drive but that was 12 cars long and not moving so I went inside, it took all of 5 minutes to order which was nice but then it took over 20 minutes to receive my order. I figured with ten people working it would be faster but I guess not in addition to slow service any time the employees came to the counter I tried to ask for a straw but they kept turning their backs to me as if they didnt care to help, I say that because it was not just one but FIVE employees who turned their back...

This is a horrible Starbucks! Whoever worked the night shift kicked out a little girl that was crying out for help. She was lost/ missing from her family. Starbucks told her to leave the store cuz they are closing! SMH SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE

I used the app ahead and walked in, no problem. Customers in the drive-thru were heated though. Only vehicle entrance should be from Harbor Blvd. Easy to approach from both streets that way or perhaps consider a lot guide to merge the two entrances.

Lauren was absolutely wonderful in helping me decide on which drink to get. She recommended the Iced Carmel Maccoh and it was awesome.

Dianne and Arianna always help me, ok at least 80%of the time. They are great theres another guy whos always there too but I forgot his name...sorry!I always get great service and drinks. If theres ever been an issue they helped solve it immediately, even if I got the drink at another Starbucks. People complaining about drinks taking forever(a few minutes to me isnt long of a wait) hhmmm....theres an app for that, order ahead and just pick up no waiting. Thanks

A less busy Starbucks which will get your order correct. The staff greeted my family nicely and was patient while we made our large order. There is a drive-thru which I saw people being processed quickly. I go past other local Starbucks to go to this one due to how attentive the staff is. The service area and bathrooms were clean. Definitely stop by this Starbucks and forget the other ones closer to the shopping areas. This location does have limited parking but there is a parking lot separated by a small wall with much more if its too busy.

Diane here is the best! She remembers me, my order, to ask about my kids, she is simply wonderful. Often the most bright and warm part of my day tackling toddlers!On days I can go in, this is a nice spot to sit and work on my computer. Restrooms are always clean. Wheelchair accessible, wheelchair parking available. Free parking lot, though it can get congested.Store is clean and organized. A great Starbucks location.

When you ask for sugar at the drive thru, they do not put it. Check before you drive off. Id rather you hand me the sugar if you dont want to go through opening multiple packs of sugar.

Love this starbucks. They have a drive thru and the best baristas in town. When you do have to park, I would recommend parking in the back lot in front of Harbor Freight.

Customer service has gone down hill here. The people working in the back need to be retrained on customer service. However, there was this blond, older gal taking orders, who was so sweet and friendly, made the experience better. They need to learn from her on how to handle unhappy customers. All I ask is for communication when something was not handled right. You dont tell customers, Sorry, I dont work at that station. And then totally ignore them. Maybe a response of Im sorry, let me find out what happened with your order. I would have been Oh, no problem, thanks for letting me know. I really appreciate that. I a never rude or obnoxious to people even if they mess up badly. All I ask for is communication. I dont want to come to a place and have to walk on egg shells. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least.

Dont care for Starbucks coffee. To over priced for garbage coffee. Id rather go to a 7/11 they have a much Better Coffee. And after a certain amount of time they make new, So its always a fresh cup of coffee.

So over this location, only go cause its conveniently close to work, seriously gonna look for new one. Every time I ask and (pay) for extra caramel drizzle I never get it, I barely get any at all. I ask for very light cream in my ice coffee and its like they fill it with so much creme that my coffee is white....completely white, so I have a white barely any caramel drizzle iced coffee, every time! Only at this location, any other location my order is perfect! These baristas need more training!!! This location is also always out of something, someone sucks at inventory, and the drive thru is way too slow.

I had to wait for 5 minutes for them to even bother to ask me for my order. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to get my drink. The staff had practically no people skills. I understand having to wait if they were busy, but having to wait simply because it takes one person to make a drink and two others to watch while talking is ridiculous. I dislike giving bad reviews, but this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks.

I went to this Starbucks for the first time yesterday and it was the best experience I have ever had in any Starbucks . Im so glad I came inside. I usually order drive thru. I live in Orange County by Disneyland and I have many Starbucks around there, but by far this place is worth the drive. I will definitely be coming back. They really made my day:)Thank you.

I was having a hard time trying to find a location of this place on Yelp because its only had two stars and then it makes sense to me because of the service I received. Or, actually, Id like to say didnt receive. All 16 of the girls working or at least it seems like 16 or maybe that was just their age were louder than the entire floor of the restaurant totally destroying the Ambiance and with your typical Starbucks. In between their gossip you could hear Manic cackles from one of the women working well not really working I have to say. I used the restroom at this establishment and about 2 minutes in I heard pounding at the door from multiple workers here asking if I was okay. I was okay. After finishing what I had to do using Starbucks Wi-Fi mini customers do I begin to pack my stuff to head out. One of the female workers, who am I kidding theyre all female walked past me in white down the community table. When she looked at me in the face I couldnt tell if she was trying to hit on me or if what she was wiping was kind of dirty either way it looked like she had something dirty on her mind. Im super serious and I want everyone to know that just because your clicked up working at Starbucks doesnt mean people passing by such as myself should deserve such treatment Groove Im afraid to ask for a couple water because theyll probably roll their eyes when I do, and after I returned to my seat they continue to gossip about me behind my back. Im only giving this restaurant two stars over one for the fact that some of the workers are actually doing a good job and dont deserve to be discredited by any means. But small holes sink ships then that is what it did today at this Starbucks.

Wonderful staff always a happy face despite the seemingly endless drive through but again the staff handle it and dont worry your coffee will be right up .

I love me Starbucks Medicine Ball, Vente, especially with allergy season being this bad. Being it used to be on secret menu, I only found this jewel about 10 months ago. The combination of Tazo teas, lemonade, honey really pack a punch and clear your head, sinuses, so well. Thus the name medicine ball. Lol. It also helps me sleep better even with lessened sinus congestion. Highly recommend to everyone to look into this hidden treasure now on menu. To all Starbuck family pass this item along. You will not be disappointed in its medicinal healing power. Also have tissues at hand as sinuses clear, and pressure disappears. I love the convenience of drive through, especially when not feeling well. Pleasant staff. Happy New Year to all.

10 put of 10 Starbucks is always a go to and has never disappointed me. The coffee is great however I prefer the frapps even in cold weather. However, I have heard that the lattes are good, I dont regularly get the lattes, and I would definitely drink them in cold weather rather than a frappichino.

Fast, friendly, and accurate service :-)Allow me to explain the accurate description, lol. I have a very specific frappuccino recipe that i order (coffee frappuccino, soy, double the frap roast, 1 less base). Most places put dairy milk or put 8 pumps of the base instead of the frap roast, but these guys were all pro, they made 2 perfectly (hubby decided to have one too). :-)

Place is full of old fat looking pervs with laptops. Kind of an old nerd hangout, since there are no basements in California. Dimly lit parking lot is scary...

I come to this star bucks every other morning at 5 am on my route to work and every time Alyssa works she has an attitude. She needs an attitude adjustment or needs a better shift!Went to get a replacement drink, courtesy of Diane who was more than happy to replace it after it was watery the day before. Went in and just got this look like making a free coffee was to much of a task to do at 5 am.Drink was ready and she throws the straw down and walks away with a snobby attitude.Talk about customer service?! I understand an attitude like that when there is a rush between 7:30-9am but there was no one in the store ordering coffee and only two cars in the drive thru which another barista was taking care of.I love this Starbucks because they often make the drinks I like them but with an attitude like that...Id rather wake up earlier and sit in a high traffic Starbucks drive thru.
