Not the first time coming today but great experience again- was greeted promptly by one of the employees, he helped me to process my AT&T return, fast and efficient, took me less than 5 min. Shipped few packages few times before but also received great service. The store didnt look too busy but there were staff available all the time.
I emailed my document to print to myself. At the pay-per-minute workstation, it wouldnt let me download my attachment. My guess is that it is because I was using Proton Mail. So I had to forward the document to my secondary GMail account costing me more time (and money). So I feel like I got scammed because gmail isnt my primary email :/obviously moving forward Ill just be emailing to myself using Gmail, but it wouldve been nice to know to begin with
My printer broke and I needed to email documents to refi my house. Went here and it was the easiest thing to scan and email. So quick easy to use and cost .50 for each page!
Its so easy post a review when youre angry about something. That is why I wont be posting a review about my experience at Office Depot. Ill focus on the positive.After horrible service at another business, today I went to FedEx Office. The employee, Beth, was quick to help me and provided great customer service. Beth completed my order in about 10 minutes (if that) and had me on my way. FedEx has my future business for sure.
Printing failure, manager was unpleasent. Was charged for prints that did not go through. When getting a refund manager was no where to be found for about 20+minutes. When I finally got them, I beleive they went by Dave, they asked where all my prints went. I showed them the receipe and the two jumbled up pages of just mess. They insisted I had other pages, I went as far as to say check your cameras for proof if you need to. Finally got my refund. Manager was just unpleasant not only to me but the poor employee who was trying her hardest to help me. Manager took the pages away so cannot provide any photo proof sadly.
The person (wearing cat ears headband) “helping” was so condescending. Never coming back.
The customer service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for their computer to receive my multitude of emails to print my ONE PAGE, but to no avail. Tried sending it to the self print multiple times, to no avail. The lady at the counters solution was for me to buy a 20$ USB drive. She failed to tell me I can walk to the back of the store and log into the computer and print it myself. Wasted time and frustration led me to paying multiple dollars to print out a single piece of paper.
Fedex on Fletcher by Grossmont 8/14/20 @ 7:45p - they could improve their customer service. One rep was great, but the other was not. I was not able to print and the 2nd gentlemans demeanor was not too welcoming, as if he did not want to help - I hope everything was ok with his day. Regardless, I dont like the way I was treated by the older gentleman. In conclusion, I left without being able to print and minimal help for assisting their customer. I will never go back to another Fedex. Im insane for going there over and over again, leaving each time frustrated with Fedex. Each experience, disappointed!
My very first visit, and my last visit. It was about 6:00 and I was the only customer in the place (they close at 8:00 pm). Just needed 100 plain black and white copies on regular white paper. Simple right? Nope. The sample copies they showed me had grey streaks on them. There were none on my original. And my original was a brand new print on heavy white paper. Nice and clean. Tried to blame it on the original having too much black ink. Seriously? Are they kidding with that? I make clean copies on my little cheap hp all the time with no problems. And yet their giant copier creates streaks from a clean streak free original? I dont think so. She made three additional samples. Each time the text got lighter and lighter, but the additional grey streaking remained the same. I then suggested if she could use another machine, but she refused. Told me it wouldnt matter (OK, now my BS level had reached its limit at this point). I left and took my originals to another place. They ran off 100 double sided copies, no problems at all. And they looked as good as original. Yep... definitely lost a customer at THIS FedEx location. Too bad too. Im new to the area and do a lot of printing in my work. They could have made a lot of money off of me. But now someone else will. Oh well.....
Have been coming here for the past year and a half on a monthly basis To ship for work. Always fast service. Never inside for more then 5 min.
Shipped a Christmas package to SD so I wouldn’t have to fly with it. Staff would not hand it to me because my address on my ID didn’t match the mailing address (I live in Seattle). I have the tags left on the door by the delivery man and the name of package recipient is me. Great way to spend the holidays: with Xmas presents held hostage.
Ive had a terrible time getting oversize printing handled at other copy centers - I usually end up being told that i need to order the copies ahead of time and pick them up in a few days, ir that they are out of the oversize paper, or that they COULD help me if the one person trained on that machine wasnt out. Tonight I walked out of FedEx with 5 perfect prints, the smallest of which was 24 x 36. All my questions were answered without trouble, and everything printed quickly and correctly. THANK YOU!
Staff is friendly and very professional.I stop there almost every day to deliver my work and they always very nice.
Look at the other reviews, all this place wants to do is up sell, no customer service. Was told I needed to buy a $20 laptop box in addition to 3 inches of padding to ship and old laptop. Staff member told me that it was policy and there was nothing she could do about it. As the consumer, I should be able to leverage all shipping options available when sending a old laptop and not forced into purchasing your overpriced packaging. Going to USPS.
Do not even think to use their computers to print documents. They say they charge you 35 cents per minute, BUT THEY CHARGE immediately 35cents before the first minute and when you are ready to print your document a message pops up for additional 65cents. I printed 3 pages for $5 dollars!!!
Horrible atmosphere, it has a dark and dingy look inside. It was not busy at all. I stood there waiting for someone to assist me. I could see that there were several employees, none of them bothered to welcome, greet or ask if I needed help. I was basically invisible to them. I walked out and took my business to STAPLES and was treated with courtesy and respect. If I could I would give NO star to this awful location.
Had to wait awhile for service. When help finally arrived it was pretty decent. I wanted to confirm that a package was wrapped correctly for shipment. I couldve been told that someone would be with me soon by the other worker that was nearby assisting someone else.
Eh, its fine I guess. Assistant Manger Louie is the worst human being Ive ever met. Louie wanted me to buy things i didnt need for my disc burning. You need a flash drive. he would say. You need this and You must need that. He even insulted my little sisters hair color (medium blonde) and said it was unnatural and disgusting. FedEx, listen to me. Fire Assistant Manger Louie, ASAP. Your service would go up by bounds and leaps.
Not the greatest selection of retailers but open air, well-maintained attractive and fun mall. Always good for lunch, an afternoon stroll and some shopping.
If you are able to get someone to assist you, maybe, you might, be able to get answers to what you have going on. It takes a minute or two to figure out the machines. Not something you want to attempt in a hurry.
Update. I just received a delivery of shoes from FEDEX and guess what the shoes are sliding back and forth inside the shoe box. Im going to speak to corporate and ask them how come Adidas can ship the shoes sliding around inside the box but THIS OFFICE wont let me deliver them the same way.DO NOT COME HERE! I saw the reviews for this office not shipping items for moving inside the box. But I have been coming here the last few years and never had a problem. But today I tried to ship a pair of shoes which were inside the shoe box which was inside another box. And they would not ship it unless I paid 3 or 4 dollars for filler. Mind you I was only trying to drop off the box because I had already had a label and paid for shipping. Ridiculous.
So, I bring in a box the item was shipped in and returned it the way it was shipped to me through FedEx. This office says the box is the wrong color, and need to buy a new one. And it needs stuffing to fill voids in the box they selected....though it didnt come with any. Great customer service.
First impression walking in sucked. This guy with a tattoo of flames on his right arm was complaining to the other workers and acting very unprofessional.. But I got helped with a lady that was really nice and helpful! Only reason I am giving it a good rating
Great place. Went there, needed to print flyers because my dog got out. Was scatter brained, didnt knowwhere you start. Nice kid with a beard came over and got me started on what i needed to do. Very courteous and understanding.

Im use this facility to make copies, and the staff has been very helpful when you have questions using the self copying products. Ive also had the staff print a few things for me when I needed them really quick and they did a decent job but its a little high price
Worst customer service ever. you have to open this box & repack it to - I cant ship this. but we didnt even open it its a return; this is how it was shipped. doesnt matter - I wont ship it. the chick needs a new job and a new attitude. Do NOT come here for ANYTHING. EVER.

Terrible representation and customer service. I called first to see if they can create a DVD for me from a MP4 and on they phone he said yes, just bring it down to the store and we can create right then. I took my computer down and he said it is required to be on a Flash Drive and I said you did not state that on the phone. Then he tried to sell me a Flash Drive at $32.99 for a 1GB, that was way to expensive, so I went to Best Buy that was a couple blocks away and bought a Flash Drive, that was 16 GB for only $5.99 and transferred my movie to the Flash Drive. Then after he burnt the DVD, he said they cannot guarantee that it will play on a DVD player and that it will only play on a computer. Well, if I needed it for a computer, I would just use my Flash Drive. This store service and staff has a lot to be desired!!!!!!!
Asst. Manager Louie is a Godsend.I had a job interview at 10 am and that I was told about the day prior and not only did I have to get time to shop for new and fresh interview clothes, work two 8+ hour shifts and help with an already scheduled apartment shampooing of carpet we had waited two years for ... they asked for a resume that needed editing and revision ... four page.Louie went ABOVE AND BEYOND.He walked me through all aspects of the several tasks and equipment I used, still covered the front desk, and; to help me save time paid the $.32 I was short on a purchase so I could hit the door and be gone.Love this location and recommend it to anyone.Ive been to several where to get someone to even act like they work there, or to ask them to multitask is treated like asking them to clean a toilet.NOT so here, and thank you Louis, again, again, again.Keep up the great work!

Woman behind the counter wanted to open my package and charge me for packing material because there was a slight give near the top. I have shipped numerous similar packages in the past with no hassle from fedex staff. Went to the Hillcrest location instead to avoid the inconvenience and had no problems there.
I shipped a 70 lb package and received great service

Dont listen to those previous reviews. No the staff is not happy and giggly but they do what they are asked and are actively helping customers in a courteous manner. I would put $20 on all the people leaving bad reviews are whiny trolls that are a pain in the rear wherever they go and probably gives these types of reviews everywhere. Ive been going here for years and have always gotten my task completed with no issues. I was looking it up to see if the location was still open and almost let the reviews convince me to go to another location cause all the bad reviews are so recent but im happy i went cause i was in and out in 5 mins after them letting me borrow their packing tape to reseal my package. Thanks for the great service again!

Assistant Manger Louie is a crook. He is also a despicable manger for his leadership of employees and lack of customer service skills. The only positive is Fedex having a reasonable shipping cost. I may use Fedex again, but certainly not this location.
I came in to print a large color graphic on a very tight deadline. They really gave great customer service! The kind that I havent seen much of in the last few years! The manager (Danny I think) was very accomodating and found a way to make all my requests happen (without nickel and diming me...) I will definately go back!

Maybe i go when the best employees are there but the last time i went i wanted to print out a math test and i had problems printing it out because the file was too big. then one of the employees im thinking he was a supervisor. printed a seven page doc and said its on me. As anyone can see from previous reviews. This store as horrible customer service. The employees really show that they hate being there and they treat the customer as an annoyance. I got a refund, walked out of there never to return. People say there are no jobs in America but when most get a job they hate it!

Encountered an extremely rude young man who gave me what can only be described as teenage attitude: smirking, rolling of eyes, arguing; any parent knows what this means. once a complaint was made with the manager, the looks stopped; but I doubt it if this will be permanent.
Everytime I go, theres only about two functioning computers when theres over five stations. Customer service is poor and the staff is unknowledgeable as to why nothing is working. Im not going back.

Horrible horrible. Rude. And they move real slow because theyre too busy talking trash about their customers IN FRONT of other customers. I also didnt get a tracking or a receipt via email as promised, so when I called the next day to ask for it the person I spoke to gave me so much attitude.
