I love this starbucks location. I had this lady who serve me and her name is Marinel was working so diligent and have great customer service. She listen so well to my request and didnt make any mistake taking my order and even recommended certain hot or cold food that will be a great pair for my drink. I hope every starbucks staff is like her. Keepin a good vibes and creating great in good environemnt for thr customes. Loving decaf mocha frapp and matcha !

Drive through is always busy, but they move FAST. I waited less than 15 minutes and the drive thru line was out to the street. They sell out of merchandise (cups, tumblers, etc) very fast. If you see something you like, grab it quick.

Dragon drink is the best on this hot day. It tastes better with less ice. It is good because the service of the employee is fast.

Great Starbucks! My only issue is depending on how busy it gets, causes a bad traffic jam when you have to go down Imperial. Ive been stuck here a few times.

Very good experience. Unfortunately they were out of the holiday cups but the coffee was still very worth it and the wait wasnt too long considering the time of day.

This Starbucks is pretty good. Not the best in a 5 mile radius, not the worst.I frequent 5 Starbucks Nd this would be my #3 of 5

Its always pack service is great but good luck trying to find parking and waiting in their drive thru.

Drive thru service was well done with friendly & helpful barista. Quality of food & drinks were yummy & fresh. Got me a spinach & feta cheese wrap, velvet slice, strawberry cream & caramel frappucinos.

Whats the point of ordering online if youre sitting at the drive thru to pick up anyways? 45 minutes later cold coffee yay!

Although this drive thru location has a large parking area, there was absolutely no way to park or get out and not be stuck waiting for everyone going through the drive thru. I had a mobile order which said it was going to take 10-15 mins to complete, it was ready within 5 mins and no one else was in the store. It wouldve taken me longer to wait in the drive thru for it. BTW, we parked at the bank next to Starbucks (which says no Starbucks parking), but it was Sunday and closed, so no harm, no foul.

I walked in and wasnt greeted by any of the staff. No one even looked up from what they were doing. The staff had ample time to notice me since I walked over to the chill wall to get a snack then I saw someone I knew so I went to say Hi. Finally I walked right up to the register and no one greeted me. The register person looked at me over his shoulder then went back to what he was doing. Finally he said what can I get for you? I said Hi how ya doing?. I wanted to be more friendly than them. Boxes stacked really high in the lobby in sight of customers. A roll of trash bags and a box cutter were right by the front door. A barista wasnt in dress code. Get your act together! You just had a customer service conference!!

Their COVID setup inside is awesome, or you can do drive thru. Mobile order and pickup is the way to go though.

Trips to this Starbucks have been very nice. Whether the shop is busy or relatively quiet, the staff has taken things in stride. I felt pretty comfortable and the other customers seemed to enjoy their time as well.My friend and I enjoyed our orders and the cheer of the barista.

I received great service at this Starbucks location!If you are going to this location to work or study, I might suggest going to another location. The inside is pretty small since and doesnt offer much seating. Theres plenty of outside seating though if dont mind the heat. Cant complain about the service though, just atmosphere.

This location is about as good as youre going to get from Starbucks. The dining area is huge for a Starbucks, theres ample seating, and the staff is nice. Assuming you dont hate Starbucks, you cant go wrong with this one

I use to be a bartender.....and a waiter....you dont forget that people come to pay for the service....If I wanted to give money away....I do it to the homeless....and expect nothing in return...So when I come to Starbucks please dont ever forget that I paid for my coffee and Im still waiting....I had to ask them one more time for my coffee.....Either they need more workers or they need not to discriminate...If you dont like certain people ...Hey let them know....and surely they will go somewhere else for coffee! Dedication is welcoming...Giving the customer what they paid for is a must!

Very busy with BIOLA students and some local patrons. We arrived with 2 family members from out of town and others saw the problem with the lack of chairs, so there strangers moved around to accommodate us. Great friendly atmosphere. Awesome!

This Starbucks is great and efficient. The only thing is they ran out of the Mango Dragon fruit refresher, but the worker was excellent in that she happily suggested another refresher:) so I went with the Strawberry Acai refresher and it was great!

Upon entering location.. There was no line, paid for my order and waited for around 22min, I finally went to let the counter know, and was told printer had stopped working. I got a sorry, but having friends that are in management for Starbucks would have made sure that my customer experience was of a positive before I left. I dont think I will return to this location

Drive thru is always fast and the employees are so happy and talkative.

It was alright, the girl that took my order seemed like she was over her life and didnt want to deal with pressing a couple buttons for the double shot that I ordered. And then proceeded to pout about teaching someone how to make it. The Drive-thru had a line around the building and she was standing there rubbing the same clean spot with a rag.Everyone else was chill though.

I got my usual: a tall black and a chorizo sandwich. The chorizo sandwich is especially good and it always perfectly cooked and flavored. The staff here and very welcoming and the best group of any Starbucks I have been to. Keep up the good work!

Staff are great, friendly and the seating area and restrooms are kept fairly clean when I have been there as well as the outdoor seating. The parking lot is some what small and the line for the drive through can sometimes go through the lot and if you have to park there is parking on the other side of the Starbucks lot however. Be aware it is posted that there is no Starbucks parking allowed. If you are going to be in and out and not staying for a lengthy period of time you should be ok.

We had a great experience with the people here!We left a ukulele at a neighboring business, and couldnt make it back before they were gonna close. We asked those neighbors if they could give it to a business by them that was open later. They werent willing to. So we called Starbucks across the parking lot, where Erika willingly went and picked it up for us. We came and picked it up a few hours later :)

Ideal starbucks. Even when it is crowded, I dont feel it impossible to get a decent spot. Ive spent many hours working here on homework, and the simple layout/atmosphere I find helps me be very productive. Employees have never been hostile to me and are very accommodating if something seems to be the problem.Try showing up at 5am opening, thats my favorite time to be there!

Morning staff Fast............

Bad experience here. We ordered two drinks and after 15 minutes we asked about our drinks and they told us they’ve been sitting on the counter. NO ONE EVER CALLED OUR NAME so if you’re visiting this location, stand by the counter for your drinks because they don’t yell out names like most locations.

Polite and fast service

The inside is spacious and all the baristas are nice, quick to make drinks, and make them well. The parking lot is a nightmare because of the drive thru. Its really easy to get stuck just trying to leave. Even if youre going inside, if theres a drive thru line, it almost isnt worth trying because of the parking situation. You will be delayed.If youre going to spend time in there though, its a nice location. And if youre not in a rush, its just as good as most Starbucks locations, if not better.

They took a long time to even acknowledge me (like 2 minutes). 3 different people walked by me as I waited at the register (2 more than once) and they just looked ahead, so they could pretend they didnt see me. Lol The coffee was good, though. Lol It would have been better if they said, Hi, and then said itd be a minute or theyd be right with me. Something. So weird.

I showed up at 10:10 Sunday night when the store closes at 10:30 as soon as myself and husband parked the car to walk inside, The employees turned off the lights inside. Called the store and No answer. Very disappointed!

Coffee and food were good. The was messy a good size pile of carboard boxes laying around in a corner.Someone needed to wipe down the table once in a while.

This is mainly a drive-thru Starbucks. One of the only in the area. Because of where its positioned in the intersection, its really hard to get into. Youve either got to take a right and turn in on La Mirada or take a right and turn in off Imperial. No left turn entry.

I accidentally spilt my coffee on my friend Hugo Ts bag and they helped me clean it up. This is the best Starbucks shout out to April, Justine(Justice) and Reina. Hehe. Thank you for your excellent service.

Amazing staff here! My son dropped his strawberry frap and it spilled all over the floor. Without missing a beat, Laura cleaned up the spill, got him another frap, and gave him a cake pop to raise his spirits(he was very embarrassed and sad). Excellent service, thank you Laura!

The people were so rude at this location, I went through the drive thru in the morning and I have never received such sass and rudeness at a Starbucks ever. The coffee was messed up and my oatmeal was cold! I understand late at night but in the morning?! Oh hells no!

This place is like every other Starbucks, they sell coffee etc. but the parking lot is crazy!!! I go every other Sat. In the morning and sometimes you can’t come out of parking because of cars blocking. It has a 2 way to come in and out. Both are jammed with traffic. It’s crazy how it gets here.

Went into establishment that we all love with my three daughters that are visiting for the holidays one Air Force one Navy one Laguna college and much to my surprising the smaller framed blonde female behind the counter was really very unsatisfying unhappy and just rude and when I asked if she would be able to plastic wrap 3 snowman cookies to go along with our order she simply said no she couldnt wow ok did not know I had to indulge now but ok thank you sorry for my experience but when going in to such a festive establishment would love to be greeted the same thank you and happy holidays

Spacious location with good service and a proper amount of baristas given the hours, some places are understaffed its nice to see this one isnt. Theyre very nice and approachable as well and one of the more consistent locations in terms of recipe.
