Lots to off, good specials and no problems, good customer service..

This guy does not respect the specials of the 7 Eleven app when you go to pay, he tells you that that is not the special

On September 27th between 11:13pm ~ 11:16pm there was one associate who does not speak English well would not give me the change back by asking for tip. (purchased 1 mega and 1 powerball and gave $20, needed $16 as change) I literally had to hand it back and said we all live hard life and he got extremely mad and grabbed the actual baseball bat and threaten us by cursing F word numerous time and told us to never come back. It certainly looked like reversed situation where we actually needed to call the police. I am so shocked and intimidated by this person and afraid going back there. This location is 5 minutes walking distance to my home as it is convenient store and I come here all the time. I strongly suggest you fire him since he has no decency nor the courteous to perfome what he needs to be done on the job. The attitude and tone of voice and violent actions are absolutely not tolerable and I am extremely frustrated with few minutes ago experience.

I love this 7-11. They recently paved and painted the store. It’s always clean inside and wellStocked. The manager always wants to make sure he has my certain items i buy frequently in stock. I also have noticed a change in employees. They seem to have gotten rid of the difficult cashiers. All the employees now are so helpful and don’t seem hate their job.

Staff here is much friendlier than most other 711s. Somehow they ALWAYS have the softest, tastiest peanut butter cookies in their fresh cookie stand... Cant beat the price either 99c

Store is clean and staff is very friendly

The store itself appears to be clean and somewhat ran professionally however the young lady that works here appears to clearly be demented and has low emotional intelligence she clearly cannot project great customer service in the face of a minor disagreement with customers. Her behavior was beyond poor it was wavering towards violent and deranged. For that I am leaving this message for the next customer. It does makes the store look horrible and like it employs hoodlums and thugs who cant deal with a little tension thus incapable of defusing miniscule disagreements. Thats not gonna to be the last time someone doesnt agree with her behavior. Hope she grows up and learns how the real world works. She definitely seems like her quick fuse is dangerous. And Im not making this determination out of spite. I believe she should seek anger management expeditiously and grow thicker skin so shes not easily rattled. It wasnt a big deal but she blew things out of proportion and used vulgarity in front of several customers.

The young man that works their is always so helpful and nice. Always greets me with a smile and a nice complement. Makes me smile and my day better whenever I go in

Horchata machine is tasteless, ask the young boy said its full maybe bad machine.
