This store profiles its customers based on age and race. Im sure you know what I mean. Be careful.

Some nights there open 24hrs and some they are not. It’s whatever they feel like. They can’t even answer the phone to inform whether there out to lunch etc. They are really incompetent. The place should just just down.

Been coming to this pharmacy for years. Never had a problem with this pharmacy. My prescriptions are always ready. Friendly and polite staff! Service is exceptional too! So grateful for all the amazing, knowledgeable, and patient pharmacists there especially Victor N. -- Thank you for always being so kind, prompt, professional, and helpful! 🙏🙏🙏Needed my inhaler asap but had issues with my insurance. So the Pharmacist, Victor N., contacted my insurance and resolved it promptly within an hour! Thank you for letting me breathe a little easier. 🙏

Visit the area 2-3 times a month and always find myself shopping at cvs. Well this had to be the worst experience I e ever had walking into a franchise store like itself. Factor: 1 Was being spied on before exiting the vehicle at around 1:45 am.Factor.2 As I walked through the door I was quickly judged and stereotyped apparently because of the way I look.FACTOR.3 OVERHEARD conversation blatently stating. Woman says DEFINITELY MALE SAYS YES I ALREADY KNOW WOMAN TELLS US WERE VLOSING IN 5 MINUTES!! CUSTOMER BEING ME AND MY CHICK.! THOUGHT YOU WERE 24 HOURS IT SAYS CLEARLY ONLINE AND ON YOUR BUILDING????WOMAN WELL NOT TONIGHT .. CUSTOMER REALLY FEEL LIKE GOING HOME EARLYWOMAN ONE OF US IS ? ONE OF YOU CAN STILL RUN A STORE. WELL THE DOORS ARE Locked she says clearly rushing us To the frontAT WHICH POINT I WAS RUSHED TO PAY FOR MY ITEMS . As we paid for out stuff we asked the clerk her name she ignored the first time carol the second time I said cherolle and she laughed so I said thanks Irene which was the name on the receipt for who rang me up. Pharmacy super helpful when they didn’t have to be. Treated with respect by pharmacists and staff. I love the text updates so I don’t have to call ahead to check on medication. I am surprised because I’ve generally had negative experiences with chain pharmacies. Diamond in the rough?Only downsides are the numeric/voice answering machines when you call and there’s usually a few people in line at all times. 1st world problems, I know. But, wait times feel longer when you have a 3 and 6 year old tagging along.

How hard is it to go on Google and update store hours? La Mirada location has not been open 24hrs in over a year.

How can CVS close a store and not notify their customers? I tried for 45 minutes on the phone to order my prescription. Then went online for another half an hour with no luck. I am so disappointed in their service. I have had prescription for at least 25 years in La Mirada. They were like family to me. Where are my girls now?

Hoping this helps someone. The store is not open 24 hours. Called the store ahead of time to check and the recoding said 24. Theres also a huge sign advertising 24 hours on the marquee. It is not.

Pharmacist lady young didnt get her name friendly professional, clean store. Only bad thing bathroom was not working.

This pharmacy is well equipped, takes insurance and has the hardest workers in the industry.We picked up an impossible prescription that we had gone to 4 pharmacies for and they didn’t have it as it was urgent we found this one that stops prescriptions at 11pm on a Sunday !! They had the prescription but not enough to fill the order due to quantities available so they gifted us 6 pills that are very expensive and let us place a prescription.Love love love and will be doing business here from now on

This is my favorite CVS store by far. The store is clean & has more stuff than any other CVS. I even found my favorite nail polish from the 80s there! The employees are friendly & helpful, esp Christina. Being open 24/7, esp on Christmas, saved me a trip to the ER on Christmas Day 2 yrs ago, so thank u CVS!

Worst pharmacy staff ever mostly the lady Susan worst attitude and super rude. If I was the manager I would fire her right away!

Was driving by in early a.m. Stopped in for a cold coke. Cynthia was great, even got me to sign up for the rewards card. Excellent customer service.

The lady working was rude and inconsiderate. She was rude on the phone and rude in person. I hope she was just in a bad mood or something because never again will I go here of she is working. I usually love cvs because they are open late. I just hope she has a nice attitude next time.

I stopped at this cvs because I was in that area and hadnt been to that particular store and I had some time to kill. I also had a 30% off entire purchase coupon to use that was expiring that day.The store was big, clean and had items the cvs store near my home didnt carry. I was enjoying browsing and found a couple things I wanted for sure. While I was in the store I received an unexpected text. I buy and trade furniture, and was making a deal via text.**Apparently, if a person is browsing too long in this store, they are a thief!!!!**I was trying on jackets that were on sale when the manager came up to me asking how I was and if I needed help. I said no, and was excited the jackets were on sale because I had been wanting one. I also told her I had the coupon to use. She seems very nice....while talking she mentioned if I was going to buy an item I had in my cart. It was under the cvs weekly ad flyer on top of my purse. I instantly knew what she was implying. So I said yes, lifted the flyer and said its right here. Then the manager gracefully walked away saying if I needed any help blah blah blah.I was so insulted and shocked. I stated walking and decided, screw this place! Im not buying anything from this store.So I stopped, left my car in the middle of the store and walked out.
