Companys support of their products is terrible, they are non-responsive and the product I purchased, 490 series is faulty. Buy their products at your own risk, they dont appear to stand behind them.
Horrible experience would not recommend ordered shocks on 6/11/20 paid for next day air shipping only to find out when i didnt receive my order within few days that they dont do next day air on Thursdays here it is 6/22/20 and I still have not received my order please consider yourself warned before ordering my bikes been down for 11 days and counting
Tech Support doesnt have a clue about the products they sell. Recommended the wrong parts and wont stand behind selling the wrong product. Buy somewhere else, terrible service.
Worst ever company to deal with. no help at all. couldnt even give a name of a dealer who sells their product even when told im in LA cash in hand wanting to buy their product. no means of complaint. management all in a meeting... too busy to sell product. how do these people survive?
Ordered product online it said shocks were available after a week i call and they said back ordered. After a month still say available online but i call and they say back ordered. Very poor management I will not buy from them again.

Progressive suspension has some great products, but they have the huge giant of performance machine getting in the way of a personalized customer experience. I fear soon Burly will suffer the same fate.
Not even happy $1100.00 dollars for shocks that are rough rideing got total bullshit, thay told me to get the heavy duty cause of my weight,adjusted all the way out cant go any softer still beating me to death, killing my back.
