I rented A unit about 3 months ago and got a great deal and love the spot, I received a Letter in the mail today, stating my rent will go up about $35 starting next months. Please keep that in mind for your booking .you get started on a good rate then it will go up. All and all nice spot.

So far so good weve moved back to Houston from San Antonio about 2 weeks ago and can access our stuff any time we want before 10pm everyday. Very convenient when I need to grab another bicycle out of storage or a pair of shoes.

This place is locked up tighter than Fort Knox. They have security gates open/closes with individualized security code. Very well lit no creepy dark places. Paved driveways plenty of room to navigate movers, trailers and trucks. The office staff Matthew & Mary are very professional, neatly dressed and easy to understand. So if you are looking for safe secure, clean professional storage Extra Space Storage is for you. If youre not then go somewhere else- good luck.

The service is great, the facility is very clean and what I liked the most is that they have dollies to help you with your boxes. I was able to finish a lot faster than what I expected.I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage!

I have rented units from this location approx. 4 times. I love the place. Its in a safe location, the place is so so Clean!, and the climate control units are the way to go. All employees have been friendly, helpful and patient. They have specials if you sign up for your unit online, but the girls in the office have honored the online rate for me even when I didnt actually reserve it online. Very Pleased customer.

Highly recommend this facility! I got a unit at a much lower rate than anywhere else in the area by reserving it online. Matthew called me within the hour to verify, answer any questions and offer a tour of the facility and inspection of the unit before paying anything. Due to work and traffic I got there 15 min before closing and Mary was so kind as she walked us through everything. The facility is immaculate, secure and the staff is top knotch!

The property manager, Matthew, is a wonderful asset to the company. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I out at a very critical point of our lives. He had the answers we needed to make the best informed decision to come to his facility. The property looks amazing, clean, and very well taken care of. He was honest from the get go about the facility, the rules, and he was so helpful in getting us the right size unit and not just doing a sales pitch. When I go into a place of business, I look for people who know their job and are honest to a fault. Matthew did just that and so much more.
