We reserved a storage unit online. We went to the facility and were greeted by Angie at the office. She was very warm and welcoming. She had all of our information handy and was able to answer all of our questions. She also informed us of any additional information that we may have forgotten to ask. This was a wonderful experience and would recommend Angie and Spencer mini storage to all our family and friends. Angie provided the best customer service!

The management company is a good one to work for... The manager will take care of you... the locations nice, yea its older but its on a main road. After going from customer to employee, then customer at a facility down the street- appreciate this place! Other sites will hit you rent increases every 3 months, cleaning fees which are higher then your rent, damaged/unsecured gates sites, broken acs, etc-- unfortunately it comes with the territory. Being honest, this place is kind of a blessing when it comes to the horrors of storage units...

If you value your belongings do not take them here. There is no responsibility or accountability for stolen property. Employees left the back gate open and unattended allowing thieves to come in and cut the locks on our work trailer then came back later to take the trailer along with all of our equipment virtually shutting down our business. $15k worth of property gone with no accountability from the property owner and to top it off we were still charged for the full month’s rent. The back gate has been broken into numerous times as well as holes cut in the chain link fence along the side of the property. Your belongings are not safe here.

Although we have our things here its quite expensive and the place is full of rats. For a short storage maybe but definitely dont do a long term storage. The rats will destroy your belongings

My brand new Motor Home just got trashed there!!! The dealers tags had been taken off my motor home for 2 weeks.This was going to be our first vacation in it.Somebody’s idiot kid broke in and trashed several vehicles.They have the moron on several videosHaving fun and blood samples.But I doubt there will be any justiceAnd spencer mini storageClaims they’re not any way responsible!!

Great service real clean units

The door to my unit does not work and it appears the management isnt doing anything about it. My things are trapped UPDATE:. Another unit opened up and the local manager and staff moved and reorganized my things! The staff here are friendly and helpful. Could not be happier.

I went in to inquire about their units and pricing. The ladies were very friendly and professional. I will definitely come back here to rent when I am ready.

Used to work here got let go. The reason I was given was low occupancy when I was at 82%. Which was higher numbers than they had the two years before I got there.
