This place has been here for decades. They are your suspension specialist. Other mechanics in the area recommend these guys. They have the right equipment to get the job done. Best to check in advance because they are always busy. Best time to get in is early mornings. You will catch Don orchestrating Jobs in and our if the bays. He keeps things moving over there. Prices would be considered reasonable. Because if you were coming here for something. It would mean your car needed it.

Honest and professional. I had another alignment shop do some work on my vehicle and I was not satisfied and believed that they did not complete the work. Brought my vehicle in, they immediately took it for a drive put it on the rack and immediately diagnosed my vehicle as what I believed. I did not reveal that the work was initially done at another Bear location but I was satisfied with their honesty and thoroughness when searching for the problem.

They took an unusual amount of time mounting my tires, took about an hour to do all four. Theres plenty of tire shops around here that spend 5 mins per wheel, mounting and balancing. Also they just overcharge! Most expensive alignment I got and it was just toe and they didnt even use an alignment rack or computer. Used mechanical equipment....my steering wheel is crooked! I work on cars and thats very sketchy to make sure the car doesnt crab walk. Definitely not going back

I came across this place on the internet because I needed some front suspension work on my Ford Ranger. I explained to Rick, what I needed and he gave me a fair quote right over the phone. I brought it in first thing in the morning, and it was finished by the end of the day with no surprises. I needed rear breaks and drums, front tie rods, upper and lower control arms, shocks and sway bar linkage. A lot of work but these guys are professionals and did it right and by the end of the day. Couldnt of been happier with everything ! Rick(owner) knows his stuff and is a real good guy. Easy to talk to and takes the time to explain everything. I will be coming here from now on. Give them a shot at your vehicles needs....you really wont be disappointed - I promise you!

Never take a high end vehicle to this place. Took my S550 to this place for a rear wheel alignment. Decided to let them align the front just to make sure everything was properly aligned. When they were done my front end was pulling to the right and they tried to convince me that my car, a car I drive every-single-day, was pulling when I brought it in. But even if it was, after their front alignment it should have been driving in a straight line. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Recommend by Oscars tires. I was really unsure of what to expect. I have never paid for an alignment before. When I arrived I was met kindly by Katie. She was super kind and helpful. Also met the owner. He definitely sealed the deal with great customer service. I was in an out of the place in 15min. They were not pushy and made the whole transaction easy. Lots of parking at this location. The do accept credit cards.

Bear Frame & Wheel is family owned since it started! I got to meet the owner, a super great guy. He was honest and told me exactly what was going to be done. The price was reasonable and I didnt mind giving him my business. He is a great guy!

Be careful that you get an estimate for the complete job to be performed, I was quoted one estimated price by the actual owner of this facility on paper due to the office help being off that day. When the part came in I dropped off my car and received another estimate receipt With a different price by the office girl which happens to be his daughter “OK” ...Well the job was completed several days later, and WOW did the final price change from the original two estimates, and not just a small increase $600 above the original rough estimate of $800 (remember 2 quotes).job was done well, but Imagine my surprise and inability to pay at the moment of intended pick up. shop stored my vehicle until paid for, how nice.

Im just given them a 5 star review bc the owner&his daughter are always so nice. he never bs your estimates, plus he gives free estimates on your front end then gives u an amt. but hes reasonable but his work is never faulty.

Great knowledge, service is honest and technicians are professionals. My 2017 Honda accord has a set of coilvers and they were able to dialed in angles pretty much to stock. Recommend to everyone.

I recommend you BUY YOUR OWN PARTS, they will charge you 2 to 3 times as much for parts you can find online for way cheaper!!! They don’t even show you what’s wrong with your car, just have to take there word...a good shop will show you and even give you your old parts back, like they should cause there yours and you own them....always ask for your old parts back...!!

Got my car lowered they cut the coils in the front and put blocks in the back car is lopsided does not sit level in front or the back took the car back they will not guarantee their work. So much for frame and wheel alignment

The owner is so nice I had a flat and he put my spare on even when they were closing on the Friday after Thanksgiving. He had one of the guys put on the spare free so I could make it home. There is so much bad in this world its nice to see there are some good people left.
