Best jiffy lube I’ve ever been to!I bring all 3 of my vehicles here!

Super slow service honestly. Also they stripped out my air filter screws because the kid was untrained.Im okay with training if its supervised.I gave 2 stars because the guys was cool who helped me and brought out my receipt so I could stay in my truck.

I love coming to this jiffy lube, especially if your a woman that most males take advantage of. Well these guys dont and their customer service is friendly, respectful and great attitude.

Just like online reviews, if your car requires a little extra work in accessing the oil filter or anything else, they will turn you away. If they cant get you in and out in 15 minutes, they wont help you. This isnt a good business plan, but if it works for them....

Why I gave 3 stars Is that we did not get the same kind of customer service everyone else Got their front windshields got clean Ours did not he cleaned all the windows on the other cars are did not get cleaned at all Some not quite sure why they didnt do the same kind of service for us than they did for them I corrected pronounce from male to female but they continue to address me as sir

Not recomended had me wait 45 minutes to tell me the machine they needed to fix my car did not work aint that crazy plus what they were gonna charged me 170 work i got it across the street for 25 dollars man !! Oh remind u the machine didnt work better for me save me money.

From the time that i checked in around 6PM for a change oil . I was welcomed by their staff / technician name Daniel and I asked him if they can still accept servicing my car for a change oil . The response I received from Daniel was very warm and very customer focus . It only shows that the leadership of their Manager name Luis really radiates and manifest how his staff treat each customer. Luis the Manager in charge was very accommodating and he delighted me the way he welcome me as his customer. At Jiffy Lube in Hacienda, you can feel that they will really treat you as a King for their business existence .Luis and Daniel make me feel comfortable offering to relax and have some coffee at their lobby office while waiting for my car. Such positive working attitude, professionalism and personalize customer service really counts a lot for a customer like me to keep coming back for more at Jiffy Lube and recommend this shop to my families and friends. Very delighting customer experience . Kudos to management and leadership of Luis . You set yourself as a model to your staff and that make the team more effective and efficient. I’ve been coming here for 10 years, after trying other oil change spots in town. These guys are fast and get the job done right and even do some light cleaning of your car. It’s not cheap but it’s done correct, the same guys have been working here for years so they know what they’re doing.

Went in for an oil change on my car. While trying to get my car into the work area they hit the radiation brace. After realizing they hit they told me they could not do the oil change. I asked for an incident report in which the manager Daniel started giving me a hard time saying they wouldnt be able to do anything for me. All I was asking was for a report nothing more but he started being rude horrible customer service. They tried putting the blame on me saying my car was to low but, if that was the case they shoudl have said that from the beginning not after they hit my car.

Be careful with this jiffy lube, very shady location employees try to over charge you.The employee tried to charge me $70 for a standard oil change and when I told him I had a coupon he said oh no we dont honor that here when the coupon paper said it was honored in any location.Take your car across the street to Firestone much more professional establishment,way better customer service and they changed my oil for $25.

From the time in 2007 I bought my new car I have taken my car here for service. They have really taken good care of my car. Great service! I appreciate and value there customer service.

Was not pleased with service I was rushed out of my car, when showing Uber Driver fleet discount I was told “this is not a coupon” disrespectful people. When I asked questions about my vehicle I was ignored. Maybe these people need a lesson in customer service 101? Don’t piss off the customers... ?!?!

Got an oil change... They cant even put the drain plug in correct... Had to go someplace else after all my oil leaked out

You got to be sure you let them know not to touch certain things on your car. Like your air for your tires and the wind shield fluid. I get these done by my personal mechanic.

Manager tried to pressure me into using more expensive oil and when I steadfastly refused he tried telling me that my coolant level was low and they would top off for $5. I still refused but when the technician finished my car I asked if any fluids needed top off and he said no they were all fine. Manager kept asking personal questions about the purchase of my vehicle in front of a waiting room full of people. I felt this was very unprofessional and wont come here again......almost forgot, as I drove away I noticed all the quarters in my console change came up mysteriously missing.

The guy was trying to charge me $92 for an oil change on my old hybrid truck that is 13 years old what a ridiculous lunatic.

I have never gone to a chain mechanic and not had them try to up-sell me. I was very clear I wanted the standard oil change, gave them my keys, and waited. After an hour, thy told me they didnt have my oil in stock and that Id have to go from a $43 oil change to the $92 one unless I went to the dealer. I dont know why they couldnt have checked in the first place (I call bologna); its not like my vehicle specs changed from the time I arrived to the time they pulled my car into the garage. Go somewhere else.

Very good and quick. If you ignore their attempts to Add more services to the oil change, you will get exactly what you need, oil change, tune up, and you will be on your way driving a car that run better.

Horrible customer service. They dont drain ur oil completely and use the same oil filter.

I took my car for a oil change when they finished. I was told they vacuumed my car which they didnt, my windows had streak marks and water marks on the sides of my car from the squeegee. I just didnt like their service.
