Oftentimes I visit this particular Autozone to buy maintenance items such as oil and filters. The staff is great and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. In this particular visit they made true to their helpfulness as my battery died near the store. One of the members was kind enough to walk with me and jump start my car. Theyre great 👍

I just wanted a refund for my battery that suddenly had issues I bought a month ago. I bought It at same store I went for refund. They told me i cant get a refund. They say they will refund you your money without receipt yeah right. I called the district guy told me he couldnt and wouldnt help. He told me I had to have receipt. Dont shop here they will sell you old batteries say they are new. Then tell you you cant get a refund.

Not helpful at all, very like Do this yourself even though you have no idea how to do it attitude. Im young, i dont know much about cars, I am just trying to learn myself and from other people. They were just not helpful at all. Not to mention very dismissive. Every time i go in there they just act like they dont have the time to help me and they want to be doing something else. Not being mean, just being honest. Now i am NOT speaking for everyone there because i have only had to come here a couple times, but every experience Ive had here hasnt been good. They need to improve the way they treat customers for sure.

I went to get my battery tested and Mohammed was gracious enough to clean up one of the terminals that was extremely corrosive, he went above & beyond to replace my battery which became an extremely, challenging job due to where the battery was located. Went to pick up a battery for my mothers car while she was at work. Nick was very helpful and came out to install the battery for me. Very quickly and made for good conversation. Very good experience.

These guys and gals are always helpful. But sometimes they get backed up, so it depends on your patience. But once they get to you, they will help you until you get everything you need from them.

Naturally after it rained Cats and Dogs I had to go and buy windshield wipers. The best place to have this done is at AutoZone. Its very fast and they install them for you. You cant beat that for great Customer Service. Theres lots of parking and they open at 8:00am. Yeah

Absolutely awful customer service. The dude argued with me over irrelevant information about my car, and sold me the wrong part regardless. When returning the part for the right part they were rude, unhelpful, and needed their hand held to find the right part. The point of going to a place like autozone is also for expertise, which they clearly are lacking in. Go somewhere else. Seriously awful people.

Ordered a part. They told me it would be in next day, in the afternoon! They also said they would call when it came in.To my surprise, the correct part came in the next morning, earlier than expected! They called, as promised! Auto zone La Quinta! Is the bomb.

So I have been a long-time Shopper of AutoZone and I normally get decent service, nothing to complain about. If Im being completely honest which I like to do in my reviews, I must say not everybody is super knowledgeable at AutoZone when it comes to vehicles, but they know a little bit. I myself I have torn into my vehicle multiple times as well as other engines and I do know a little bit about being mechanically inclined. When I showed up in La Quinta AutoZone today I was helped by one of the friendly staff whos name was Lee. I told this gentleman that I am familiar with engines and kind of know what I need, but there were too many options to choose from. This gentleman Lee, walked me over to the 25 different kinds of additives that they sell and started to give me the breakdown on each one including which one he would use for his own vehicle. Myself being a guy who loves details and breakdowns on information, Lee could not have been more helpful. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, I can only hope that AutoZone will recognize his qualities and hire more people like this gentleman. So thanks again Lee appreciate all your help.

I purchased a Duralast Gold battery about a year ago. Theres supposed to be a 5-yr warranty on the battery, so when my car was acting up (battery saver on and check charge system) I brought my car toAutoZone for a diagnosis.They said the voltage was low and switched out my battery for a refurbished battery. A few days later I had the same issue. Battery saver on and check charge system were showing on the dashboard. They charged up the battery, ran diagnostics and didnt find anything wrong (I was concerned about the alternator but the employee said it was fine).Today, as I was driving I got the same messages. Ten minutes away from home and in the middle of traffic, all of my power cut out. No ac, nothing on the dashboard, no power steering. I had to manually force the car into a nearby parking lot. When AAA jump-started the car, it turned on, seeming fine. He said he would follow me home with the tow truck in case my car died again. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get the car moving...no power steering. The AAA employee said that it was definitely the battery and that I needed to switch it out.Who knows what AutoZone will do about it. This isnt just inconvenient, this is downright dangerous.I will post an update after going back to AutoZone.
