Thank you Juan in the service department, he helped me from the very beginning, I didn’t even talk to anyone else. My catalytic converter went out in my car and I also had a handful of recalls to repair, Juan immediately had me come in at 10am and took my car in, he also got me a rental car for free; I had to pick up my kids from school. Anyways he had my car done by the same time the next day, it was fast and easy, people usually try to think of ANYONE ELSE other than the dealership to take their car so they get a good deal but I’m telling you I would’ve paid way more and it wouldn’t be under warranty and probably not done right if I went somewhere else .Juan, thank you I truly appreciate you you are fantastic at your job!

Joe and the crew at Torre Nissan are the best!!!I know that when I take my car there that I will get the best prices for services around and they are always kind enough to remember to apply my Nissan points, or extend any discounts available to me. That customer centric focus is very important and rare today, and something that makes one feel that the service dept. is on a customers side rather than an insensitive billing machine. I want a service company that will go to bat with me, whether is it is fighting for warranty coverage, or 15% off of an oil change. Because I am price sensitive and when I bring the car in I am hoping I can afford to get it back remedied/fixed.In service, this kind of care and fair pricing is what earns customer loyalty, and Joe and the team work to represent the brand favorably after sale; and is something I feel leads to continued affinity, and confidence in purchasing, or leasing a Nissan vehicle.

I called a few days before my visit, made an appointment to see a vehicle they had on the lot. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted cordially at the door by a salesperson (Jazmin Frahm). I let her know that I had an appointment, she asked if there was a particular car that I had in mind, and I responded yes. I explained which vehicle I was interested in, she was very attentive, and she made my visit pleasant. I felt that Jazmin was well informed of the products that she sells and when she did not know the answer to a question she quickly found out for me. Moreover, Jazmin was not pressuring me like other sale persons do at other dealerships. I hope that she will still be working with Nissan when Im ready for my next purchase.

Every time I go to the service, always a high amount of work..this time I went for my battery of course it wasnt in thesystem..REALLY!!! I was told I need to have my receipt, because its not in the computer, I had to speak to the service manager, he was helpful, but why did I have to even go there in the first place to insist I speak to a manager. I got some paperwork also ..Cecilia was awesome she was kind and offered me and my daughter a soda, Im not a fan of ever going to service department. They eventually found me in system and replaced my warranty battery.

The Torre Nissan Service Department’s customer service is so great that it’s worth making the drive from Palm Springs and back knowing they’re being fair with me and always telling me the truth. Twice now Torre has replaced parts in my car at no charge to me while the closer dealership who actually sold me my 2016 Rogue couldn’t wait to rip me off to do the exact same jobs. For me, choosing Torre Nissan is a total no brainer. Thanks, Torre.

I have a service contract. So i went for an oil change. I was told a tire rotation would be included and a car wash. Only the oil change was done. Last 2 oil changes the same thing so i marked my tires to confirm my suspicion. This dealership lies on there paper work stating they completed there work. Management needs to be replaced.

I had been all over the valley looking for the perfect car for me. I test drove all different cars and even visited another Nissan dealership. I wanted to drive a 2021 Nissan Rogue where as I was told at the other Nissan dealership that wouldn’t be for me. Torre Nissan let me drive the only one they had that want for sale. Jasmine was my salesperson and she was the only person I came into contact with that wasn’t pushy, sales-y, and treated me with the respect understanding that a customer wants to feel. I was in and out of buying the car within 2 hours after I decided that was the car for me. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Was 3rd in line to drop off car at 7am and told if there were alot of appointments it would be there all day. Never recieved a phone call for pickup so I called around 2pm. No pickup the first 3 calls. Finally on the fourth call someone answered and said it was done. Went to pick it up and they attempted to charge 50$ for an oil change and then got questioned when I said I had the coverage for it. Paperwork stated maintenance was completed at 9:30 am. It would have been nice to be able to of had my car back earlier or at least a call.

My service advisor was Joe. Terrible customer service. Joe lied multiple times about the work being done to my vehicle (borderline criminal). Had to complain to Javier service manager. Javier and Mechanic Christian made it better. Both Javier and Christian were very professional and transparent.I have bought four vehicles from Torre Nissan however due to Joe and his criminal behavior i will never buy another vehicle from Torre or recommend torre to any friend or family member.

I had an appointment at 10:15 for routine maintenance as well as a complaint of a noise on the front passenger side wheel. Three hours had passed by and didn’t receive any call so I walked back to get a status update. At that point I was told that the oil change had been completed and they can’t hear the noise I had heard. Then I took a ride with the tech and then identified the noise. Upon further review it was seen that the front rotors needed to be replaced (which is fine). But the problem with that is that the techs do a “complimentary multi-point inspection”. Why wasn’t this identified prior to my car coming off the lift and wasting another hour and a half with my car sitting outside and then doing a test drive when the rotors weren’t even looked at? Finally the front rotors had been replaced and at this point I was leaving at 5:30 pm. The representative (Joe G.), was great, he was the only one that attempted to make things right for the 7 hours I was there. If there is any reason I would ever come back it would be because of Joe.

Called Thursday to make a warranty appointment at 7 am Monday. Was promised the car would be ready by noon. Brought the car in on Monday and did not hear from them. Tried to call them that afternoon to get current status, and could not get through to anyone. Walked to the facility to talk to a person and they said the car was not ready and apologized. They called me Tuesday, saying warranty work was done, but brake pads were.low. They quoted a price that was about 30.00 more than my normal.maintenace. when I came get the car, they tried to bill me an additional 30.00, but after I complained, they went back to the original price. Car seems to work OK.

I spoke with Alan via email for a few days, I was very clear on what I wanted and gave him all my information so that he could be sure I was able to get what I wanted before we wasted each others time and he said yes it wouldnt be a problem. Unfortunately when we got there he had to leave so he set me up with another sale agent. We sat there for a long time going back and forth until we eventually left disappointed.....but when Alan returned to the dealership he called me and asked what happened. I explained everything and he said Ill get you what you want, come on back!!!! Alan was very great to work with. Definitely recommend him.

I requested an appointment at least a week and when we arrived, was advised we didn’t have one. We were one of the first to arrived 8 am, received the text that our multi-point inspection was done at 8:20 yet was not able to get in our car until 9:30! Not sure why we had to wait >1 hour from when the service was done and no reason was ever given either.

Took my car in to get serviced, asked if I wanted a tire rotation. I said yes, my total was to be $89. One of my tires was reading low tire pressure so asked if they can check on it. They called and told me the tire was not able to be patched. When I went to go pick up my car I was informed they did not do my tire rotation. So my question, why ask, & had my tire not had an issue would they have charged me for a tire rotation and not actual do one?

Not too happy. Not sure why it would take 2 whole hours to do a simple oil change on a vehicle, especially if an appointment was made. The explanation Ana gave was that my car was washed!?!?! So it took 2 hours to wash my car and change my oil. And it was just an exterior wash. Again, not sure why it took so very long. Appointment was at 10.15am and arrived about 20 min early and was checked in immediately. My vehicle was taken back right away. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication. And why would my vehicle be washed if it had JUST been washed at my regular place. I had just come from washing it. And I did not ask for it to be washed nor was a wash offered. Never is my vehicle washed nor is a wash offered. I can get an oil change at Jiffylube in 30min or less with out an appointment.

Car under warranty, no satisfaction with check engine light on. Felt like I was blown off probably not being a paying customer. Car back in service department today, Thursday, after Mondays inaction. And they are going to make me fill up the gas tank on the loaners? Really disappointed with Torre Nissan and the warranty department. Saddened.

(At the bottom is a summary)I wanted to give it 3 1/2 but I can’t do that so I’m going with 3. I feel like Torre Nissan doesn’t prioritize you even with an appointment. I bought my first car a year ago and they messed everything up! My mom co-signed with me but they put her as the owner of the car and me as a person allowed to drive it (I was so upset), they didn’t offer us GAP and when getting your car serviced it takes forever! I’m very upset. I go get my car serviced at Torre Nissan every time and every time it’s like my appointment didn’t matter because I end up waiting up to 4 hours sometimes. I recently got my car serviced and this is where I drew the line. I made an appointment because my car had a recall for the radio. I went to my appointment then they said they couldn’t do it and had to reschedule, fine. I went again to the next appointment and the same thing, they said that they weren’t going to be able to check on the recall but they’d do an oil change, fine. They were going to keep my car for 2 days but they couldn’t give me a rental, I said fine because I literally was not about to keep on going just for then to tell me the same thing. Well, the day came where they were supposed to give me my car back and they didn’t call and they were about to close so I called them and they said my car actually had been ready for awhile (which obviously made me upset) so I went for it and I checked my radio and can you guess what happened? The radio (the initial problem I went there for) was not fixed! They tried reprogramming it 3 times and it didn’t work, so why didn’t they just order the part??!! That wasn’t all, I did a u-turn and told them and they told me they didn’t even check. They made the problem worse. They supposedly ordered the part almost 3 weeks ago and said they’d call me when it arrived but I’m not hopeful.TLDR: Their service is just bad, you’re not really prioritized, and I had a really bad experience every time I’ve gone.
