This has saved my touch screen many times from being damaged.Ive been a customer of theirs now for 6 years and dont plan on switching carriers for nothing

Bait and switch program using our old verizon phones w/ tmobile sim cards and we have no service, Mario @ La Quinta store told me the phone bad service using a diffrent company phone would continue until i got a TMOBILE phone said see Edwrard his boss would he would helpI get there he wouldnt even come out to talk just told his people to tell me he couldnt help!! went to the river this weekend, ABSOLUTLEY NO SERVICE

The worst customer I have ever had!!! Made a appointment for 11 am I get there 5 minutes before. A other couple has a 11am appointment and gets there 10mins late, they were called before me!! Why make a appointment if you’re still going to wait longer. The guys in the store are walking around with their hands in pockets !! Rule number one in customer service!!!!

Horrible customer service! Spent a good 2 hours on the phone with tech support a few days ago because my phone decided that it wasnt going to call my husband and it randomly turns the data off. Went through a bunch of resets with the person over the phone that pretty much ended with a I have no idea someone will call you in a few days. No one called so my husband went to the La Quinta store where the person did the same resets and then blamed email and apps because they didnt know what else to do. What are we (a) having to pay full price for a phone that doesnt work and (b) not getting our money back for all the insurance weve paid for a phone that doesnt work and that they refuse to replace? Theres nothing worse than workers being knowingly unhelpful with smiles on their faces.

I love T-Mobile and their service/coverage/ price. But when I went in and got a prepaid 30 day plan the young man working there switched mine and my wife’s old SIM card. When we returned to our old SIM cards we almost locked them which would have resulted in a 60$ charge. I asked him if he switched them and he assured me he did not. I think they should take more caution when it comes to switching out SIM cards and handing them to the customer.

Every time I come to this branch, I have to clear my schedule for at least an hour, if I’m fortunate enough to be out in an hour. They always take forever to call you up or even notice you. Right now I’m here to make a payment, the amount of people waiting is insane, there is nowhere to sit, and the employees are taking their sweet time to call up customers; they should at least dedicate one register specifically for payments, so people like me can be in and out as soon as we pay our bill.It’s very annoying to stand in line for an hour, while the employees are just walking around or talking to each other. Please do something about it, I like the cell phone service, but not the customer service at all.

I went into the store on behalf of a friend to help settle a dispute. My presence was acknowledged immediately, even though the store had multiple customers. After waiting only minutes, again addressed, in being helped shortly . There was plenty of comfortable seating with your own space. I was greeted by a staff member whom I found to be courteous and willing to listen to the purpose of my visit and relay the details to the manager, as I had requested. I was impressed how quickly I was approached in a friendly manner and with familiarity, of my friend being a long time customer. Again, impressed with the details the manager recalled about my friend, thru maintaining good customer relations with those they provide service. The manager extended choices which were both fair and generous, in order to continue in good standing, a valued business relationship and at the same time, provide excellant customer service. I left near closing time and by the next morning, all had been resolved, leaving my friend extremely satisfied and happy!As for the store itself, upscale and immaculate.I personally, would prefer switching carriers, out from this experience.🔱🔱🔱🔱🔱

The customer service is really bad if there 5 people in the store they will kicks at least 1 person out, also they don’t offer hand sanitizer to the customers and they have at least 2 big bottles. Lastly they are very rude as well. I had the worst experience at T-Mobile I’m going to switch my plans somewhere else.

I just have to say that by far T-Mobile has the best customer service out there. Today service rep Jane on the phone made my day by taking care of an issue of mine. To think of it every single time Ive had to call in for anything they have been able to handle it on the spot always no problem. This is why after almost 9 years Im still a customer. Thanks T-Mobile

They deserve a zero. Staff not helpful at all and wouldnt help me with getting a new chip for my new phone. Ended up calling TMobile online store and they were able to help me with the cost and with a new chip at no cost. Those people look like they been eating lemons all day. Sour.

Staff didnt represent T mobile as advertised. I couldnt pay online because the app requires to complete registration with a 6 digits pin while I had only a 4 digits one and had no service for the whole day as I was unable to pay or sign up online. None of the staff thought about helping me paying to have my service back when I went to the store and asked for a temp pin and kept me waiting. I was frustrated and asked for the manager when I heared the satff talking about my prepaid like if doesnt worth service and it was clear when the manager didnt bother getting out of her office. I called T mobile and paid unwiling just to keep the same number with different carrier later.

The so called manager who has been at this store for five years is useless.Why? (Allow me to backup two days)The screen on my GFs note 4 just stopped working. Troubleshooted the hell out of it before coming in. I have Jump. No physical damage, no water damage. The customer rep used the insurance, but it was on backorder and would probably take two weeks to get it. I said okay. When I got home, GF wasnt very happy about not having a phone, and wanted me to just get a new one then.Returned today.Manager said sure I can use my jump and pay the deductible ($175... Really? On an old phone? Two generations old?). Uhm, no. Basically, I have to play this stupid game of waiting two weeks, then I use the replaced phone to Jump to a new phone. She told me sorry, that is our policy I understand your frustrations B**** please!I dont care what your policy is, get someone on the phone who can void it or credit back the money in the future, since you cant do it. Youre going to lose a customer by making them go without a phone for two weeks? What is the point in paying for insurance to deal with this? The phone is practically paid off anyway, and I said screw it just give me a brand new one! Its going to be a new sale in the end!Anyway, I ended up calling her a useless manager (and i quote) and she told me to get out of her store for calling her that. She then instantly turned around and walked away. I left, lol.After calling customer service (which was awesome and very helpful) and going over some options, a manager agreed to allow me to go into a store, jump to a new phone, pay the deductible myself, and I will then have it credited to my future bill.Thank you for proper customer service tmobile! Which is non existent from this so called manager of five years. All she had to do was say Im sorry, I dont have the authorization to do that, but lets make a call and see if theres anything else we can do for you since this is sort of a unique situationCustomer service isnt just putting a smile on your face. Its about taking care of your customers. And this manager definitely does NOT go the extra mile.Sadly, its the only store in the area... Which makes me sort of want to go back to a different carrier. But Ill stick with it for now, knowing that there is customer service elsewhere who can actually get things done.

Looking for love...I am a two year pre paid customer of tmobile...and have been fortunate enough to not to have much need for customer service-pay my bill get service, PERIOD On the occasions needed customer service T-Mobile reps have come through... (smiling on the phone oh yea you can tell) and eager to help.The exception...my bill was paid(unlimited talk, text, web) except when I went to access internet from my phone over the last week or so-no bueno...everybody was still friendly and nice trying to help over the past week or so, but to no avail.Expecting no recourse, traversed to local T-Mobile store in search the guy maybe he knew more than I was getting over the phone.Thanks Brandon!!!Spent time and patient trying to figure it out-no, I mean without the attitude or impatience (customers were coming and going)...He hung in there-even with his on peers over the phone he exhibited the kind of customer service that makes you appreciative.Even-though the problem was not resolved on the spot; I still left with a good experience. BTW, a mere fifteen minutes removed from the store got call from tech support...problem resolve!!!As a side note folks...you can help too by checkin your attitude at the door...Again thanks Brandon for your help.Mister Jones
