Extra space storage is the place to store your items now I have a home were I can store my personal belongings no need of storage for now. Our athletic association is very pleased with the care & respect this company shows us on a regular basis. We have had our gymnastics equipment in storage since March of 2020 due to the pandemic. Im updating my rating. Dianna was very professional and helped us select the best option for our storage needs, so she gets 5 stars.The downside of this location is the lack of technology. At Public Storage, I was able to log into their software to gain access (open the gate). No super long code to enter to enter and leave. Very convenient. Here, I have to enter a 8digit code with * and#, very annoying!

The young lady that assisted me was nice and knowledgable She took me right to the storage unit so I wouldnt get lost. She also told me if I had any problems at all come into the office and she would help me I would give her the highest service rating

Wanted to share my experience with the storage place first of all the employee that was helping me his name was Kyle was very friendly and very helpful every questions that I needed he was always there to help me through them all and also to make me secure my items I went to rent a storage unit and it was a little too small he advise me for a bigger one extra storage space and my items will be very secure that place is very clean and very helpful thank you for my wonderful experience 🤗

The best customer service I have had in years! We unfortunately fell out of escrow a month ago, we were given a partial refund for a few days after canceling before the month was up! Move forward to today.. we were given a curtesy call asking if we were again interested in a unit? Other than the brief inconvenience of having to relocate to another unit due to remodeling, my experience with Extra Space Storage has been pleasant.The staff kept in touch with me on upcoming availability for my unit size until I was placed with another unit to my satisfaction. So the moving out and into the new unit was all done and beating the deadline, with over a week and half to spare. So thankful everything went smoothly and I was well pleased.

Easy sign up with detailed information about what to do and where to go. Facility is pretty nice and in a good location. Storage units are in good shape as well.

I went to extra space storage today and about 130pm in la quinta. Both of the guys there today were amazingly helpful and with the best attitude. Its my first time ever renting a storage and I had an awesome experience.

Love everything about this place!!. The location is easy to get to and their hours work perfectly with my schedule since they stay open until 10. I have been going through a big move and the staff has been more than accommodating with me. So very happy about everything with Extra Space storage in La Quinta !!! :)

There is no doubt that temperature controlled storage is at a premium in the Coachella Valley! We had to move on April 30th as we were starting renovations. Kailey worked with me to find the appropriate space for our items and to make sure I had all that I needed to keep it safe.She was helpful, responsive and resourceful in getting us what we needed. She was also flexible and I didnt feel like she was out to get the most money from us, but treated us very fairly. The place is clean and Im happy with our choice for storage!

My experience when setting up by extra space storage was exceptional. The staff was outstanding and made it very easy for set up.they had All the tools needed to set up my unit plus boxes if needed. The assistant manager that helped me ( her name is Deanna ) was fantastic professional kind and courteous. She even helped me set the code on my combo lock. Wow, this was the most effortless and streamlined rental of a storage unit I have ever had. Even with only needing it for two months, I still got the first month free. The girl who answered the line when I called in was so helpful, and Kyle the site manager helped me sign the lease electronically so I could secure the unit without having to drive over to do it (it was the last one in the size I needed and they are first come, first serve). The rates are competitive, and the receptivity makes me feel confident about storing here. I will leave a followup review when we move out.

I walked into the office of Extra Space Storage, the office was very neat, clean and organised, they have everything you could ever need for your packing needs. Kailey the office staff was very polite and kind, I said to her that putting everything in storage was very difficult for me and that I had just lost my husband, she was more than understanding with my feelings. She helped me understand the sizes of the storage, and what would fit.She helped me understand the procedure of getting into my storage. Awful company!! They lure you in with first month free. Second month your rent is $200-$500. Miss a payment and they auction your stuff off. BEWARE! Find an honest company. Dont fall trap to this thieving company!

Rapid storage is the most convenient and efficient storage facility I’ve ever used and having your own lock provided in the storage upon arrival is a time saver!

I picked this place because it is close to where I moved to and I like the set up. I got a climate controlled unit, which was nice and affordable. They also provided carts to help move my stuff which was a huge plus. I had a previous storage unit and didnt have those available, which made things a pain.

I was visiting family in California and the night office staff helped me with a question I had about my storage in Tennessee :)

Kyle was very helpful, he called me back right away and took care of everything over the phone. I was moving my stuff in the next morning.

I rented at the one in Bermuda Dunes, but the girl who was there said she works at this store in La Quinta. Kaylee was very nice and helpful, she showed me a few different sizes and made sure I had everything I needed to move in that day. I highly recommend storing with them.

Space clean and dry! Storage place provides rolling carts that REALLY help with transport of goods to the unit.

Such a pleasant and helpful young man, who pointed out I might like the 10x5 instead of the 5x10, which I had last year and wanted again.Who knew? There is a difference! The 10x5 has two doors side by side, so the space is wider, where the 5x10 is deeper. Same amount of space, but easier to access. I’m so happy to not have to dig things out of the back.I highly recommend this place.

I would like to give a two thumbs up to the staff at Extra Space Storage in La Quinta. I had lost my key and Kyle the manager was kind enough to get a drill and take the key off so I could move my stuff out. So I would recommend Extra Space Storage as home for your stuff. The staff was very professional and courteous. The location was convenient right off highway 111.

Great customer service and easy to work with. Only left because we got a smaller unit that wasnt available at this facility or we would have stayed. We are still using Extra Space so we havent left the company, just moved locations.

We’ve been renting a smaller unit and thought would be convenient to have our things next to each other. The process went smoothly and the staff couldn’t be nicer. My only let down was that the bigger unit hadn’t been thoroughly clean before we started moving our things in. I brought over a broom and swept it out so we wouldn’t be putting our furniture on the dusty floor.
